I was looking for a quote for a laptop repair.First, I called Nerds On Call. They refused to answer any questions before harvesting my personal info. They then gave me a generic pricing policy, and wouldnt answer anything else.Then I called Advanced Concepts. No info harvesting, and they answered my questions. Just from a simple phone call, you can tell these are good people.

After a long search for a particular charger, Kurt was able to help me find what I needed. He was very friendly and professional. He took his time to make sure the part I ordered was the correct one. I would absolutely recommend Advanced Concepts. Thanks for all the help!

I have been going to Advance Concepts, for nearly 13 years, I have brought computers and have them serviced by this great company. Their service dept. is very much up on the latest, so knowing that you can be assured of the best service for your equipment. They are friendly and competent. They are good people to work with

Ive been doing business with Advanced Concepts for several years. Time and again they have been there when I needed help. Several years ago, I had them build a brand new computer for me and I have not had one problem with my new unit. These people know what they are doing when it comes to computers. They are the BEST in town.

I read the reviews before I went into the business. Only 2 really horrible ones, and thats because the customer service rep was honest. I have the worlds oldest working laptop. I just took in a 2005 Toshiba with Microsoft 7. The fan sounded like a 727 was taking off. They not only fixed it, at the price quoted, they also didnt try to sell me anything. Yes, they warned me I had 1 year before Microsoft doesnt support my laptop. The customer service was outstanding. Did I mention it was repaired before the said it would be? Just a great little business.

This is a two fold encounter -I went to this business looking for a specific monitor i could not find in Redding. After speaking with these guys and telling them what i was looking for we had a monitor ordered. The monitor was ready for pick up the morning of day two. I was impressed with the cost, timeliness and professionalism.As i am one that likes to build my own rigs, I went back to Advanced Concepts a few weeks later, looking to upgrade a few major components. After speaking with the guys they helped me determine that some of the major components did not need to be replaced as i was getting a sever bottleneck for a different source. Due to the shortage of some components I was told they would have a solution for me shortly. Within an hour i received a call that they found what we were looking for and the order was placed.All in all these guys know their stuff, not only were they able to explain things in a great detail but they listened to what i was trying to do and guided me to a solution that saved me a lot of money.

Ive been going to Advanced Concepts for a few years now. I purchased a notebook computer from them earlier this year and I have been very happy with it. No problems at all with it. Ive had several questions about how to do certain things and Advanced has always gone out of their way to help me out.Prior to purchasing the new notebook computer I had them work on my old computer a couple times. Once was a virus and the other time was a blue screen in Windows. Both times they quickly corrected the issue. The virus was the first time I used Advanced and before choosing them I called around to get prices and to get a feel for how the companies handled things. Advanced was as much as half the price and very nice and professional.I would (and have) highly recommend them to all my family, friends and co-workers.

Advanced Concepts fully merits #1 rating. I entered their shop on Bechelli for the first time Monday, looking for a hard drive reader. Two previous tries at other computer shops were unsuccessful. One never heard of such a thing and the other dismissed me superciliously with a we dont handle them. Kurt pulled exactly what I wanted off of a shelf, then took out my old hard drive (it was stuck) and installed it in the reader for me then and there. In and out the door in twenty minutes for a very reasonable fee. What more could I ask for?

Advanced Concepts has serviced our companies for over 20 years now. We have operations across the country and their service team been great to deal with all this time. Recently we had problems with some of our old programs not working properly with the new windows operating system, this of course has nothing directly to do with Advanced Concepts, but none the less they found a way to update the software and get us back in motion. Im writing this review just to reach out and say thanks for all the great service over the years. Whether we have had a need here at our headquarters in Redding or our offices in Atlanta, they have always been great to work with and fair. Thanks to the entire team for your service and support of our companies.
