I purchased the Halo 2.0 for my department. I was very happy with the customer service that was provided. Anytime that I called, the same representative answered and never had to play phone tag. Setup was a little complicated for me but the tech remoted in and had me set up in minutes. Pricing was perfect for my small department. If there was a negative, I would say that i wish they offered me different mounts at the time of purchase. Just another purchase transaction, so no big deal.

We have used Wolfcom cameras (HALO) for several years at our larger community college (Stark State College, Canton, Ohio) and the tech and customer service has been wonderful. They are very fast to respond and have been a great partner to work with in order for us to meet our need for body camera use requirements. We have had literally no technical issues with our HALO cameras.If you are considering accessories, we use the Big Fat Halo Clip: for our pool cameras and we use the magnetic mount for our officers who have assigned cameras. Both clips are really good but because a large part of my staff are part-time, the Big Fat Clip just makes it easier for my part-time staff to transition between use.

I was skeptical with the system when I was introduced. I felt that I was coming in to take over a system that I knew nothing about and was very cold in accepting it. However, the service personnel at WolfCOm made it so easy for me to adapt and understand the technology, I am now an expert in using it. I recommend it to all LEO Agencies. The support guys are the best and they are very patient. I am a chief of police.

Our organization has been using the WolfCom system since 2019, we have purchased over 100 HALO cameras to include stand-alone systems to operate the system. The WolfCom BWC (Body Worn Cameras) are some of the best BWCs on the market today for their value.The Wems system technology is amazing that upload all videos at the end of the shift and gets the BWC units ready for the next day. The customer service is TOP NOTCH if there ever is an issue or you need help or have any questions. All emails or phone calls to customer service are returned promptly.If your organization is looking for body cameras, I highly recommend you go with Wolfcom. We are loyal customers, 2019- 2023.

We rarely have issues with the Wolfcom equipment we purchased, and when we do it is usually fixable, but on those rare occasions when I have to call in for assistance and support, the Wolfcom employees have always been pleasant, professional, and polite.Recently, Andrea Casim contacted our office and we discussed our account and equipment. She was VERY pleasant, even though I had little information on hand (our area/ Nebraska was experiencing a blizzard and the administration was not in the office), we were able to locate the needed information, work through the details and, once again, Wolfcom has a very satisfied customer.It is THIS type of interaction (along with the solid, easy to use equipment) that makes us lean heavily toward staying with Wolfcom for our next order.THANK YOU ANDREA CASIM !!!

I purchased halo BWCS for our department approximately three years ago. We initially had issues with getting familiar with the cameras and their use. Wolfcoms customer service and tech support was very good - you could actually call and talk with someone, who solved any issue we threw at them.Wolfcom would deal with any police department large or small and the price was reasonable for their products. We are a small department, Motorola and Axon wasnt interested in us, since we were not BIG enough for them. Wolfcom is a rock solid company dedicated to providing body camera specifically to Law Enforcement.We have been a customer for around four years and currently have the Halo body cameras, WEMS software and docking station.Our agency is extremely satisfied because every facet of dealing with Wolfcom is nothing less than top quality products, software and incredible tech support.We keep all our videos on our own servers that was purchased and set up by Wolfcom. The WEMS digital evidence software is easy to use and perefect for the needs of law enforcement.There Tech support is incredible! We had a corrupted video file, that Tech Mannylyn Abella was able to troubleshoot the problem, recover and fix the corrupted file!Wolfcom is an incredible company!

We have been using body cameras from Wolfcom for several years. We started with the Vision camera and have been upgrading to the Halo we have had great success with them. Not only have they assisted the officers with gaining evidence on calls and traffic stops, but also helped exonerate officers when complaints are filed. The picture and audio quality is fantastic. They give the courts and public a view if what the officer is looking at when the event is taking place. We also use a camera in city court placed on the bench pointing directly at the offenders when they appear for arraignment.We recently began upgrading all our cameras to the Halo cameras to replace worn out Vision cameras. The Halo camera is outstanding and the quality is excellent! Even better than the vision. The Halo is built better and user friendly. So far we haven’t any issues with them.I would recommend the Halo camera for all agencies. Not only is the camera excellent, the customer service is also outstanding! -

We have used the HALO body cameras and the WEMS system since 2020 as my departments primary BWC system. The cameras are well built & have continued to operate very well despite being put through their paces with the patrol officers. The video and sound recorded is good quality even in the dark. Downloading the video is simple with the docking ports, making the video readily available to the officers through the web portal each officer can access. The WEMS system is full of features and is also easy to operate. Our system has been awesome and Wolfcom’s customer service has been quick & easy to work with when any issues have come up. Based on our experience with Wolfcom and its products, I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase body cameras.

Having used both Vision and Halo products, each have served their purpose well. Both products have been easy to use and the instructional videos provided have been helpful. Having no personal experience with their customer service I can only base it off the accounts of other department members, all of which have been positive. If they have the products youre looking for, Id recommend purchasing here.

Purchased a product through their Indiegogo and they failed to deliver. I’ve contacted them by phone and email simply requesting refund or equivalent product and they don’t call back. My purchase was quite significant so I’d expect something in return. Hopefully the right person sees this and makes an attempt to contact me.

Had both the vision and the halo and have been happy with both. The halo is pretty self explanatory and you can do a lot of stuff without a supervisor or contacting the company. When I did have an issue that needed to contact the company they gave very specific instructions that were easy to follow!

A lot of research went into choosing a BWC system and I decided to go with WOLFCOM for my small agency. Many other agencies choose the brand of BWC that is well known due to advertising and lobbying, but WOLFCOM is a rock solid BWC system with lower costs, comparable features, if not better than the other big names and of course they have various options for storage and retention. Many of the big name companies will lock an agency into there cloud storage, I do not agree with that. Agencies should look into WOLFCOM. I highly recommend this company.

Im thoroughly pleased with Nicke Yu, as well as Marisol Pineda, at WOLFCOM. Mr. Yu assisted me several times in explaining their system and the ins and outs of their bodycam in totality. I really appreciated how he reinforced the Halo bodycam functions that I had already semi grasped. As for Ms., or Mrs. Pineda, she was the one who initially was my salesperson who answered any and all of my questions whether over the phone or email. This is the type of showmanship or marketing that is sadly lacking in todays world. I, and my department, fell out of touch with one of our former bodycam sellers, who cared more about revenue than customer service or backing their product. I have definitely presented WOLFCOM to my Chief, and hope that the rest of the department get on board with his approval. I highly recommend WOLFCOM to any private individual, or agency, no matter how big or small. You wont be disappointed!

Ive been using Wolfcom body cams and love them. The configuration options for the cameras are great and they have enough storage to keep days worth of footage should you forget to upload after shift. Ive never experienced battery issues with them either. Overall, great hardware!
