A good surgeon should not only be measured by his skill with the scalpel, but also by his ability to impart confidence and compassion to his patients. My experience with Dr. Bruno and his team was one where all of these qualities were present. Beginning with the first consultation visit, his passion for his profession and level of care for his patients became very clear. During that first visit, he listened attentively to my concerns and fears while answering all of my questions. Marisol in the front office also took time to explain every detail of the surgery, no matter how trivial they may have seemed. During the following consultations before surgery, everyone was very professional and attentive. The office wait times were minimal and all pre-surgical instructions and medications were promptly provided. On the day of the surgery and later at night, Dr. Bruno called my home to see how I was doing. My husband accompanied me to the follow-up appointments and Dr. Bruno answered all of my and my husband’s questions and took the time to show us more information on his computer. My husband and I left with a good feeling that we were dealing with a professional who really cared about how his patient’s felt.It has been three weeks since my surgery and I very happy with my decision. Plastic surgery can change lives, and thanks to doctors like Dr. Bruno so many people can feel better about themselves. I totally recommend his services.

Ive always found it difficult to coment on my experience at a doctors office, reason being I honestly dont know anyone who enjoys going to see a doctor or had an enjoyable time while there,myself included, I never look forward to any doctors visit and when Im there all I wanna do is get through it and get out so its over and done, that said I hope this helps reading this why I say I find it difficult to coment on, as far as an experience at any doctors office goes i gave this experience a 5 of a 1 to 5 rating, keeping in mind my coments above from the moment I arrived I felt comfortable, the receptionist greated me and attended to my needs so quickly I dont think the closed behind me first, my paperwork was ready and I did have to present or discuss anything as far as insurance because it was already authorized approved and accepted which impressed me grearly hat I couldnt help but to admire such professionalism, shortly after completing a couple of really sort forms of paperwork my name was called, I had a brief consultation with another young lady pertaining to medical issues and medications im taking, she also made me feel comfortable, was kind and very knowledgeable in her field, next i meat Dr Davidson, long story short, that meating with him is why Im going to finally have this procedure done after two failed attempts on my part for chickening out when it came time to do them, before I close I want all of you to know the one of the biggest if not the biggest factors which makes me feel very uncomfortable when having to visit a doctor or any visit is the im extremely hard of hearing and more times than not people just dont have the patience it takes before they become frustrated and cut you off or just have a hard time dealing with me, in this experience there was no sign of any of this, the young lady i had talked to about what meds I was taking got on her computer being I didnt know how to pronounce or know the spelling of them, found all 3, even wrote them on a piece of paper and gave it to me for future reference, before I left the receptionist help call for my pick-up talked to my nurse to make sure all preparations need for the day of the procedure where in order, going beyond the call of duty is how I see it, to make sure all my need were taken care off and this is why I rated this experience a 5, and get this everybody, I can honestly say I actually enjoyed an experience with a doctor visit, I thank each and every one of you who put up with me today for have the patience and professionalism it takes for me, you guys erre truly awesome, thank you soooo much.
