If I could give a 6-star rating, I would! I was looking to purchase a home in OC, but I am from NorCal, so I embarked on a search to find a reliable, professional, experienced, and trust-worthy agency who I could rely on as a consultant and to serve as my eyes and ears, since I was unable to physically tour properties. I was impressed by Natalies reviews, and promptly setup a time to have a consultation with her. After approximately 45-minutes with her on Zoom, I was confident that she would be a good fit. She has many years of experience in the real estate industry, and grew up in the area, so she is super knowledgable and connected in the field, which was another plus (she had so many great referrals for me-- from lenders, to insurance agents, inspectors, handymen…you name it). The current housing market comes with an array of challenges, the first being that we started house-hunting during the pandemic. (Gone were the days of entering homes at will for open houses!). Natalie is highly responsive and organized, and quickly reserved spaces for us to tour homes. During our first visit, she thoughtfully planned our itinerary for our one-day visit. We were not quite ready to jump in that weekend, so went home and for the next few months continued to look for homes, through Natalies portal. She attended several tours on our behalf, and FaceTimed us for each. I wholeheartedly trust her judgement and advice. She was forthright in giving her opinion on whether she thought the home was of value and a good fit for us. She was quick to put in an offer on both homes we were interested in. We lost the first to several all cash offers and an astronomical over-bid. The second was a similar situation. The sellers accepted a higher offer, but Natalie was optimistic and we kept looking. Low and behold, nearly a month later she called to inform us that the deal fell through and if we were still interested, our offer would be accepted! All-in-all, our search for the perfect home took nearly 4 months (due to the low inventory of homes, high demand, and crazy cash offers), but Natalie hung with us and we now have exactly what we wanted! Natalies professionalism, experience and customer service is exceptional, and I highly recommend her.

The Hudes group are rockstars! We met them for a free consultation and were completely blown away by their presentation. They are super professional, very knowledgeable, and so so on top of their game. If we showed any interest in a home, they already knew the ins and outs of the property and have already spoken to the seller agent. And when we wanted to put in an offer, they gave their unbiased input on how we should present the offer and at what price. Once the offer was in, they kept in CONSTANT contact with the seller agent, getting updates daily, sometimes more than once a day! In the end, they helped us get an off-market property that wouldnt have been available to us had we used somebody else. I highly recommend the Kristina and Eric at the Hudes group to anybody looking to buy a new home. If nothing else, meet them for their free consultation...and be prepared to be blown away!
