Absolutely best service you’ll find! Brought in my gaming PC with issues on the CPU cooler, which was brand new. Chad took it in and found the issue! I bought a defective and overpriced CPU cooler and he replaced it with an affordable one that actually works perfectly! The pricing was absolutely reasonable and the overall service we got was perfect! Thanks Chad!

Excellent! I had 2 hard drives, with different data, and wanted to combine the data onto a new solid state hard drive, then copy that drive to another solid state drive. Chad quickly understood what I wanted to accomplish. The transfer work was completed promptly! I had another old hard drive, I was certain had failed, but Chad was able to recover all the data! If you have an old hard drive, or need data transferred, I would not hesitate to contact Chad at Tech 2U.

Chad was great, he explained what he was going to do,gave me an estimate on the spot and delivered what he said he was going to do. Wonderful experience! Im not great with tech, and, when I unpacked an older computer and couldnt remember my password, they fixed it in a minute. Service was quick, kind (I never felt incompetent!) and I was handled with care. I highly recommend!

Amazing. Bought working parts off of someone, brought said working parts to Tech 2U (unassembled) and they got it running in less than a week.Went from a pile of parts to a great functioning machine and I couldnt be more pleased.Thanks!

This was the second time I’ve worked with Chad at Tech 2U over the last six months. The first time he fixed my wife’s laptop and this time he fixed my laptop (replaced failed battery). Both times he was super nice, efficient, and fixed the issues within the estimated cost and delivery time. Thank you for your help!

I originally wanted to upgrade my older PC but it turned out that the build was hardwired to the case so I wasnt able to re-use most of the parts. Having said that, the group at Tech2u really helped me through the process of building a new custom PC which has been working very well! I recieved a lot of calls during the build process which helped me make sure what I was getting was exactly what I wanted! Overall this was a great experience and I plan to use Tech2us services again. Thank you all for providing me with such a great experience and product that I can use for years to come.

All of the technicians at Tech 2U are great to work with! They kept my 10 yr old computer going until recently when I bought a new one from them. They then guided me thru all the setup and reloading of data from the old one. I would recommend Tech 2U to all my friends and anyone needing a new computer or just needing a tune-up! Mike

Chad is amazing. He has all the qualities one needs to understand and repair a computer. Not only did he explain things about my computer, he explain a lot more about technology. Chad is the perfect person with whom one can get a computer repaired.
