Our journey to the Stove & Spa Store began at the Home Show where I met Lora one Sunday afternoon. My wife and I were not ready for a spa yet but I wanted one just the same. We had been working on our house which was a fixer-upper for about 2 years…still not ready to move in yet…but that’s a different story.I had been to one store but the guy’s idea of help was to tell me a website to go to where I could design what I wanted and then come back to him. I thought well if I have to do all the work and make decisions I do not really have the knowledge to make what is the use of doing business with them. I wondered what would happen if a problem was to arrive?I like the idea of supporting local businesses when we can so one day we drove over the hill to see what the Stove & Spa Store was all about. Lora remembered us from the show and we began test driving the different spas. After a couple of test sit-ins we found one that was right for us. Lora answered all our questions and worked us up a quote. We left with a comfortable feeling wishing we were ready to put it in tomorrow.As usual months went by before we were ready…sure could have used that spa! I called Lora to say let’s get it on order. More questions now that we were down to the nitty-gritty. Lora was helpful as always. The big day came a couple of weeks later when Wesley (Lora’s husband) and Travis showed up with our Spa. After a few minutes it became apparent that this was not the first install that Wesley had done. He and Travis had it done in short order.A Leak? As I am filling up our newly installed spa I take a walk around look…humm…some water on the ground in the back corner but I have not spilled any…so I have a leak? I get down close to really investigate, try to look under the spa to see if I see a drip…no nothing that I can see…touch said water leak…something feels different…color wrong..bingo! If you have a male dog you will know about my leak.In summary- The folks at the Spa & Stove Store have been great to do business with! I surely would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.Tom & Gloria
