SUPER HAPPY🧡 w my Friday afternoon experience there! I was cranky and the rep., was more than KIND, helping me anyway. BIG thank you to the outstanding customer care.She was professional and FAST.I didnt get her name,, but, shes the real deal for outstanding🎀customer care and support. Above and beyond customer service here. Everyone there was super knowledgeable without being pushy!We had a whole line not working as intended, and it was resolved before we walked out.

The store was swamped with no visible staff at the time that I was ready to go. Luckily I needed to do a few things next-door at FedEx. It can be frustrating. I came in to return my home internet modem. The service was nonexistent but I wanted the discount. Not worth it. So, Karl helped me return it and he also troubleshooted my phone and nearby towers. It seems to be a little better. I can’t really notice this stuff as well. Nonetheless the team was very helpful, and supportive. They helped me all around! I’m very impressed! Thank you!

Excellent service and outstanding customer service. Donna was amazing and even was patient with transferring my old stuff to my new phone. It took so long that she secured my phone while I had to leave for an appointment. She is the best.

We were at the T-Mobile store in Natomas Sacramento, CA we were taken care of by a gentleman named Michael.. We were there about 2 and a 1/2 hours not because of T-Mobile or not because of Michael, but because of my previous provider and the problems with my phone and the eligibility to unlock a code.Michael was very professional very kind and extremely patient only patient and help us with everything that we needed to get a new plan the majeta and 2 new phones Michael did an outstanding job I would rate him at a 5 plus.

We asked 3G Sim card, and they sold for us, but I looked after bought, they sold 4G Sim card. Stupid employees. Lost time.

Please don’t get Tmobile. I have been a customer for 10 years. I finally decided to leave after so many issues with them. When I came to cancel they charged me for 2 months of services after I cancelled. They didn’t want to refund me my money. They also charged me crazy amount of fees. Please go elsewhere

Karl was awesome. He helped me set up my new phone. 10/10 customer service. Ask for him when you purchase a new phone!
