Amazing staff! Great costumer service! We went in this morning to get a new phone and there was a very irate customer shouting obscenities and not allowing them to help. Shout out to Romeo and Victor C. for handling that situation like champs. They were very professional throughout the entire exchange. Highly recommend this location for your Xfinity needs!

Worst experience in this store, I’m a loyal customer to Xfinity for last 4 years.. I went to store to get mobile connection and port my existing number. Representative attended me is not aware of any process and deals which they have. He told me can’t do a normal prepaid plan port to get he deal but I confronted that’s it not correct and I can get that, every questions he need to verify the information with someone. At last when I told them that I’m eligible for a particular reward benefit from Xfinity they told no it’s not applicable and trying to sell me the offer with the least benefit, I was very sure that i’m eligible they asked me to trade in a phone for that offer and I told that the offer doesn’t need to trade in the phone but again trying to manipulate me. After lots of discussion they agreed that yes I’ve that deal and I can opt it.. wasted 1 hour just because people here is not well trained and don’t have enough knowledge required for the job. They really struggle to find a basic thing on their software. Such a waste of time visiting this store.

The employee there was very nice and checked my new address to ensure that I could get Internet. After three hours on the phone with a Xfinity, they determined they would have to get someone out to install it. And it would cost me money. Go with AT&T. Don’t waste your time.

Horrible customer service by phone. When you telephone Xfinity, make sure you get a ticket number. Ive made several telephone calls, been transferred several times. Each person takes your name and verifying information. They promise to help in 48 hours. Nothing done. No record at Xfinity of multiple calls. Store says to call. When calling I dont get promised emails. Ive called and visited stores numerous times. Staff is nice, but after no help and 18 days later of phone not working, Im angry.

Going into the Xfinity office your customer service is spot on. The only thing I have to say negative about this place is.I hate the bot.It will run you in circles before it will ever give up a living breathing being, and as far as a mistake on your bill you might as well be talking to the bot because the people there will run you in circles they will tell you what your bill is repeateeedddddlllyyy...Trust me Xfinity has great customer service but you never want a mistake on your bill.. Months later youll still be arguing with them about the same thing and theyll still be repeating you what your bill is and you already know what that is so pull your hair out and scream

Dont use comcast unless you have absolutely no choice, and probably dont use then. Everyday my internet quits and no one will help. Tech says nothing is wrong. You cant call in because comcast has a horrible robot system that prevents you from talking to a live person. Once you fight the robot for a hour comcast will tell you you need to rent a new modem from them. Guess what, i bought a new modem for $250 because they said my old was bad. New modem did not fix the problem and im out $250 and stuck with the same issues.

I went in expecting a bad experience based on prior reviews. I was surprised of how great the experience was. A person addressed me right when I walked in and directed me to a kiosk. He assisted me at the kiosk until I didnt need him any longer. I literally spent 2 minutes in the store. Perfect.

I had the misfortune of getting cable internet service from Comcast/Xfinity for over 2 years in the Natomas area of Sacramento. They had horrible technical support and billing systems. The issues and the saga I went through are:1. Repeated reduction in speeds 15-30Mb/s downstream (from their promise of 500Mb/s), 1-2Mb/s upstream (from their promise of 10Mb/s) and increased latency of 30ms or higher (from their promise of 10ms or less) at peak work hours and evenings causing video calls to drop, video games to stall and streaming content to freeze.2. The technician who came to my home to fix the service could only fix the section of the line between the street to my modem, but not fix the equipment at their end. Also the technician showed up at non-peak hours and showed me that the line and quality of service is at the level I paid for, but the service quality dropped back to unacceptable levels at peak hours.3. After this visit, I made multiple calls to their phone technical support, which just keeps making me reboot my modem and router, but do NOT fix the bandwidth or capacity at their end. Comcast continues to use outdated equipment. I also investigated more and found that at the DOCSIS standards work by sharing the available downstream bandwidth. Comcast tends to sign up more and more users in the neighborhood without upgrading the equipment at their end.4. Their billing department keeps making us sign up for one-sided contracts and offer NO guarantees for service. This is unethical.5. Around a year ago, their billing system used my credit card number for another customers account, but could NOT remove my credit card from the other customers account or refund me for several months of incorrect charges. The recourse to this issue resulted in my canceling my credit card so that the incorrect charge would not recur.6. Also they billed me for technician visits when I canceled my service, although the problem not NOT get resolved. This is also unethical.Despite my several calls to their technical customer service, they could resolve issues. After having lived through the incompetence and unethical business practices of Comcast/Xfinity, I would highly recommend that you look for alternate internet service providers. My recommendation is to avoid Comcast/Xfinity like plague, and go with alternate providers if its possible in your neighborhood.I took the step to switch over to Fidium fiber (from Consolidated Communications Inc.) which for now has reliable service and get 1Gb/s (1000Mb/s) for both upstream and downstream data, with 5ms latency or less. I could not be happier with my internet service after the switch!!

Do not buy a phone here. Their accounts are locked phones only they cannot admin the android phones that are ran by Google android. They wanted me to pay for a phone that google bricked. terrible condescending customer service and not helpful. Do not get a phone here stick with a legitimate mobile carrier that sells unlocked phones. Do not by locked phones. Very bad idea. Armando the manager chose a really bad rude team. The bill ATM is the only useful thing to avoid their awful customer service. They wanted me to call Google to fix a locked phone. None of these people have ever called google before and have no idea that Google has no customer service.

Please do not visit this location. Firstly, I scheduled an appointment today to return our equipment and per the e-mail instructions I was to “check-in” via a link and I would receive a text message or e-mail indicating when a representative was ready for me. After 20 mins of no text message or e-mail, I received a cancellation notice and I decided to enter the store to clarify. They informed me that they “no longer call customers” and that it’s a “new policy.” I informed them that I was simply following the instructions on their e-mail. I was then called by a different “technician” to return my equipment and right off the back she had a terrible attitude and lacked ANY customer service. It was a very unpleasant visit. Please do better for paying customers.

Much better experience than it used to be. Theyve adopted a new system that involves getting a ticket and sitting comfortably while waiting your turn. The wait was short considering how many people were in the store. The technician that came out to my house (when I ran into trouble) was knowledgeable enough, and went above and beyond to get me connected.

According to the person that first helped me, I had to wait for a representative to remove the equipment from my account. Marissa the store manager was polite, friendly, funny and vibed with me in a way that made me feel welcomed and understood. The reviews on Google do NOT match the cust9mer service experience I saw and felt. I think they had a bunch of BAD employees and now their all gone. I scanned the place thoroughly for any ratchet type behavior and non was too be found. Thr store felt peaceful, diverse and professional. The 3.6 needs to go up to 4.0! It takes too long to be served. The screen that shows the next customers to be served was missing customers 9 thru 15. There is no restroom for customers who have to wait at least 30 minutes to be called. Didnt like my X1 Experience. I rated 2 stars because the staff was nice.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Jacob lied about how much my mobile bill is going to be if I switched to xfinity mobile since I already has internet service with them . Made it sound too good wise and cheap. So we signed up lOnly to find out few weeks laiter that our total bill is $60 more then he said . Plus they say $30 per line unlimited data .... thats another no no . U get capped at 20 gb . They slow ur speed down. Too expensive I keep seeing my bill go up and up. You have good deals but not for the lower income side of town. You have a monopoly on this area so you can charge whatever you want. Remember when internet was affordable. I call and say I don’t want the cable part of the package cause i hardly use the cable box. But if I cancel then my internet bill goes up I don’t understand how I can go over data limits?? Are you guys now a cell phone service. Only with you guys cause there is no other option. Sales guy lied to us not once at the store. But twice! Manager seems to not care that the lie will cost us money if we still want service....Full story.The cell phone service was offered to us via email. The deal seemed good so we went in to this store to find out more. We were told that they did not have phones yet but would in a month. We could wait or go buy some and come back in to get them set up. The sales guy said as long as they are unlocked and we did not turn them on the phones would work.A week later we call the guy just to recheck. 1 hour phone call later we knew exactly what to buy. We specifically spoke about buying an unlocked phone from Amazon and best buy with the sales rep.Today spend 3 grand on new phones that are unlocked and network ok per the seals rep at this store. Go to store and are told... Not gonna happen.They dont do phone set ups there. They will only use phones sold by them. Oh and we are not even sorry that our sales guy lied to you and told you exactly the opposite of all this.

They didnt hide the fact that the $29.95 rate is a 1-year promotional rate that would more than double next year.We set installation quickly, however there was a delay for construction services to bring cable to our newly constructed home from the street.

I was seen right away and Emdad was super helpful with returning equipment that was sent to me by accident, helping me with my online access, and telling me about an interesting way to reduce my iphone costs (I didn’t do it yet, but most likely will). There was no pressure either. Overall great experience. (However the last time I came in, it was on a Sunday and the wait was horrendous.)

If you want to see exactly how annoyed and frustrated you can possibly get, this is the place for you. They won’t allow you to drop your equipment off without talking to a salesperson one last time. They have the serial numbers of all the equipment they lease, so dropping and leaving should be ok instead of hanging out in the crowded lobby with a bunch of other people during Covid.

I’m adjusting my rating. I’m absolutely appalled with how my Grandmother and I have been treated and now I’m being forced to keep a phone because they never sent me a FedEx return label! I was told over and over to check my email for label. I’ve been sited a total of 10 hours in the phone for this one item. Months have gone by and now I’m stuck w a 1200.00 phone!!!! Plan on spending a little time waiting at any location. . The mobile app online is absolutely awful. Can’t wait to return to the.blue team... AT&T, America’s true utility company. but theres a tv in the waiting area and if youre lucky..a circus next door - perfect for the one they run. Scheduled new service. I told them it would require two visits because it was new construction. They insisted I did not need two visits, and said they would do it all in one day. When the installer came out, he said he could not do the install because two visits were required to connect a new construction. He said it would be at least 3 weeks before the initial wiring could be done, then I would have to schedule another appointment to complete the install. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was denied. Call taker said she would have a supervisor call me. That never happened. Unacceptable. I cancelled the install and found another provider who did everything the next day. I will not use Comcast again.

5 stars for this location, -1 star for the company. The service center was friendly, clean, modern, fast; overall my visit to cancel service was pleasant and smooth. I could not have asked for anything more. As for the $80/month just for mediocre and unreliable Internet service with awful customer service, Im afraid the expletives will get my review taken down.

As the Payee for my sons account with this company, I am more than disgusted with how they talk with people both in person and on the phone! It took 7 months of constant explanation and showing the documentation stating my legal power to handle his account payments before they would acknowledge my authority on the matter. Constant rude customer service staff and when you can get a manager it is is the same with them. Lies on payments being received, always demanding proof of the payment from em and our bank with no resolution or recovery of funds on their part! At this point I no longer will provide documentation to them when they lose yet another payment since it goes no where. Never able to speak with the same individuals or locations on the matter which gives them the opportunity to continue with their practice of stringing the payee or account holder along. Tired of the stress and lies from them now. So end result is that they will be losing a customer soon once we locate a better quality provider for my sons needs. Personally I can not nor will ever recommend this company to anyone. If the option is using their service or going without internet and cable then I wholeheartedly recommend the latter option as it is safer, more cost effective, and less stressful over all. I am filing with the PUC and other applicable Agencies soon on this matter as well. If I could give a -5 or lower star rating on here I would do so!

I have tried to go to this Xfinity store on two separate occasions and every time it is at least a 30 minute wait outside in the heat while waiting for customer service agents to bring you in the store. I signed up with Xfinity a few months ago for an internet only with 50MG plan, paying a total of $40.82 a month. Last month, I got a call from customer service asking if I’d like to upgrade. I told the representative that I couldn’t afford a big jump in my monthly bill. Multiple times he insured me that I could try it for 30 days and, if I didn’t want to keep it, I could revert back to my previous plan with no changes. Today, 29 days after upgrading, I got a bill that was higher than the agreed upon monthly upgrade amount. I called and spoke to customer service and explained that I couldn’t afford to go higher, so I wanted to revert back to my previous plan. They told me that I could go for another plan for $50-something a month or go with a 5MB per month plan that would bring me back to $40 per month. I told them that was unexceptable since I was insured that I could go back to the exact same plan I had before, but I was told that they couldn’t do that. I am so furious with the dishonest service! You can’t trust anything they tell you! I had that representative cancel my plan. I will take my business elsewhere.

When I left Sacramento. I payed my bill and was told the only equipment I needed to return was the tablet used for the security alarm. This is after coming to the store twice to insure things were taken care of the right way and there would be no problems. Ive been here a few times, and I havent had any issues. There can sometimes be a bit of a wait (weekdays after 5pm, or all day on weekends, obviously), but the staff has always been happy to help me, even when I was really angry one day about a defective cable box. The store is really bright and clean, big TVs with movies or shows on, and other things to entertain kids while you do your cable or phone business. Now that I think about it, I dont think Ive waited more than 10 minutes, but theyve got good WiFi and movies- so I really didnt mind waiting! They even have comfy chairs right in front of the big screen TVs! The one downside is that they dont take cash. You can use a kiosk to pay your bill (which I believe *that* takes cash), but if you want to buy a phone and think you can pay $60 for the taxes (or whatever) with cash? Nope! Cashola is not accepted! I did wish I knew that first, and I guess I get why they dont take cash (not everyone does payment plans and some people buy phones in full? What?!? ThAtS cRaZy!!! Lol), but its still weird. Anyway: bright store; helpful people; great WiFi; go during non-peak hours, unless you want to watch a movie and play games!

Check the prices everywhere. Before accepting their prices. 100mbps internet only was list at $55 a month. I checked their own website and saw it was $34.99 for the exact same item. So do your homework and look for sales before going in. I would have paid $55 a month for 12 months if I had not checked the prices online first. The staff sometimes dont know about the sales. So dont rely on them to guide you. Xfinity internet services are good. But the sales places are not as good. Check before and dont get ripped off people. Stay sharp. The only reason I have Comcast is because I do not want a huge satellite dish hanging on my small balcony. When you do have problems with them they wont credit your current bill so you dont have to pay what they think is due, they only credit your next bill, which to me is paying for their mistake anyway. They once had to credit me $108.00 dollars due to a mistake they made but they didnt credit my account right away, they forgot to do it and I had to call and remind them, and thank god it was in the notes. Which is another issue, the customer service reps do not take accurate notes and will only put in the notes what they think is relevant not what is actually said or even the agreement that is reached so the next time you call you always have to start from the beginning. ALWAYS expect to spend a minimum of 45 minutes on the phone with them and ALWAYS expect for your problem to go unresolved but you will still have to pay the bill. What exactly am I paying for? It sure isnt the customer service! HORRIBLE. I work for the government and I am currently looking into cable regulations and I am also thinking of having my attorney look into this for emotional distress and overpayment of services not received.Please dont think I am some crazy person that had a bad experience with them. I am very logical and analytical and their customer service is extremely bad. All I can say is they ought to have their employee meetings not during regular business hours because it sucks when you ask Google what their hours are and you make arrangements such as with Uber to go out 15 miles away from your home to see their store and theyre in an employee meeting. Comcast is absolute garbage and this store us a representation of that. You walk in and assume its nice because of the lighting and technology everywhere. As you stay more you realize these people are just exploiting working people to give them subpar service. The technology isnt even up to date. I was forced to take a router when I have my own modern router at home. The one I was given is of better use heating something if it ever explodes than it is at providing anyone with wireless internet. The tech in the actual building is also out of date. Its really a facade to encourage people to walk in. As soo as you sign any document you are basically their property. Never get Comcast.

Im only giving them 1 star because you are unable to give 0. Theyre terrible. Bill is NEVER correct. Customer service is terrible. Sometimes Im transferred up to 7 times and hung up on 3 times before I get some kind of half assed solution to my problem. Screw comcast. NOT worth my time or money.

The major thing that I do not like about cable companies especially Comcast because their customer service is whack and when you call them you got to talk to a f****** robot until you can talk to a real person I hope this is coming out clearly to everybody that hears this because Comcast not just only that AT&T Is Well about you or your life or how much your pain they dont f****** care all they care about is money. Right now I pay $170 for Wi-Fi and cable and Im not getting everything as well, I hope you know what Im getting on the plan, Im getting free hbo and Starz to to their mistakes, what I do get for free is commercials. Every time I change the channel, I get a commercial, I check another new channel. Commercial, Then I check another channel that i like and its commercial, so then I check another Channel and its a commercial, so then I check another channel and its a commercial so than I check another channel its a commercial so theyre making money off of us buying from them its a scam just like rent.

Dont go during luch hours the parking lot is small and bussy i had to park in a dirt field next door.The Comcast lady was smacking her gum yuck !!! This is a case where negative stars would be helpful. Cumcast is the devil incarnate. Increased my rate for basic phone and 25mbps internet from $70 per month to $113 per month. Says taxes have increased. Then blamed cost equipment increase. Then blamed my promotion, but is willing to increase me more to $119 per month. Children may be reading the screen, so I wont go into graphic detail on how much I hate this company, but if you have ever seen angry German p0rn, that is probably still less than 5% of the hatred towards this scumpany. It is only now I wish I was an English lit major so I could think of larger and brilliant sounding words that may describe my feelings. I can now only resort to regular, stupid, dumb guy words like sucks, lame, and sucks. No rewards to your customer for sticking with this company for 2 years? If there was a lower rating than 1 star, I would have given it. We have to reset our wifi modem on a daily basis because of their so called fastest internet. We have to reset our Roku player at least once a day because it loses internet connection. If we try to use the internet in the bedroom you have to disable and reconnect almost every half hour because it loses connection. The only consistent place to use the internet is in the living room and even then, like I said, we have to reset the modem at least daily. They gave us old, out of date cable boxes so that needed to be replaced. They replaced our cable boxes... now our OnDemand doesnt work. It has been a week and they WILL NOT help us. The cable itself is regularly on the fritz. From cable and internet service to customer service, there is ABSOLUTELY no redeeming quality about this company.

Went to this xfinity store truxel just to pick up new equipmen modem, my old modem have 120mbps dowload upload 5.1 speed problem is my phone wifi connection slow or sometimes no connection so i called xfinity to get new modem, i waited there too long and the guy help me offered me some tvs channel etc ... just to pick up the modem, i stalled and run speed test i got 43 70 mbps speed and upload 1.3 speed so meaning to say the new modem they give it to me is ? used ? defective ? all i can say poor quality of the modem, satisfaction

Im with Xfinity for little over 2 years now, Planning to Leave Xfinity.Every morning my internet is slow down to about 1mbps uload speed and its been like that for about a year, they said noise in the system/internet cable. but they cant fix it because, the issue is starting at about 6 am and Xfinity dont start to work that early. I ask to send a guy here on the next day at 6 am, they cant, no body start working that early. So, everytime they came to me, they will identify there is a problem, but with in 15-30 min, my internet start running by it self again and it too late for them to look. So they just leave. Last week I called them 12/4, 12/6, 12/7 and 12/8Today, 12/18/17, I called xfinity again and was even more surprised, customer service told me, your internet is running and it dont matter if it 1mbps or 50 mbps, we cant send technician as a urgent call, when you want to schedule apt, we have one available tomorrow, then Wednesday couple spots available and then on Thursday. Retards, I have people come to work and the internet is heka slow, how can we work like that?DONT STUCK WITH COMCAST/XFINITY CONTRACT, CHOOSE THE RIGHT INTERNET
