This company is bogus...do not order anything from them!1. There software does not work consistently and will eventually fail.They will not give you your money back and keep charging you even without renewal!2. Once you have made a purchase you cannot get rid of them even if you notify your card company ...they have a way of charging you anyway once you have made any purchase!3. I called them again after I found another bogus charge and they lied and said it was removed.4. My card company says they cannot stop them unless they cancel our cards and get new cards.5. Guess what we got new cards with new codes and they still hacked us!

I really liked thisI company and their products until I purchased my latest update in September of 2022. I was required to get a free trial of customer support with my newest software. I asked for it to be removed but they would not. I called but the customer service representative hung up on me when I told him ongoing tech support should not be necessary for an anti virus software and that I did not want even the free trial.I emailed requesting the company discontinue the service and stop charging me the $19.95 per month but did not receive a response and when I called and got someone on the phone, explaining I needed it discontinued and never wanted it in the first place, he offered to sell me a year paid in full for only $179. I offered to place a fraud claim with Paypal if he didnt discontinue the charges and provide a refund. He said he had already cancelled it but I couldnt have a refund since he said they had sent an email 7 days before charging me each time.
