I have been going to this Tmobile store for years and always got good service staff was very friendly and courteous, however this time went to trade in my phone, the phone arrives, need to mail back the old one but there was not a return label so I called customer service I got the run around that phone was not a trade in, ok I said I will go back to the store where I purchased my phone from and she was okwirh that.My trouble begins with yes, you have the jump so they should have seen that but you will have to return the old phone along with the new phone, however we do not have any ultra 24 in the store but I will have some brought over from another store and you can come back tomorrow she will leave information with the manager and we will take care of it.Yeah right! I go back the next day and was told that they do not have phones there and to go the other store.On Friday 4/5 I drove to Tmobile at Delta Shores and they took care of me even though I had to pay $110.00 upon the 154.00 originally upon purchase. My phone was reordered and was instructed to come back with the new phone and they will set everything up for me.Florin Rd tmobile you have just lost a loyal customer from your store my family and will now be going to Delta Shores for all our needs going forward, your word is your bond and if you cannot honor your word why should I give you my business I will not recommend the Franklin/Florin Rd to my friends and family members to come to your store.

The wait was a bit long. There were only two staff members assisting customers. Unfortunately, I’ll have to return and get service for something that should have been taken care of at my initial visit, but nope..I have to go back 😩

I had a really complicated issue with needing to upgrade my new phone to the same phone with bigger memory, and Barb was extremely helpful. She made sure to check that I was qualified for the promos I had, and when it didnt look like it was going to be honored, she patiently waited for me to get in touch with the customer service rep (even though it was like 20 minutes until closing). Once we did contact, she helped outline the problem with professionalism and conciseness. Thankfully, my issue was resolved, and she double-checked everything was in order before doing anything permanent.I really appreciate the attention to detail, the endless patience, and clarity Barb brought. =]

Not only did a Sprint employee show me that Best Buy had a better offer, he expressed sadness that his company cant offer the same basic stuff like 0% credit interest for 2 years like the big best buy competitor. Honestly a huge waste of time even talking to Sprint because Best Buy blew them out of the water and I could have saved time by never going there and getting sales-pitched in the first place. My time is valuable, and Sprint wasted it!

With sprint and t-mobile merging I had some difficulties with my sprint plan and my phone recently stopped charging passed 5%. I went in, and if your wondering there is not a tech here (Laguna and Howe locations only have on-site techs for sprint customers), but found out that sprint would charge me almost 300 to fix my phone and replace the battery. Johnathon went above most workers and help me out with a better phone with a manageable price while I had great convo with Kyle and their store manager. They are very professional and help me out with ALL my phone problems. Honestly, best experience Ive had at a phone store in the past decade.

The customer service there is amazing……however they need to do something about the ventilation in there,,….they have no air conditioning I went in there to get a phone but had to leave because it was way to hot in there…..I feel bad for the employees everyone is sweating it’s unbearable

Today my husband and i went in to the store to ask only a question. There was one employee at the front desk help these two customer. We walked in, no one greeted us even the employee helping the other customer. Usually the employee would greet customers while still helping the other customer. My husband and I waited for 30 min, still no one came out to help us. Until I saw this other employee came out from the employee door, we made eye contact, how ever he went back inside the door. Again my husband and I waited another 15 min still no one came help us. I remember the first time I came to that sprint store, every employee would greet and help us but this time, the vibe was odd. Not happy with the customer service. Hopefully next time i go back there will be someone to help us.

Ordered the warranty replacement phone, it arrived at this store location. Tmobile sent text to come pick phone up. Get there, theres a note on the door that they would be closed until further notice! The note refers customers to go to the Delta Shore store location. I arrive & stand in a lengthy line. Only to be told that the phone was not at this store location. Im not a Happy customer!!😡
