I have dealt with Chris in the past on numerous occasions while he was managing at a different company. Frankly, I was very impressed with his computer/networking knowledge BUT most Importantlyhis ability to LISTEN !! Not only was he able to address my technical concerns but he resolved my repairs /issues with the most efficient and No-nonsense way. Not only saving me time but $$$$ too !!It was disappointing that he left his old company because of logistics for me but I am glad that he went and opened his own company. Hollister is a bit too far for me to drive to (I live in the south bay) but I manage to send my equipment to him through UPS and his turn around time is lightning fast !! I also found out that he WILL service anyone that has IT/Networking needs in the entire bay area !! Chris EARNED his 5 stars, give him a try and you will not be disappointed !!!! Way to go Chris!
