I had a fairly complicated issue as my phone had stopped working alltogether. The guy who helped me, Sage was good in every way. He was very patient, very thorough in his explanation of my options, very knowledgeable in both the business side of this transaction as well as the technicalities of the various devices. It was urgent I had a working phone and we had to try and figure out pin codes, and all sorts of other info to access info from my non functional device, and as I was considering a new device as one of my options, he steered me to exactly what I was looking for. Bottom line is several hours later I now have a working new phone and my monthly bill will be almost $50 LESS than it has been. You are fortunate to have him on your staff!

I lost my phone for the first time in 30 years and wasnt sure how it was going to go. Dan made it so easy. I got fast service and upgraded my phone as well. So happy with how smooth he made it.

I had an online order that didn’t go as planned- Daniel and Danielle worked with me over the course of two days. We went to this Verizon location because they had what we wanted in stock. When we arrived we were immediately helped and our names got added to the list. We were told an estimated time but helped sooner than expected. Joe had us sit down at his desk and because we knew what we wanted the process was going along quickly. However when prices were talked about, our cost was coming out a lot higher. It never got into a huge debate but we were told the same specific costs from the other two stores, but after Joe checking again he was sure we were told wrong. Joe was completely professional and never lost his cool. We decided to leave and was not happy about the outcome. In the car we sat deciding who we were going to complain to when our phone rang. It was Joe calling to say he was sorry but once we walked out he went over our account again and saw that we had a specific offer from Verizon that he did not see before. He again was completely professional, sincerely apologetic and was very clear about what happened on his end. The call alone was enough for us to walk back into the store and thank him for his due diligence. We sat back down and Joe picked up where he left off. The process is a bit time consuming as we walked out with two new cellphones and a new tablet. We have always purchased accessories from other places to try to save money but we had Joe help us pick out the phone protective covers and included other items in our purchase. In the end I thanked Joe again for calling us back because his level of customer service was refreshing. He is just an employee but he is the type of employee you want to represent your company.

I like going to Verizon less than the dmv but Daniel was awesome, dealt with four customers at once very fast, efficient, and knowledgeable, and even dealt with an unruly Karen who didnt have an appointment, and expected to be out of virizon in 15 minutes with 4 people ahead of her.Great job Daniel

Came in to get my name added as an authorized user to our family account. When greeted by a Verizon team member (manager?), she was immediately rude to us when we said we didnt know how to use the app and didnt have online account access to make the changes. We were put in a que with 1 person ahead of us and waited over an hour. Finally we asked about the long wait and a young gentleman spent 5 minutes with us making the requested change. This young man was this storefronts saving grace!

Went in store to address some issues of my husbands phone. Danielle was fantastic. As we were leaving she showed us the new Eargo hearing aids. Wow we bought a pair for my husband, myself, and my daughter! Unfortunately they didn’t work for my daughter so she returned them, but my husband and I are completely satisfied! We love the new Eargo 7… And Danielle took her time l, explained everything, answered all our questions. We will go back to her for all service with Verizon and Eargo.

Any and every time I have been to this store the employees are extremely helpful and professional from knowledge down to their appearance. I have rarely had to wait more than a couple minutes and even then was greeted as soon as I walked in. I choose this store over others in the area for that reason. I have upgraded equipment and extended my contract, made accessory purchases, and payments and gone in for troubleshooting and tech support. As I said never a negative experience. Thank you for the excellent customer service. In this day and age it is very rare and therefore refreshing to receive!

I stopped in here today after having bad service at the one by raleys. I dont know the young mans name nor does it really matter, there was three of them in there at the time I was in there all three of them were great. I went in there to activate the phone that I already own thats going to be used by my daughter these gentlemen did not charge me Verizons going to charge me $35 activation fee but this store location did not charge me just to activate the SIM card thats already in the device. In-N-Out in about 15 minutes.

My family and I went in here a couple of months ago. We were having many problems with other service providers. They explained to us what we should do, not even trying to get us to start a plan and pay for it. They were all very nice. We were mainly helped by Jakob and Ray. Jakob helped us at first and he had an amazing sense of humor, making us laugh the whole time. Ray was also very funny. They didnt just make us sign a contract not knowing anything. They told us what was available and really helped us spend the least amount of money. We went in there at least 6 times because our old provider was not being very helpful. Everytime I felt like I was going to a friends house. It was not only nice in there but it was also super fun. They have great costumer service. They made us feel comfortable and happy the entire time. I definitely recommend going to this store. They also have hand sanitizer and are taking very careful safety precautions due to COVID-19.

I went in today and they said the screen protection warranty is thru the company and I have to go online and order a replacement with $12.95 shipping and handling fee. I was originally sold a $30 screen protector with free in-store replacement for cracked screen. Not at all true!

I had a wonderful experience while deciding which phone to purchase. Jacob was very helpful and if he did not immediately know the answer to my question, he found the answer. I did not have to wait long to get helped and got a great deal on the phone. I was also able to get a free iPad with the Black Friday deal. I did not even know about this special, but Jacob informed me if this. Thanks for the great service! I highly recommend this Verizon location. Great service with knowledgeable people. Plus everyone wore masks and there was ample hand sanitizer. I felt very safe.

Everything was great besides the wait time. You get there and have to check in and then wait for a text to tell you its your turn for them to help you. The wait time was an hour long. So I end up doing other errands in the area while waiting for my turn. Once it was my turn...the process went smoothly. Customer service was great. I wasnt happy to wait an hour just to buy a phone case but it is what it is.

I would have given 5 stars but there was only two clerks. One was on a long, drawn out phone call and the other was helping a customer who had more questions than an IQ test. Once they got to me we discovered that my charger was not working. The clerk gave me two options, I could buy a new one or contact the makers and get a replacement for the price of shipping. Easy peasy.

There is not a friendly atmosphere. Asley is I obviosly in charge and is kind of a bully. She has no customer service manner. She is curt and aggressive and makes it uncomfortable. She knows her stuff but Iwould rather have someone pleasant. Buying a new phone is a bit challenging.. She initially told me what phone to buy which was twice the price of another but said they only had the more expensive one in stock. As it turned out they had the lesser one in stocks. That made me feel she was getting a b etter commission on the more expensive one and pusjing that. I do not think she is an asset with her attitude issues. I wont go back to that store.

They act annoyed and only concerned about their paycheck. They even had the audacity to complain to us about their Commission. Edit:Danielle the store manager fixed a bunch of messups from Verizon corporate when I transferred 4 lines to Verizon. Gold stars for her.----I called ahead asking if I can pick up home internet since it said it was available for my address online.When I got there, lady said they dont carry that in store. I said I called ahead and was told they do, she reasserted they do not.Another employee turns around and says, Actually we have them in back.She apologized and explained she just got back from vacation. Totally get it, no worries.So lady proceeds, asks me my address, and says the computer says it is not available for my address.I show her that it says it is online.She proceeds ahead with the credit check and other info. Then says it will not let her proceed because their computer thinks it is unavailable.Wasted time and gas. I ordered it from my phone in less time while in the parking lot, and it arrived a few days later.

Super friendly guy even though he was the only person there late in the evening, juggling multiple customers. However, I went back in for another phone recently and he wasnt there (probably moved on to something better). I had a simple request: find a vanity phone number for me and Ill buy an iPhone. Their response was literally, I dont want to spend my time on this. So I said thank you and walked out. I was able to do the work on my own and found the number for which I was looking in about 20 minutes (once I figured out where to look). No sale for Verizon because they didnt want my business...and so you wont have it in the future. :)

I will not be back as long as the current manager is there. I was helped by Brandon, the manager. I understand that a business has to make money, Im not against that, but i felt uncomfortable at how pushy he was with his upselling. I had to tell him no multiple times, which he seemed annoyed about.I get it, its your job to upsell, I am okay with you asking me if i would like a case for my phone or screen protector or whatever accessory, but after i tell you, no thank you, I would like for you to stop selling me because i dont want it.I understand why you have him as a manager because he can probably produce some high numbers for you, but in the long run i dont think it will pay off and I do not respect or support that kind of business.I wish i read the reviews and picked another location before coming to this one.The other guy working there that helped me for a little was actually pretty nice, i would promote him to a manager if i was the owner.

Had a very complicated 2 phones to get and transferring from other carrier. My experiences were uncharacteristically helpful, productive, and friendly compared to the one i used to do business with in portland. Horrible experience. I worked with someone called Desmond who spoke down to me. I called the manager to try and explain how I was treated. Desmonds behavior was defended and I was told people request to work with him. I would not ever shop at this store. Be aware that this is a retailer so Verizon will tell there is a $20 charge and when you show up to get the phone promised they tell you that you have to pay $100. I was upsold the entire time and told that Cell phones are small computers that you use to call people with and they cost money. You are better off getting a phone mailed to you and dealing with Verizon directly.

WARNING! This is not an actual Verizon store! They are a 3 rd party retailer who tricks you into promotional offers and packages that don’t actually exist at Verizon. I spent 5 hours in the store because there online system kept failing and in the end got majorly overcharged because they weren’t up front about hidden fees. Also signed me up for a plan that didn’t exist and ended up being 40 dollars more a month. I had to spend hours on the phone fixing everything. Save yourself time and money and just drive to Roseville to a real Verizon store!!! Btw... this is the first store review I’ve ever done.... I usually let it go but it was that bad!!

I am livid, I walked in with my husband who needed a new phone due to not having enough space on his very cheap samsung phone and before I left my husband to deal with this transaction the salesman made me show my CDL since it was my account and I needed to authorize the transaction. I told him my husband could sign and stay to wait for ther new S8+ and all transferred data from the phones as I had an appointment at home... This salesman talked my poor husband into two new phones an S8 and an S8+ and a multitude of of other products as well... I am pissed, so mad that I couldnt even go in to deal with these crooks, and when I called there to speak to my husband to ask about all the additional charges that kept popping up on my home computer the guy who answered was less than helpful and didnt want to let me speak to my husband yet he had both our phones inactive and was taking advantage of, my allowing my husband to sign for ( 1 S8+ ) and to transfer data from my S5 to the new S8+ then to transfer data from my husbands phone to my old 5 NOTE period I did not authorize anything else!!! .I will DIE B4 EVER USING THIS STORE AGAIN!!! NO RESPONSE is NEEDED FROM A WIRELESS YOU CANNOT MAKE THIS RIGHT ..... How is it you allow these type of crooks to represent your company name? I own a business in this town and am appalled by your employees behavior... My husband is a senior and I am pretty sure there are laws against this type of financial abuse I am contacting our attorney~

There was one person on duty and another on break, but after a 15 minute wait, she was able to determine that my phone was locked to ATT. She was unable to help me order the new Google Pixel phone offered with the current Verizon promotion, until I could get ATT to unlock the phone I wanted to trade in. Why should a customer be held hostage to carrier wars? Im going to check out the new Google phone service.
