We are a small design firm and Remsis has been doing all our IT services for a couple of years now. They are always responsive, very professional and also help to educate us on how to check and fix small issues ourselves. I would definitely recommend them!

We have been working with Roman and his Team at REMSIS IT Service in San Diego for the past 7 years. We are very pleased with their proactive approach towards IT Support and keeping our Company up and running around the clock. The fact that Roman speaks fluently German and can communicate with our office in Zurich, Switzerland is a huge plus.

Roman at Remsis is an amazing technician and great person.He has been helping me maintain the computer system for my Accounting business for over 10 years. Anytime I have an issue he is available to connect and resolve it. He has assisted me in the purchase of quality equipment. He rescued my system when it failed to respond and recovered all my data on a new system.Plus he is very personable and easy to work with.I have worked with other technicians associated with my accounting clients, and the quality of Romans work on my system has far exceeded all of them.

Roman was our IT guy for 12 years until our company was recently bought out. He was always quick to respond and very thorough when dealing with computer issues. He will definitely be missed. I would highly recommend his services if you are looking for a really good IT person.

REMSIS has recently been taken over our old IT services and established a reliable network for our small company . Roman is very professional on time and his company is very structured, organized and on point. Working with REMSIS IT is hands down the best decision you can make for your IT needs. We have been using them for the past 8+ years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Roman is honest, transparent, and genuinely cares about you and your business. Whenever I have an issue (which is generally due to user error!) I file a ticket and get a quick response and solid resolution. He follows up to make sure youre completely satisfied, and I have 100% faith in his judgment and knowledge. He takes the time to get to know what you, as a business, need, and does not try to up-sell you on unnecessary goods or services. I cannot recommend REMSIS IT highly enough. If youre even considering going somewhere else--DONT DO IT!

I have been very impressed by the service and speed, especially as I am not a large account but always feel that I am treated as if I am. I have not had to call very often as REMSIS made sure I was set up to avoid viruses and always have my data backed up. My system totally crashed a year or two ago due to a hardware issue and I was so grateful to Roman at REMSIS as he had personally ensured that my data was continuously backed up. I have a lot of client data and business information that is essential to running my business.

Before REMSIS, our system was a patchwork of uncoordinated and weak equipment, network downtime at our company was common. With over 100 employees, this was a constant headache! Amazing Service! Nothing less than outstanding. I worked with Roman, and he successfully purged this nasty Searchbaron / searchmarquis virus that spread to all of my web browsers on my MacBook ... I had been trying to fix the problem myself for weeks --- and he fixed it in just a half an hour with a remote login! I highly suggest his service. He knows what hes doing.
