Great place and customer service was phenomenal. Big shoutout for Derrick and Marc who helped me with significant issues with a faulty SIM card from another carrier. They were knowledgeable, patient and professional. So glad I made the switch and highly recommend this store.

I give this rating solely based on Derek the customer service representative at the K Street store in Sacramento. We went in to purchase a new phone replacement and he couldn’t have been more helpful…. Patience is virtue as he walked us through the data transfer process …. After having further issues later that day with our iPad syncing with iPhone headed back to the store and Derek once again helped solve the issue … Stellar employee who soImpressed me with his knowledge of the data transfer process …. Thank you Derek from your flight attendant airline employees

I was in there 15 min ago trying to get 2 free Halloween bowl, I have 7 lines. I only ask for 2 bowl, they said I can only have one. So ask I get ready to leave the store this white lady come in and ask for 2 bowl and they gave it to her. This is discrimination!!!! I’m a black man with 7 line can only get one bowl, but this white lady get 2 bowl easy.

They dont order enough T-Mobile Tuesday promotional items. This is a store located downtown and they only have enough for a few customers. poor inventory management skills, likely because they dont care since the items are free. What they dont realize is that when people go to your store only to be disappointed by the poor management of your promotions, they arent going to go to you when they need to make a purchase.

Poulad helped resolve the issue with my phone and it didnt take long. He was very helpful and friendly, very chill, great customer service, hes a peoples person, and has a great personality. I really recommend this T-mobile on K & 7th. Poulad is the best rep that I have come across so far. Overall this place is very welcoming, and I recommend it. Thank you Poulad for helping me resolve my phone issue, youre the best!

Very helpful. They were able to clarify all my questions and also helped set up esim. The place itself didnt have any customer when I walked in, work hours during a weekday. Unfortunately they didnt have the stock of the screen guard I needed.

I had a warranty clam on a Samsung cell phone. Theyre handled the exchange and data transfer from my old phone to the new phone fast and efficiently, in a short period of time. Fast friendly service

Im actually on my 13th or 14th phone (I hate them!), in a year; But since Ive signed on with TMobile..... Ive dropped this phone, sat on it, banged it on (got it on a leash) a great many things, AND thrown it a few times; it is still good!The staff there are proof our next generation will be ok.

Switched over from ATT and it was the best decision ever. Great customer service. Ive been a few times with weird problems from switching over (Samsung Galaxy S7 active) and they were a tremendous help every time. They care after the sale which is huge.

Excellent customer service provided by the whole sales team including Shedric Allen. I currently live in the bay area and commute all the way to sacramento because pf the great customer service. Please keep up the excellent work and I highly reccomend coming to this specific store for service or switching carriers.

One of the nicest Starbucks in Sacramento. Located at the DOCO center at the Golden 1 arena, this Starbucks offers very spacious seating areas for visiting with a group friends, tables for using your laptop and intimate seating if you would prefer that. Very clean and offers a wide range of pastries, sandwiches and snacks for kids. The huge chalkboard was nice and clearly explained prices. They seemed to offer a small variety of menu items that I have not seen at other locations like the Affogato. The staff was incredibly pleasant and friendly and my drink was spot on perfect. This Starbucks definitely has the highest standards of excellence that I have seen. Any time I am back in the downtown area, I will be making a point to visit this locatkon. Phenomenal job.

I switched over from Verizon a couple days ago. The lady named Jackie was very understanding and easy to talk to about cell phone service. My gf is hard to handle sometimes, but Jackie answered all her stupid questions easily. Now I got Netflix for free and I’m saving money. I should have done this a long time ago.

My laptop wouldnt connect to my phones hotspot. Low and behold when I got there it fixed itself. With that said, customer service was amazing. And they had the perfect amount of employees for the time of day it was.
