Don’t trust these clowns. I had to go online after the fact with actual Verizon agents and clean up the mess they had made, charging more than they had stated in-store and setting us up on plans we never asked for. They charge “Set-Up” fees that are outrageous, and that service didn’t even get the device activated before we left the store. We still had to call ACTUAL Verizon later to activate it. These stores are contracted out, better to take your needs online, those folks took care of everything no sweat and I’m back to paying the amount I should be.

Liz was very friendly and she helped find the best deals for us. She informed us of tv bundle deals that will save us money so we very much appreciate that. Liz combined being relaxed and not pushy along with being very professional.

Im not sure why my phones is posting under my wifes name, this is Justin Sours.I went into this store to get my wifes phone fixed, it couldnt be fixed so I was told Id need to get her a new one, no problem I have the insurance. Somehow the person helping me didnt use my insurance they added another line to my account without my knowledge to get my wife a new phone (I was not informed about this until a couple months later) while there I was told that if I switched my account from person to a business account I could add two lines and two new phones and only have to pay taxes on the phones. And all this would only raise my monthly bill about 40$ (for a total of 240$) so I did it. A month later I got a bill of almost 700$, I went in to find out why my bill was over double what I was told it would be, the same employee helped me fix the problem where he had accidentally put me on a limited data plan, so the extra fees where for overage charges. Okay, honest mistake I thought.The following month I got a bill for 634$, I went in again, the store employee (different person this time) just had me call customer service, after over an hour on the phone it was explained to me that I was still on a limited data plan instead of the unlimited I was supposed to be on, and I had a 6th device I wasnt even aware of. They removed the extra device and and gave me 30% back for their mistake. No reporcussions or accountability for the employee, who at best is incompetent and at worst a flat out liar.

I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. I went in with question about my account and to gather intonation for a friend on a device. The rep tried to sell me 2 new watches and a new phone telling me that it would only make my bill go up $40.

Bryon was such an awesome help. I don’t like dealing with getting new a phone and the whole process, Bryon made it super chill and was super nice to talk to. I will def be back here if I need anything, customer service is on point.
