I had Sal come out from The Tech Expert Guys. My PC and laptop had a lot of issues. Very complicated in my book but Sal took care of everything in a very efficient thorough manner. He wa very kind and patient and I enjoyed our meeting. Everything with my computers are Tip Top now and I certainly will be calling on them again! Quick appointment and reasonable price!

I spilled water on my laptop and brought it for repair. Sal was very professional and helpful about the repair process/how long it would take and updated me throughout the process. The diagnosis fee is waived if you choose to proceed with a repair, which is very fair. If I have any problems in the future, the first person I call will be Tech Expert Guys.

I needed a new network adapter installed into my gaming PC that could get up to 2,000 download and 1,000 upload speeds so I bought one through Best Buy and I then was turned away from Best Buy’s “Expert” Geek Squad and they said that specific one I bought couldn’t be installed….. so I found Sal and oh man he is the right guy for the job. Seriously skilled and knowledgeable. He got the job done within minutes and I’m forever grateful. I’m enjoying my insanely fast fiber speeds now. Thank you Sal, you are the best!

Let me tell you this: they are lifesavers, they cost you a fraction of the price that everybody else would charges, and more importantly they are fast. My 2016 MacBook wouldnt turn on, so I took it to Tech Expert Guys. Salih told me it could be the battery. I took the laptop to him on Friday and had it back on Saturday. Thank you, Salih! Tech Expert Guys replaced my Lenovo keyboard in less than 3 hours (super impressive when you consider that its a total tear-down and rebuild). The price was reasonable and he cleaned the entire machine, even removed the gunk left where I used tape to secure a key. I brought my own replacement board from ebay and he was happy to install it after verifying it was the correct part, something a lot of shops wont do, and it saved me some $. My laptop is good as new, my wallet is happy and I know who Im calling if I ever need another repair. Highly recommended and trustworthy repair shop.

Sal got back to me very quickly and provided an accurate and reasonable estimate to recover my work files and replace the drive. It had already been after their normal business hours when I reached out, but he was more than happy to stay at the office so I can drop off my laptop that same day. It only took Sal less than a day to fix everything. Monday morning, my laptop was new and files were all recovered. Heres my updated review anyway:My go-to place for laptop repairs, I had a main board issue on one, and a bent chassis causing charging issues on the other, and even if the problem isnt fixable (my fried main board), Sal was able to recover all my files and put them on a drive to move to the next laptop. Very fair prices and no problem he isnt willing to take a look at. I tell anyone who asks for help with a laptop issue to take it to Tech Expert Guys. Hopefully Im done breaking computers, but Im glad to know hes there to help with anything that comes up!

I had an amazing experience taking our Dell Laptop the the Tech Expert Guys. They really are experts. My daughters Dell laptop was only 3 years old and the hinge that connects the LCD to the keyboard was broken and the warranty was expired. I explained the problem over the phone and Sal gave me a quote along with instructions on how to find the office. I dropped the laptop off the next day and Sal walked me through the process of what to expect. I thought it would take 2 weeks, but Sal called the next day to let me know the repair was complete. When I came into the office, Sal had everything ready to go. Payment was super easy, and the laptop was brought back to the original condition. My daughters laptop could not be charged via the AC adapter and the hinge seemed to be broken. Sal took a quick look and determined that the hinges were fine, but the palm reset assembly was broken. I was referred to the Tech Expert Guys from a friend after my laptop screen decided to die on me and it was a 10/10 experience working with this business! I sent them an inquiry on their website and Sal got back to me not even an hour later. We set up an appointment right away and I was able to bring in my laptop the very next day after inquiring.Sal was very fast and efficient with working with my laptop and diagnosing the problem. I chose Tech Expert from all the positive reviews on Yelp. My hard drives were not accessible, and I was told I could immediately bring my computer over. Went to Sal for a fan swap in my laptop and for a deep clean, unfortunately the motherboard died during the process. Sal painstakingly went out of his way to figure out the issue and replaced the motherboard at no added cost. Though it took a while to get my computer back because we didnt know what was wrong, the laptop runs like new. They also shipped it to me since I was out of town for a while, again at no added cost. Cant recommend Tech Expert Guys enough, probably one of the most honest tech repair businesses youll find.

I recommend Tech Expert Guys. The battery on my HP Envy was so bad that it expanded and bloated to the point that I couldnt use the keyboard anymore. I took it to Tech Expert Guys to replace the battery. By the time I picked it up, I was totally suprised. Not only Tech Expert Guys replaced the battery but he cleaned the machine, and fixed the keyboard back to the original state just like a new laptop just out of box. That was why I came back again the second time to replace the battery on my MacBook. It took Tech Expert Guys an hour to replace the battery once I called ahead and provided the MacBook part number. I was having an issue with my pc and I tried all sorts of youtube solutions but at the end of the day, I lacked tools and parts to really try and troubleshoot the issue. Tech Expert Guys is absolutely worth your time. Sal was hospitable and genuine. A house fire on the 4th of July got tons of smoke and smoke residue inside my custom desktop computer; it was inside my AIO watercooler radiator and my rtx 3080s radiator as well. I called to check if he provided any such services and he said that hed be able to do a deep clean, take out all the components and clean them one by one. When I came to drop off the computer, he was waiting with a cushioned cart to help transport the desktop into the building. Sometime in the evening, he sent me a picture of the computer being cleaned to update me on its progress; I thought this was very thoughtful, as he didnt have to. I went to pick up the computer the very next day and the computer looked BRAND NEW! There wasnt an ounce of smoke odor. I could finally feel safe about using the computer without short circuiting anything because of the smoke residue. I used the computer the whole day after I picked it up and it works great. Before left, I had some questions, and he offered some great advice. Sal is kind and genuine professional- I definitely recommend Tech Expert Guys. Had a broken ssd on my prebuilt pc, stuck on black screen after boot. I dropped it off in their office on the same day and they confirmed my suspicions. They offer transparent pricing and a free diagnostic. Most of all they work fast. I got my pc back on the same day after bringing them a new ssd to install. Overall, I would go back to them if I ever have any other pc issues. No-nonsense and clearly very experienced.

Salih got back me to very quickly on a Sunday when all the other places looked closed. I had some issue with the Big Sur installation update and my computer wouldnt even get to the desktop. He gave me a reasonable estimate and came to my home to fix my problem quickly and efficiently. He even reached out to me later the night to make sure everything was working well.
