Tech was quick, did excellent job on the repair. And I was able to purchase from Him as well a screen protector for $25(not sure if that is actual price or not). Thanks for the brand new battery he included with the repair. Is that normal thing to do whenever a phone needs repair? (I did not request a new battery) Im curious! Because if that is...thats great!

I had to drive 35 minutes but its worth it knowing that Im getting genuine Samsung parts, authorized service technicians, and that for late model phones, they likely have the parts in stock. This San Rafael location expedited my repair and head my phone fixed within a few hours. I really appreciated it. Everyone was very helpful and I couldnt be more pleased with your service.

Lucas was outstanding and a pleasure to work with! He was incredibly patient, kind and efficient. He went above and beyond as he worked to resolve/fix the broken screen and screen collaboration issues. You are lucky to have him as an employee and I was extremely fortunate to have him as my service technician. What a lovely, bright man. Should this happen again and we need a repair, I will most certainly request Lucas…and even wait longer to schedule just so I can be guaranteed to have his assistance. Thank you Lucas!!!

I just wanted to say Cassie at the San Rafael store is absolutely amazing. The back of my phone had shattered and we drove along distance to the store just to be told I had to leave phone pick it up next day because it would take 3 hours to fix. Do to my work schedule and having to drive back the next day it would be such an inconvenience. I had along day, left work early to get this done, endure heavy traffic that made me very car sick. I felt really bummed out to hear this. I was not given much options by the front desk person. However, Cassie happened to come out from the back as I was seating trying to delete some apps since I was going to leave phone overnight. She asked have you been helped? I explained to her not yet and I told her I had to leave my phone overnight because it would take 3hrs to fix. She said let me take a look at it. She said we can fix it today! She was super friendly, sweet, & energetic!. When she said that I couldnt believe! I felt so grateful to see her willingness to help me.I think she could see I wasnt feeling well by the sound on my voice. She quickly told the person checking in to please enter my info that it would be ready in an hour. She finished in less than an hour!. Cassie thank you so much for your wonderful customer service you saved me time, gas, toll you went above and beyond. Keep up the great customer service!.🫶

I gave the San Rafael location a call since I found out that Asurion is the authorized repair shop for Google Pixels.Came in the next day and was greeted by the rep, Ariel. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and answered all the questions I had regarding the new warranty process. He gave me some tips to speed up future claims if I should ever need it. Although my phone was brand new, it started having screen flickering issues. They were able to troubleshoot it and get the screen replaced. I was given updates regarding estimated time to repair, when it was finished, and when it was ready for pickup. I appreciate the transparency and would definitely recommend others to come get your phone serviced here!

They answer the phone, first plus. When I arrived I got in right away, phone was fixed promptly and works great!! Staff member was super helpful and answered my question when I had to call for follow up. Only drawbacks, its pricey and a bit of a drive from SF, but worth when I needed my phone fixed quickly. Thank you!

Fast and quality workmanship. Once they got there. It took a week before there was.an appointment available and the first one was rescheduled but it eventually happened. I was very pleased considering the amount I spend on insurance every minth.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! WOW!!! First I made an appt at the San Rafael store, for my old Samsung S21 Ultra, cuz my phone was taking forever to charge, & I noticed the battery was draining faster than usual. I didnt want to spend over $1000.00 on a new phone, even rhough it was Black Friday weekend.I assumed any day now my phonewould die on me, & that it did. I tried everything to charge it, the charger it came with, tried a universal charger,tried atraching it to fast charging battery pack etc....NOTHING! The night before my appointment, i tried again to charge it, & Eureka... by a.m. i had a full charge. So strange. I still did not trust the battery, so decided to stick with the appt. & see if they could at least evaluate the battery to see if I needed a new one.. Erica who was behind the desk, was FANTASTIC. I told her everything that had happened, she asked some very good questions to determine the issue. Then looked at my phone, & said this 1 app here( Samsung Hangouts) is draining my battery. I was shocked. Once we put it to sleep, my battery said I had 1 day & 12 hrs left on it!!!! Erica was sooo nice. She saved me lots of $$$$ from having to possibly buy a new phone or a new battery!!! I am thrilled!! Before you think you have to buy a new phone cuz your battery is dying or your phone is dead, take it here to have it looked at. They take X- Box too to fix. This place is Awesome!!!

This location gave me the best service hands down! I needed a data transfer and Cassie was very helpful and got the job done fast! Another employer name Kyme gave me details on ausurionhome+ and I purchased the plan fully educated on what I bought. I will definitely be back here for future services.
