I am SO HAPPY we found this wonderful local business! Both my boyfriend and I were having issues with our laptops and we brought them in to be reviewed. We had them back within twenty-four hours, fully repaired, and for a very reasonable price. It is so rare to find such wonderful, responsive, and fairly-priced customer service these days! Id give 10 stars if I could!

Expert. Honest. Affordable.Ive fixed & upgraded dozens of computers (memory, drives, screens, etc.) over the years... yet there comes a point when even someone comfortable with electronics simply no longer has the time for the unexpected or intricate repair. You just need TLC.Thoroughly professional, friendly -- and speedy! It may or may not be practical (or cost-effective) to repair your machine, but you will get the best possible service from T.L Computer Repair Shop.

Carlos has been fixing my computers since 2017 - and hands down, he is the BEST IN MARIN COUNTY! Im no novice to PCs, and when Im stumped, Carlos has quickly figured out the problem & got it working - sometimes within hours. Excellent!!

Carlos did an excellent job with my desktop, corrected several hardware and software issues, promptly and economically. He is trustworthy, knows his stuff and has been doing this for many years. I highly recommend him !

I built the rig of a lifetime, and was horrified to find when I pressed the on button that there was no activity. I disassembled twice, before giving up, and talking to Carlos like a newb. He offered to take a look at it. Carlos was able to trace the issue to a dead motherboard, and took apart every other part of the rig and tested its functionality before handing it back to me. He even offered to have the new motherboard shipped to him so he could complete it. Ultimately, I decided to take back my rig and replace the motherboard myself. Carlos required a small fee for diagnosis--which was well deserved for the level of professionalism and due diligence his team offered. Carlos is awesome, and I recommend him to anyone else who needs an honest, effective computer tech team.

They are so nice! I called to inquire about a screen issue, my laptop screen hinge is broken and my touch screen wouldn’t stop spazzing, and they talked me through deactivating it instead of bringing it into them. They could have easily made a few bucks off me but opted to just help over the phone. Love it!
