Wow! I didnt have a clue who to have work on my laptop but I definitely made the right choice with West Hollywood Computer Repair! Don is a very nice man, personable, great rates and would inform me along the repair route, what he was doing and approximately how long it would take. I highly recommend having Don work on your computer issues. Mine is running so fast now, I feel its better than it was when I bought it about 12 years ago! Thanks Don. If I know anyone else with computer issues, Ill send them your way!

Don is super knowledge, fast & all around good guy. I had a corrupted hard drive. And he took care of it in less than 24 hours. Totally affordable too. I highly recommend him.

Don was able to get my laptop up and running again in no time. I was unable to log in to my computer this morning, found Don on Google and he was able to get it up and running in just a couple of hours. Hes even giving the old thing a tune up. Hes taking some extra time just to observe it for a while. Ill be heading down to his place this evening to pick it up. Youve got to love same day service and for exactly the low price he quoted up front. Don will now be my go to computer guy should I experience other issues in the future.

I had the good fortune of locating Don Myers to help repair my computer. I found him to be very, very capable in solving all of my issues. Because I am not very technical, he patiently explained everything that was being corrected and was very gracious with all of my questions. There was a lot of work to be accomplished but he gave me timely updates to make sure I was aware of what was going on. And best of all, he was very reasonable with his charges. In another words, excellent work at a great price.

I woke up in the morning New Years Day to find out that my computer had crashed, died.I didnt know what to do. I had income tax information, all kinds of sentimental photos, important stock market information that I needed to retrieve off of it, to transfer to the new replacement computer.Don revived my computer and brought it back to life so I could transfer everything over.He pulled a rabbit out of a hat. My background is Computer Science and software, and I couldnt fix this problem. But Don did.Hes the real deal. Look no further for your computer repairs.

Peace of mind!!! Don is very professional and will give the best advice on any issue you have with your computer! My gaming latop was making a scary vibrating noise by the gpu fan. Don not only fixed it for me but gave some quality knowledge on my next build. Im going to get a desktop!His charge is very low! Please take care of him! =)

Don is personable and friendly and explains everything he will do and what it costs up front. He is also very technically proficient and will be able to do what he says he can do. On top of that, the turnaround time for most computer repair usually doesnt involve an estimate for a few days. In his case, usually the turnaround for the entire job is 24 hours. Unbelievable value compared to a big box shop or similar.

Finally a computer guy I can trust. Don is such a nice guy too. I was concerned he might only be expert in PCs and I have MACS, but no worries.I wasnt sure how to explain my complicated problems but he easily figured it out and much exceeded my expectations. Don fixed it all plus tuned my computer and the price was very fair. Great work, great price, and I was happy to have him in my home. I appreciate that he lives in the community and in my case could come right over. Highly recommended.

Don was such a delight to work with. He restored our old family film that we had put onto DVD years ago. He converted it to hi definition then transferred it onto youtube so that family/friends could enjoy watching it. What a treat. This is something that even Sammys Camera wouldnt touch but, Don Myers fix it!!!! Thank you over and over for this special treat!!!It made my year!

By far the worst customer service experience ive ever had. My computer slipped from my hand and i asked for a quote for a repair and his response was $0 dollars or infinity, he asked me if i was a jewish or persian trust fund baby, equated the damage to Star Wars, and spewed a bunch of other absurdities. He made absolutely no sense and was not helpful in the slightest. RUN!Response to his response below - Even his response doesnt make any sense and is unnecessarily critical and judgmental. This is not the type of person whose business you should be supporting. My question was simple - how much to fix my computer. Any comments or remarks outside of a price quote are wholly unnecessary and unprofessional.

Excellent customer service! They did all they could to salvage my dell inspirons broken hinge. I really appreciate that they also gave me the best options to choose from ( cost wise ) and fixed the hinge in four days at a decent price point!

Don has been fixing my computer for about a decade. I think I have had about 3 computers and we purchased them all together. He comes over about twice a year or if I have a virus and totally fixes it usually in two hours. He showed me how to clean the dust out of it so he wouldnt have to come over and do it. He does a good job explaining all the computer jargon. Im a senior my generation didnt have computers but he makes it easier to use. He enlarged the text and the mouse pointer and its much easier now. And he is very friendly and funny too.

I’m warning every customers. Do not take your computer to this guy. He broke my computer when it was working fine. My computer is 5 years old. Just a file I was looking for that I needed to look for. He is unprofessional and unqualified computer repair. This guy offer me $60 more to replace my hard disk and broke it after when an excuse computer died because old age. Don’t believe this liar and he don’t know what he is doing. IT WILL BE YOUR LOSS IF YOU TAKE YOUR COMPUTER TO THIS GUY WHO WORK FROM HIS HOUSE.

My laptop broke randomly and I looked up a local place in WeHo to take my MacBook Air. Im always hesitant with going to non-Apple Stores for repairs but I was in a time crunch but Im glad I found someone close by. If you need someone to fix your laptop fast you need to go to Don! The service was easy, friendly with early drop off and late pick up times. Don fixed my computer within 24 hours and returned it almost brand new. No complaints!

Honestly he saved my little laptop and my work, it will always be well meaning good at heart individuals of any industry who come to rescue, whereas Best buy for all its name and fact that i bought my laptop and was under their geek warranty for 3 years brought me nothing, if they would have said with meaning to help since i was their client for so long without using much of warranty that i should renew my plan and then they can look into my laptop but no all they wanted was money and more money no wonder corporations carry no heart or good sensibilities that people can recommend further if i hadnt renewed the gurantee it means i must be having valid reason which these best buy overlooked well thank you to Don Meyers now everything got sorted out.
