I went to the store in the morning without an appointment to change the internet modem and there were five people in line before me. There were two employees in the store and they were professionals. I waited ten minutesand Sabah helped me change the modem. She was professional and respectful and completed the work in less than five minutes.Thank you.

I just want to give a shout out to Ben, thank you so much for the excellent service you provided, 10/10 stars! He was very upbeat, patient and knowledgeable while assisting me. He even helped me log back into the app after resetting my password and gave me directions on how to set up my wifi and connect it to my router. I was hoping to receive a text with a link for a survey after I left the store but I didnt, so Im leaving a review here. If you need help with anything Xfinity at this location, Ben is super awesome, you will not be disappointed!

We created an account in the morning and needed to have my son who was local (i was out of town) pick up the modem. The agent that setup the account stated we would be able to go on online access the account and add my son as a manager of the account and pick up the reserved modem within 2 hours. We attempted to do this but the account was not showing up online and there seemed to have been some error in the setup or some detail that we were not informed about. We spent about an hour trying to get ahold of someone on the phone due to the complicated or seemingly complicated scenario for this company.My son went in here after being told via customer service agent he could pick up the equipment for my account using a copy of my ID as well as a signed letter I provided stating it was alright for him to do that. This was very strange instructions by the online agent but we asked him several times if this was standard procedure and he confirmed this is how they do it all the time.He went into the store with photocopies and a letter. Spoke to Roberto who seemed to be the supervisor working at the time just reiterated through the same thing I cannot help you unless you are already account manager on the account.It was explained to Roberto that we had no way of adding my son to the account as it would not show up online. He offered no solution to this and at times told my son that he cannot help him.My son asked to speak to management, he was told there is no one to speak with at the moment and that management would say the same thing. My son asked to get the managements contact and he was denied this as well.So ultimately they not only did not resolve the issue but threatened to have him removed by security due to his tone. We were scheduled to go in tomorrow to start 4 cell phone lines with comcast but this experience once again reminds us of why this company has the rating it does on BBB. I would avoid this location at all costs and post any experience you have with comcast on social media. Thats what we are doing

This company runs a monopoly and pretends to actually be legitimate. Customer service is 1.24/5 with over 3k reviews on BBB. This location is run extremely poorly and was the worst experience I had with the supervisor there telling me theres nothing I can do to solve your problem and what they told you on the phone doesnt matter. Soo...who was going to solve the problem?

I arrived in that location and checked in the waiting for my turn for long time and they never answer my question about my internet and nobody call my name. They all were rude and impolite stuff and show me bad reaction when I asked them, there was no manager and management, so I leave the store without solving my issue and I never recommend the Arden way Sacramento branch for all .

Went in here with my husband today. The guy threatened to have him removed by security for having a tone problem. We spent all day trying to resolve and issue that we did not create and this store eventually just told us there is nothing they can do. Complete joke..

I went into the Arden location after having a terrible experience at another location in Midtown.I was greeted quickly and Bri (Brianna Bellamy) helped me fix my account. She was quick, proficient and so nice. She solved all the issued and I definitely left a lot happier than when I arrived.

The 10/19/23 at 12:13 PM came to this store. (1755 Arden way, Sacramento, CA. 95815) And the manager and all the staff did not help us. We were waiting patiently worst store I ever went too.. will not recommend it to anybody in the hospital where I work... Planned on buying at least 6 phones. Im looking for an account for my hospital department. You should really think about getting another manager. It needs better management...

Xfinity/Comcast is way too expensive for the trash service! With everything connected correctly and tightly btw, cable is CONSTANTLY freezing and pops up connection issue or to restart modem. Cant watch a show or movie all the way through without it happening. Cant watch Netflix or Hulu or anything else due to it closing out and going back to regular TV. Absolutely the worst cable/Internet service!!

We had a horrible experience here. My mom was trying to upgrade her phone and the lady on the sales floor was extremely rude. No greeting just, “ What do you want?” when we were looking at the phones. We chose to go to AT&T next door even though it is more monthly, solely because of the customer service here. When we came back in to tell them we are cancelling her service with Xfinity, we were told to “wait” for her to come out from the back. After 10 minutes, we asked for someone else to help us. After we had the plan cancelled, she comes out and asks the manager if she can go on her break right in front of us. Where was she all that time?! There was no one else in the store. Such bad customer service… if I could leave 0 stars for this girl I would!
