Ryan was able to trouble-shoot, diagnose, and fix an extremely complex network connectivity issue within hours. I was exceptionally impressed with both his technical experience and with his professionalism.Additionally, I called TechIT at just before 8am on a Monday and received a call back just after 8am from Candace, who not only assured me that Ryan would be able to address our problems, but that he could fit us into his schedule the same day. No waiting and hoping for an eventual call back, just amazing customer service!Im so thrilled to have found TechIT and highly recommend Ryan for all IT needs.

These guys are the best! I called them having been fed up my email problems. They were able to help me fix my Microsoft 365 email server issue with Outlook amazingly fast! A real person actually answered the phone when I called super helpful also bonus points 😁
