We were impressed with the whole staff at stove and spa. We visited with the intent of gaining knowledge of spas and wound up buying that same day. Allen was terrific in answering all our questions and Lora provided additional info and insight. Wesley delivered the spa on time and was very helpful in setting it up. Follow up servicing is very helpful by David. If your looking for a spa, this is where you need to visit. Looking for relieving the aches and pains of everyday life after golf (mostly). Everyone at Stove and Spa Center were friendly and knowledgeable. They made it very easy to pick my new stove.They recommended the installer, who also did a great job.Now about the stove, it is amazing. Its great looking and so efficient. We had been dreaming of a spa for quite a few years and finally got the itch to make it happen. After looking around at the different brands/options, we visited Stove & Spa Center. Brett chatted with us and really educated us on all the different spa models, focusing on what we were looking for in a spa. I was really impressed with his level of knowledge/expertise and we left feeling like we knew exactly what we wanted. We ordered the spa a few days later and within a few weeks were contacted and did our site visit with Wesley. He was great as well. We are very happy with our spa, the brand and our experience with Stove and Spa. Id recommend them to anyone looking for a spa addition.

We purchased an Endless Pool and had it installed a month ago. We had been visiting the store and talked to Lora for years about the possibility of getting the pool. We finally decided to purchase and the experience was wonderful. From financing, determining the best placement, finding vendors to just asking questions, Lora and Wes were helpful and professional. I cant imagine having a better experience. We cant wait to enjoy our endless pool for many years to come!

Atascadero Stove and Spa Center has been a true 5 star experience. We purchased the Hot Springs Hot Spot Relay for our family and love it. From my very first conversation with Lora, I knew I would have a good experience. Lora was cheery, helpful and great at helping me find the right spa for my family.The Covid situation has made spa purchasing difficult and they managed to help us purchase the spa we wanted in about 1/4 the time that everyone else needed to deliver a spa at a great price. They even delivered a few weeks earlier than we were expecting!I had a few questions along the way as I was managing the electrical and concrete installation of our project, and they were always quick to return my calls and provide as much information as they could. They even reached out the factory and got some schematics for me when I was asking about precise location of the electrical inlet for the Hot Spot Relay.When it came to delivery of the spa, Wesley was great. He was very informative when he came out for the site check and helped me to troubleshoot some technical details I was working out. Wesley was able to squeeze in a delivery for us with very short turn around time. He really has the process buttoned up. I was impressed. He had all the right tools, and made the delivery about as smooth as it could go.All in all, we had a great end to end experience with Stove and Spa Center and I highly recommend them when you are ready for a Spa purchase.

We purchased our new spa from the stove and spa center a couple weeks ago. I went to most of the spa stores up and down our county. This store had everything I wanted in a small spa and the price was right. The customer service is top notch. LORA the owner is on site and so helpful and knowledgeable. Wesley (Lora’s Spouse and co owner) was wonderful in the delivery and information on setting up the spa. They gave us detailed information of what we needed to do to prepare for the delivery of the spa and how to take care of it . I have shopped with them for all my pool needs in the past. They are a wonderful company with that down-home customer service that you don’t see very much these days, We are very happy with our purchase.

They are the best!! Everyone here is so nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I had gone to another Spa store in SLO first with questions on chemical balancing and they sold me the wrong stuff and were not very friendly. Walking into this store was a much better experience and I got the correct help right away. Came back another day with my puppy and to my surprise they had treats for her and again were very helpful with all my questions. They even test spa water for free! Thank you to the whole team at the Stove and Spa Center, I will be back for sure for all my future needs.

We’re very pleased with our new Stride spa from Atascadero Stove & Spa. We needed to replace our old Jetsetter & Brett directed me to the Stride. It was the right choice. It fits perfectly on the existing slab & under our new gazebo. We’re limited in our space & water use here in Cambria & the Stride was the right size & easier to operate & more streamlined than our old spa. I love that there is only one filter to clean, the temperature stays constant, the jets in the lounges are perfectly placed, the pretty exterior & interior lights are calming & it’s the most soothing way to end the day.Wesley & his crew delivered the spa on one of the hottest, most humid days in Cambria, but Wesley said the weather was fine (it wasn’t). No complaints, just hard work, hauling the old spa away & the new one over obstacles & steps uphill to get it placed. Wesley explained the operation, along with providing a laminated list of instructions & a container full of chemicals.I’ve used my new spa just about every day since it was delivered & I absolutely love it. I highly recommend Atascadero Stove & Spa. Everyone there is welcoming & knowledgeable regarding repair, maintenance or replacement & their customer service is unbeatable. The team at Stove and Spa was fantastic. I wanted a spa but didnt want the hassle of managing a big installation process. Lora was terrific in introducing me to both the concrete and electrical subcontractors that I needed. She worked with me to ensure the work was done in a timely manner and in less than three weeks my new spa was in and operational! And the concrete contractor - Concrete Concepts was able to do the custom paver work I was looking for as well. I would highly recommend working with this local company.

Awesome experience as I was expecting them to not be able to help. I had to get an old school spa filter that was hard to identify, they took the filter and figured it out within 5 min. Excellent staff and very knowledgeable. If you have issues with your spa this is the place to go for help.

Lora, Wesley and David have been awesome. Lora helped us pick out the best hot tub for us. Wesley and his helper installed it PERFECTLY through some difficult terrain. Westley walked me through the process of running the tub and had some wonderful easy to follow handouts. I bring a sample of the water to the store, and David helps me figure the best chemicals to add to get it on tract and keep it running properly. The spa is a little pricey, but well worth it!! I highly recommend Stove and Spa Center.

With available spas in short supply we felt fortunate that the Stove and Spa Center had 2 floor models still for sale. We purchased the Beam model which has worked out perfectly for us. This is our first experience with a salt water spa and it is fantastic. The sales, service and delivery experience all went very well. The spa is performing as promised and is extremely quiet. I love the smart features which let you know if any adjustments are necessary. We look forward to our daily spa therapy.

We had purchased chemicals and repair parts from the Stove and Spa Center so we decided to purchase a new Hot Springs spa from them. We are very happy with our new spa...but most importantly we were very happy with the entire process from sale to installation. Stove & Spa Center was the third place we visited to replace a very old hot tub. Lora was very knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive to our needs...and the price was right! As a result, we chose S&S. They we very accommodating in terms of the installation date, and they had two electrician referrals for us to contact to address some aged electrical connections. Most importantly, Wesley and the team were great in the removal of my old almost falling apart spa and in efficiently installing the new one. We were in the tub that same night!

We were referred by our chiropractor, Dr. Joseph Lojacano to Stove & Spa Center. He told us what wonderful people Wesley and Lora are and how theyre a local family thats been in business for years with extensive knowledge. He told us a hot tub could really benefit muscle relation for me. And he was right about all of it. We headed down and met with Lora who was full of product knowledge and beyond kind and patient. We went through all kinds of products, in and out of the store and back and forth on email. Never once were we pressured to purchase. We ended up purchasing an Endless Pool x2000. Lora was so incredibly kind and shared some wonderful stories. We couldnt be happier with our purchase, its a beautiful pool and spa, the product was well worth waiting for. The install with Wesley and the crane was incredible, got that one on video. They were here all day to get it just right. My husband and I decided to buy a hot tub during the Covid19 Shelter -In-Place orders. After several months of isolating, we desperately needed a way to soothe ourselves and feel better. After checking around on line and calling various places, I talked to Lora at Stove & Spa. After telling her my parameters and price range, I was thrilled when she said, I think I have just what you described on my showroom floor now. We rushed down and sure enough...there it was...the perfect one..not too big or too small, great brand and reviews, and in our price range! We were elated!! Lora was incredibly knowledgable, willing to take a lot of time with us, and made our purchase seamless. Wesley delivered it right to our back patio, not to the driveway like a lot of other places. We couldnt have handled it on our own. He did a fantastic job, gave us a lesson in how to set it up and care for it, and even brought us our first batch of chemicals!! So far, it has been magical! Our hot tub runs perfectly, and we love love love it! We didnt realize how important it was going to be to continue our relationship with Lora and Wesley. We have been in several times to have our spa water checked and to get advice from them as to how to keep it perfect. They run the test for free and are always very happy to see us and help us. When it comes to buying appliances and large ticket items we are crazy researchers. We went into stove and spa center half a dozen times before buying our hot spring spa. (over a course of nearly 3 years). We compared in price, quality, maintenance, etc.. their products and service to Idlers, Costco.. you name it. We came really close to buying spas at those locations and after talking with a few friends who did go through those companies and hearing of how the after support was so weak we knew Stove and Spa was the place for us. Lora was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful every time we went in. Her husband Wesley installed the spa and that was so much easier than I was anticipating. We go in the spa every night after the kids go to bed and nearly every time say why the heck did we wait so long for this?! This is where you need to go!We shopped for a spa for several months at Stove & Spa and other retailers. Lora clearly knew her product better than anyone.When we finally ordered it, Lora helped us make all the right choices (colors, model, etc.) and told us exactly when it would arrive. It showed up right on time and Wesley and his crew came and installed the spa exactly where we wanted it. Wesley explained in detail what wed need to do when filling and starting up the spa, which made that process a breeze.Weve had the spa about 3 1/2 months now and absolutely love it. We got a Hot Spring Flair model, which has beautiful lighting inside and out, fabulously strong and varied jets, and a really pretty exterior. We especially like the exterior logo light that tells us at a glance that the spa is at the right temp and the salt system is working.The salt system is a great feature. This spa replaced an older tub that used a bromine sanitizer. Though we had no trouble balancing the chemicals in the old spa, my wife complained that it still smelled like chlorine and left a faint chlorine smell on the bed sheets if you didnt shower up after using the spa. The salt system completely eliminates that. The water always smells fresh and clean.Stove & Spa has been very helpful after the sale, offering free testing of the spa water and providing detailed, written instructions to maintain the chemical balance. I had some initial difficulty, but David spent quite some time with me explaining what I needed to do to get it right. Stove & Spa also gave us a lot of chemicals as a start up kit and even let us pick out several rubber duckies from their huge supply for the spa.Really, this is the place to go for a spa and the Hot Spring spas are the ones to get.Last tip--have them turn on the spa and put your hand in to feel the jets. Then try that with other brands. You will find that the Hot Spring jets are superior.

I have wanted to own a spa for many years to help with low back pain. I attempted to research different spa companies online, but as with many things these days, found that there are just TOO MANY choices. Most websites want you to sign up and ask for a quote before you can even get an idea of what a quality tub costs. A friend referred my to Lora & Wes at Stove and Spa and I finally went in. Lora spent over an hour on the showroom floor with us going over every model, showing us all the options, colors, extras and what each would cost. I had no idea it was so complicated...but I explained and she listened to what our needs were and before we left, we purchased the perfect spa for our family and budget. A few weeks later, Wes brought the tub, set it up, and spent another hour going over exactly what I need to do to take care of our new spa. This couple is fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone thinking about purchasing a spa.We also had Wes look at our decrepit fireplace. A few days later, Lora sent me an estimate for a wood-burning stove insert that was significantly less than a competitor. Hopefully, Stove and Spa Center will be tackling that project next.

We bought our second Hot Springs spa earlier this summer and we cant be happier. Lora was super helpful and knowledgable, Wess installation went smoothly, and the quality is still there. We had our first for fifteen years and expect the same for this one. We have solar but still anticipated a residual increase from PGE but have seen only a slight bump in our bill. Thats the cherry on top!

We were given basic info on all the major spa brands but never felt like we were being pressured into a Hot Spring spa. As it turns out, we felt Hot Spring was the best spa for us. They had a nice selection and I found one that I thought would be perfect or my sons new home. I was told a hot tub might help, so my husband and I started looking around, but everything we saw was bigger than we had space for and way out of our price range.One day at the post office I saw an add for Atascadero Stove and Spa, so I took it home to my husband and suggested we go there.The minute we walked into the store, there it was, the perfect little tub I’d been looking for at a price we could afford! My husband says he has nothing but good to say about the whole experience of working with the staff. Laura, our sales person, was so friendly and helpful, and even found us a way to save some money by having us pick up the tub in our truck. She helped us through the whole process, and once we acquired the tub they set us up with all the information and supplies we needed for upkeep. I bought the Flair, its roomy for two, lots of jets so you can move around and get a different experience in each area you sit. Wesley came out and installed the stove in a couple of hours and was even able to get creative and work around an issue caused by the way the old wood burning stove pipe had been secured inside the chimney. Our journey to the Stove & Spa Store began at the Home Show where I met Lora one Sunday afternoon. My wife and I were not ready for a spa yet but I wanted one just the same. We had been working on our house which was a fixer-upper for about 2 years…still not ready to move in yet…but that’s a different story.I had been to one store but the guy’s idea of help was to tell me a website to go to where I could design what I wanted and then come back to him. We left with a comfortable feeling wishing we were ready to put it in tomorrow.As usual months went by before we were ready…sure could have used that spa! I called Lora to say let’s get it on order. More questions now that we were down to the nitty-gritty. Lora was helpful as always. The big day came a couple of weeks later when Wesley (Lora’s husband) and Travis showed up with our Spa. After a few minutes it became apparent that this was not the first install that Wesley had done. He and Travis had it done in short order.A Leak? As I am filling up our newly installed spa I take a walk around look…humm…some water on the ground in the back corner but I have not spilled any…so I have a leak? I get down close to really investigate, try to look under the spa to see if I see a drip…no nothing that I can see…touch said water leak…something feels different…color wrong..bingo! JR, the sales person listened to all my expectation for the new hot tub and made suggestions not only for the tub but also for the accessaries. It was right on! I am so happy to pay extra for Liftn Glide for I am petite person. They are also very professional and dedicated to make their customer happy. When theres a little problem with the installation, the owner, Wesley came to my house right away, even it was on Friday evening ( and he wasnt feeling well either!) and took care of it, so I could enjoy the tub. It is easy to find a cheaper tub online, but hot tub needs maintenance, so with that reason, I am very happy to find this local store. Living a few houses from the sand, we have a non-existent back yard. It needed to be beautiful but also have all of the amenities we wanted in a spa. We found just that in the Hot Springs Envoy NX. Its like a piece of art in our front yard! We built our entire yard around it. Our family is in love. Wes and his team of experts seamlessly installed the spa, and we have used it several times a day ever since. We go in after a morning surf, after a workout, after basketball (our girls play - every day!) and at night after dinner to relax and talk about our days. I have called 4 times in the past 6 weeks to have my thermostat fixed or replaced and I have not been called to set up an appointment. I live in Cambria and it is freezing in the morning when I get up! I have to manually turn it off and on so I cant leave it on all night or I would be roasted!!! I brought a $4,000 dollar stove and after smelling gas l found out a test port screw was missing. I went to there shop expecting a apology and help, I got neither. I suggested they call one of there techs and see if they had a extra one. They said there techs are working and they dont want to bother them. Ive gone back for a two-for - but google only seems to let me edit a review, not add another. So, what appears first is what arrived first - a luscious spa - then we went from a cartoon-like electric insert fireplace to a propane (go Hank Hill) insert that is providing ambiance and warmth.----first: the spaVery helpful personnel, attentive, intelligent and caring. Low pressure - they want YOU to be happy over their commission. Family-run, and it shows.The delivery was exciting - we live in a steep area and the crane operator was just a Master - disturbed one or two _leaves_ among the tall Oaks - Ill edit and post something on FB in the coming weeks.The spa itself is A W E S O M E - solid, powerful, energy- and water-efficient - we opted for the ACE salt-water system. Happy, happy, happy. As Lora says, Cool Beans!We are getting a gas insert tomorrow to replace a TV-like (and not very warm) electric insert. Cant wait!----next: the gas insertThe shop has a wide range of high quality stove/fireplace products and the staff knows its way around. Luckily, my Wife and I have similar tastes or we could have been there longer! An applied $75 is applied for checking the work effort. We needed a custom enclosure as the fireplace went from wood to gas to cheezy electric. A TV doesnt warm you like propane! It was in place for Thanksgiving and my whole, ginormous extended family loved it. Me and Mine are loving it every Morning when its chilly. Five levels of heat, five levels of fan. We chose River Rocks over logs or glass beads, but whatever floats your boat - there is probably something youd like.- C & B on Alturas
