As a small business with ALL of our systems networked together and everything online, having a dependable, knowledgeable and honest IT partner is crucial. Aero IT meets all of these requirements and we have been so fortunate to have them as our preferred IT support partner! They fixed the issues that the last IT folks messed up, cleaned everything up, re-networked everything so it made sense and we currently utilize them for all our day-to-day needs. They are extremely responsive and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure things are done right. Thank you!

We have worked with Tyler for many years. He is really wonderful to work with and has always shown a high level of professionalism, trustworthiness, and reliability - which he has carried on with Aero IT. I am incredibly stubborn and old school, but he has transitioned our company to the newest and safest technology. I 100% recommend Aero IT without reservation! You will not be disappointed!

I recently retained Aero IT for my IT support and it has been the best decision I have made for my business. Tyler was able to fix my system glitches incredibly fast (and remotely BTW) and has made my work process so much easier. He and his company are all so easy to work with and friendly. We highly recommend Aero IT for your companys computer needs!We have worked with Tyler at Aero IT for several years and we couldnt be happier. We are a small Architecture firm founded in 1990 and have used computers regularly since 1994. We have had a number of IT services over the thirty years we have been in business and NONE have given us the level of service that we receive from Aero IT.Tyler and his company provide IT services that cover our needs, (for a monthly fee that doesnt knock our socks off) and is always available by phone to answer questions and solve problems.He and his staff are friendly and very helpful and professional. They dont bury us in tech-speak; they talk to us in terms we understand. When we need new equipment, Tyler and his staff are always willing to help us find what we need and the lowest possible price....When we had email issues, Tyler got us set up in such a way that we could share and track and save emails for projects. Youd be surprised at how often we need to go back in and find emails from archived projects....When the COVID 19 pandemic hit, Tyler and his staff got us set up with a vpn, (virtual private network), so we could work remotely....When one of us wanted to set up a home office, Tyler and his staff made themselves available for silly questions....When our backup system wasnt working to our satisfaction, Tyler and his staff got it all straightened out....When Tyler left his previous firm and partnership, we took our business and followed him to his new firm.He keeps meticulous records, so if we lose/forget a system password, all we need to do is call Aero IT.* Friendly* Professional* Budget Conscious* Knowledgeable (they really know their stuff!)Most sincerely,the gang at Di Donato Associates

Aero It Services came out to troubleshoot the server and software my company uses and install some hardware. The entire process was FLAWLESS, they are all very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them.
