We love Rustys pizza and any time we are in the Santa Barbara/Goleta area, we hit up one of the Rustys locations. This time we tried some different items besides our go to pizza. The Rustys sub was good tasting, but was minimal when it came to the meat. The habanero wings were very tasty.

Horrible experience. We paid over $50 for two six inch gluten-free pizzas and a small salad. They messed order up and brought us the wrong dressing and I have people with dietary needs. A total waste of money. Don’t bother going here. Who sends food out of a kitchen this badly burnt? We also had two employees call and confirm our order only for it to be messed up and burned.

Not bad pizza place. Their mediums are definitely smaller than we expected for $15 so if we decide to come back we might get a large, but we may as well buy 2 pizzas elsewhere for the same price as the large LOL.

ProsIt was ready on time.Very satisfying.Great customer service via the phone.Would buy again.ConsPrices are not listed outright on the website.(But... Its about $11 for a small, $13 for a medium and $17 for a large with options for thin or pan crust. The price of the pie varies by the number of toppings on your pizza. Hope this helps!🍕)

On September 16, 2023 around 5:20 pm, I ordered a large pepperoni pizza to eat in. I waited for 30 minutes, then I decided to ask for my pizza, the cashier told me they forgot to make it, and told me to wait another 5 minutes. I saw a bunch of people in the kitchen doing nothing. I wondered how they forgot. I asked for a refund, which they acted like they didn’t want to, but I insisted. After they talked to the manager I got my refund, but they didn’t even say sorry. What kind of business is that. Bunch of lazy people.

Cauliflower crust pizza is where it’s at. And only $8-$10! It’s the perfect size serving and won’t leave you comprise from overeating. Only place in town with the foresight and common sense to sell a vegetable crust pizza. Rusty’s does everything good and they get my business. Wish more pizza places offered healthy crust alternatives. Cauliflower crust is awesome for kids!

Dont order through the phone. I usually give 5 stars to ALL Rustys but the last time i ordered from this location over the phone they gave my child the wrong pizza and it made him Nauseous. Theres a guy who is miserable on the phone line he lies to customers about where the food gets delivered he does whatever he wants. I dont understand why he is so miserable if he gets paid for his awful phone service. Because of this guy Rustys is losing alot of customers they should record the phone calls so they can witness his awful lies and service for themselves. I believe in Karma and it aint nothing nice this guy has got to go for the workers who are Respectful at Rustys Locations Much Respect and Appreciation. There is no excuse for treating customers badly when because of the customers this type of awful workers are being paid. If i worked at Rustys pfff i would enjoy putting a smile on peoples face and i would enjoy all the good food its very unfortunate that Customer Service has gone Downhill when its so simple. This awful people must treat their family the same way. Shame on them. Thank you always to the honest hard workers i am always greatful for them.

Im sharing this review because Ive been a customer and advocate of Rustys for over 30 years and tonight was the first time a driver (Maria) demanded I hand over the coupon I used after ordering online. I think its a horrible policy to take away the thing that leads to a sale, in my case, decades of orders. The pizza was okay but the lasting feeling from my interaction with this driver makes me want to order somewhere else next time. I contacted the call center to share my experience and was told they follow orders from corporate and there was no desire to keep me as a customer. The coupon isnt worth much, it was the extremely bad experience between the driver and the call center that bothered me.

This is my favorite pizza place but dang its expensive! Customizing your pizza is easy online and weve never had any issues ordering for delivery. Giving it 4 stars because the drivers will definitely run you over (and because its expensive). Im not joking. . . They drive like madmen lol

Be careful! Check your receipt before they leave your house, I order a 2 item pizza had a coupon that I mentioned to the guy at milpas and I still got rip off, they charge me the full amount. Besides the quality of the ingredients is going down while the price is going up. 36.00 dollars for dough and cheap cheese!? I could’ve order something healthier from Agaves!!!!

New location is great! It looks very similar to the lower state location. Very clean and lots of space. They now have a salad bar, video game cabinets, a nice separate party room, and they still sell pizza by the slice! Friendly staff and great pizza. Cant go wrong here especially with the fresh new space.

Poor Delivery guy. Honestly. These people put him in a tough position. I called to order a pizza and asked to pay in person, not realizing my fiance didnt have the money in cash. Knowing they take card payments over the phone, my fiance calls back promptly to pay with his card. The guy over the phone says he cant help and tells him to address the problem to the delivery driver. When the driver came and we told him the problem and that the guy at the store told us to tell him and he would sort it out, the driver responded with, Me? Why me? I dont have a machine or anything to run your card. Why would they tell you that?. My 90 year old roomate had to loan me the cash to pay him so he wouldnt have to call the Parlor and save everyone a headache. *** I just want to point out, that almost every time we call in an order here, the people who answer the phone almost always have a bad attitude. Its so noticable it makes you wonder if they even like their job*** The pizza is good here but Id prefer to save myself the grief and just order from somewhere else. I dont understand why he couldnt just take our payment over the phone. Sheesh.

I can tell you this. If your tastes are similar to mine - growing up feeling like Round Table Pizza was the best existing option.. Rustys is excellent. The absolute best tasting pizza is individual size, you get a must better ratio of crust to non-crust. If you are too hungry for a single individual pizza to do the job, get two. Or three. Just be willing to wait the ten minutes, pretend the slices arent there. Its not that they are bad, they just arent going to be as fresh. The individual pizzas are five bucks each. Sweet deal.The salads at Turnpike are not as good as the salads at other places, you dont get to make it yourself and its more expensive somehow. Just stick with the individual pizzas and youll be glad you did.Ive been going to Rustys once or twice a day for a couple weeks now. Too good. The Rustys on Calle Real and Storke are good too. I just wish they had some kind of frequent pizza customer program to get free pizza if you keep going. And I wish you could order the individual size pizzas on their website. You have to call.

Very disgusted and dissatisfied. I wanted a salad and my kids wanted slices. A tiny bowl with one trip to the salad bowl was over $5 and a large bowl with one trip only was over $7The salad bar was dirty with food spilled. There was only dried up looking iceberg lettuce (no green lettuce) I didn’t eat it.Tables are dirty, parm and pepper shakers are greedy.When I complained to the girl at the register, all she said was, “I don’t make the prices.”The rest of the employees were in the back room eating In n Out. Classy.

Rustys pizza crust has been changed over the past year or so, and is now terrible. All locations used to make a nice pizza, but now the crust is so tough, it hurts to even chew it. We are really missing the old thin crust; thin and crispy with air pockets..it was good even a couple of days later.

This location on turnpike is really bad. Customer service sucks . They were out of salad took 20 minutes to stock after asking twice a fight broke out by the party room 1 kid was knocked out has employees looked on & did nothing kids doing tricks on skateboards in the store I’m never going to this location again I might just boycott Rusty’s all together. I’d fire every employee in there. Date all this transpired was feb 17 between 4 & 6 pm

PLEASE GET GLUTEN FREE CRUST. My bf and I would eat here all the time until he was diagnosed with celiac disease. Now we cant anymore and we miss it! I bet they would gain a considerable amount of business if they offered gf crust here.. (at a reasonable price and size)

I am ONLY 10 minutes early before 11am so I can set up my daughter party. I went inside to ask if I could set up already? The women literally didnt let me speak, said we arent open yet and kicked us out. If it wasnt for my daughter party I would go somewhere else.

Used to be a place I really enjoyed going to but if you get the pan pizza its super spongey I felt like I was taking a bite out of Spongebob which made me sad because I would never want to hurt him. I think they really dont like people using the coupons.
