Amazing staff! Great costumer service! We went in this morning to get a new phone and there was a very irate customer shouting obscenities and not allowing them to help. Shout out to Romeo and Victor C. for handling that situation like champs. They were very professional throughout the entire exchange. Highly recommend this location for your Xfinity needs!

WAYYY TOO EXPENSIVE. Almost 13 years with them. I ditched them and Im doing streaming with another company at a fraction of the cost. I liked their service, few outages but so, so overpriced when its available other places for less.

Worst experience in this store, I’m a loyal customer to Xfinity for last 4 years.. I went to store to get mobile connection and port my existing number. Representative attended me is not aware of any process and deals which they have. He told me can’t do a normal prepaid plan port to get he deal but I confronted that’s it not correct and I can get that, every questions he need to verify the information with someone. At last when I told them that I’m eligible for a particular reward benefit from Xfinity they told no it’s not applicable and trying to sell me the offer with the least benefit, I was very sure that i’m eligible they asked me to trade in a phone for that offer and I told that the offer doesn’t need to trade in the phone but again trying to manipulate me. After lots of discussion they agreed that yes I’ve that deal and I can opt it.. wasted 1 hour just because people here is not well trained and don’t have enough knowledge required for the job. They really struggle to find a basic thing on their software. Such a waste of time visiting this store.

The employee there was very nice and checked my new address to ensure that I could get Internet. After three hours on the phone with a Xfinity, they determined they would have to get someone out to install it. And it would cost me money. Go with AT&T. Don’t waste your time.

Horrible customer service by phone. When you telephone Xfinity, make sure you get a ticket number. Ive made several telephone calls, been transferred several times. Each person takes your name and verifying information. They promise to help in 48 hours. Nothing done. No record at Xfinity of multiple calls. Store says to call. When calling I dont get promised emails. Ive called and visited stores numerous times. Staff is nice, but after no help and 18 days later of phone not working, Im angry.

Working in a hospital for 30 years. Customer service is everything to me....The store(3890 Truxel rd, Sacramento, Ca..95834... has the best customer service.. that I have been to. Every time I walk in, the employees are so kind and nice and very knowledgeable. Thank you very much for great customer service.

I was only exchanging equipment for an upgrade. The service was fast and professional. Xfinity isnt the best deal out there, but, I believe its worth the extra money.
