Ryan has a deep knowledge of computer problems. Mine crashed and several critical files had not been backed up. He restored the files and installed a flash drive in a new machine. Im fortunate to have had his expertise.

You people are going to love this computer tech. Hes a hands on guy who will fix your stuff and you dont have to take it in to a shop. He will work right there in your home or office. He is very knowledgeable and personable, too. He will talk to you and explain things to you. I will never go back into a shop.

I had a project that wasnt very big, but it was complicated and very important to me. Ryan gave me his undivided attention and he worked remotely with me on my computer until the problems were solved, and the project was successfully completed. I am truly grateful to have met and worked with Ryan. Hes a special person and he really knows his business.

I needed to upgrade my home wired and wireless network from a system that was professionally installed 8 years ago by our builder when we built this house. It was powered by a basic Spectrum modem with 500 MB service feeding an Apple Extreme Router, that extended to 2 additional Apple Extreme wired access points. However, with modern Wifi 6 and Mesh standards, we wanted something more robust, secure and easy to configure, given that the current system fed a Control4 gateway and switches for the rest of the smart home features. We also wanted to upgrade our security cameras from older Lorex 1080p to 4K with better monitoring software.Ryan Faught, who owns TechiT Services took my call initially and patiently spent some time on the phone with me answering many questions. He then came out for a 2 hour assessment and consult to see the legacy system in order to make the best recommendations. Ultimately, he recommended an Ubiquiti gateway, routers, range extenders, security cameras and network video recorder; and sent me the links to Ubiquitis website so I could order the equipment myself to save time and money.When the equipment arrived a week later, Ryans team made scheduling the installation easy. Ryan came out himself to connect and test everything and ensure that it was running smoothly. It worked seamlessly and the first time, just like he promised. All the work was done without any hiccups and the equipment recommendations worked out perfectly.I would highly recommend Ryan from Techit Services for this type of work.

Ryan did an outstanding job at setting up my wifi home system. He got everything working at peak performance. I have had several techs come but could not get good wifi connections. Kudos to Ryan for his service and to Candice for following up with the service call. Thanks again.

Techs are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. 100% solved all my tech problems one by one. Helped with my Office 365, and Windows 11. Solved my email problems right away. Couldnt be happier!
