I have had ups and downs living here but in general my family and I love it. As some have mentioned, that issues with internet and cable being at the top of the list. I absolutely hate the internet company they currently have but the speed is fast. If I could change anything it would be that company. The previous one had horrible stability but great customer service. This one has decent stability and fast speed but nightmarish service. The thing that makes it palatable is that the staff at Mariposa step up to help when there are issues.Now going on to the rest of the place. The grounds are nicely kept up, the location is great being very close to the beach and I love my neighbors. The staff, for the most part,is exceedingly helpful especially the maintenance guys. Chris, Ignacio and Rudy are by far my favorite people to have ever dealt with at any property I have been to. Even my mom who lives close to 3000 miles away and has been on Facetime when we had maintenance issues, loves Chris.Kennia, the property manager is always helpful and goes far beyond what a property manager should ever be expected to. She is straight to the point yet friendly, always. Even when being confronted by upset tenants.The new night time security guard is effin incredible as we had an issue with a noise problem on the roof but couldnt pinpoint it. He went beyond what was expected and helped me discover what was going on (ended up being teens, so nothing nefarious) but its just the icing on top when the security guard actually takes his job seriously.The prices are fair and around market value. You get some people griping about the high cost of living but thats par for this area. The amenities including pool area and gym are well maintained.All in all barring some issues with the internet company, its a great place to live.
