This is an honest review from a real customer. I suspect the other five star reviews are fake. I do not usually write reviews even if i had a bad experience, but in this case i feel a sense of responsibility to do so, even if you might not trust what i write.Tl;dr the candidates sourced from this agency are unreliable, and more of a headache than actual help. The agency does not actually know their candidates; they simply post ads in the those WeChat groups of chinese migrant workers of dubious provenance. They present you three candidates without reference checking, charge you almost $800 for the contact information of 1-2 candidates, and not really replacing them within the 30 day time frame as advertised, also the replacements are even worse.I am chinese myself and there are lots of good chinese in the USA. But the kind of Chinese candidates from this agency seem to be the kind of low morality and ethics. The candidates say whatever to get higher pay or longer trial, and there is little truth to what they say.It almost seems that they are not here to actually work but to last as long as possible collecting payment with minimal work until the family finally gives up or asks the agency for replacement at which point they will just suddenly quit giving you two hour advance notice. This happened to both candidates we got from this agency. In our case our nanny only made simple repetitive meals that were never on time, sour rice or dumplings were sometimes served, leftovers were 90% of the meals, and basically zero cleaning. Training and time did not improve anything. We had to eat in erewhon every day, as a result, while hoping she would improve. By the way we treated her well: she ate only the organic food from farmer’s market as we did, we kept our mouths shut when we found out she destroyed five of our le creusets and vision glass pots and patiently taught her again at a later irrelevant time trying to not make her feel blamed, and in general i tried to think positively of her. There are days when we were outside the whole day and did not really need her, but she did not want to take days off, so i told her to clean or organize the home. When we got back essentially nothing was cleaned or organized. We still paid her the $280/day despite it and provided her some training, which later turned out to be pointless. Second candidate was not any better but greedier asking for a raise on the second day. Later I learned from other chinese moms there were groups of illegal chinese migrant workers seeking domestic jobs here not actually want to work but to collect as much payment as possible with minimal work while moving from home to home. Now i wonder if the photos of the documents of my two candidates were fake.
