Incredibly rude salesperson was condescending about a simple request for a screen protector replacement, which I pay for every month. I have in the past changed my screen protector with no hassle and I opened the family plan with my husband. T-Mobile doesn’t care about women’s rights and has decided to train their employees to revert back to the 1970s and required permission from my husband to use a service that we already pay for that covers all of our phones. I happen to have a different last name. Did that stump the salesperson? How about tell me the new policy, give me notice for next time, dont treat me like I am trying to take advantage (we pay for the service and in the 8+ months we have been on T-mobile I used it only one other time on my phone) and hire competent customer service professionals. The way that she spoke to me was unacceptable. Perhaps she decided her sales quota was not impacted by me so treat me poorly to move on to $. She singlehandedly is making me want to leave T-Mobile for good. Sub par! Store needs to do a better job of training their customer service individuals to be responsive respectful and resourceful. Avoid this branch at all costs. I have had good experience in the past there with others, but she was unprofessional. The service was off putting and I’m actually considering going back to Verizon, which is a better service provider anyways. She had long straight black hair.

Ask for sales rep Kevin at this location. He is the best T-Mobile expert that can help you with any phone and service needs.Veterans and military personnel have huge savings at T-Mobile too. I have my whole family boarded on Magenta Military plan from AT&T, which is outrageously expensive.T-Mobile is the best out of all service providers.Want proof? Just compare T-Mobile stock (NASDAQ: TMUS) to AT&T or Verizon stock.I will keep my T-Mobile service till I die. 🙏

T Mobile store at delta shores always have an extra help to expedite the speedy customer service experience. In the last six months I visited this location 3 times and crew provided me the best service.

The excellent customer service provided by PJ Sartan earned this particular T Mobile location a 5-star based on my experience yesterday when I upgraded to an Apple 14 phone. PJ is very, very knowledgeable and tried her best to get me the best deal I can get. I have been with T Mobile for more than 3 years now after switching from the terrible experience I have had with AT&T. I have had no issues whatsoever with T Mobile. Whereas with AT&T I have to call almost every month for them to correct their inaccurate phone bill. Hence, I switched and convinced many of my relatives, friends, and colleagues to switch to T Mobile because AT&T sucks!!!

Great store. Had to go in because I changed my plan and was confused about a few things on my new plan. Mikey helped get me all sorted out, giving me a visual explanation of everything. Great customer service! Thank you TMO & Mikey!

This is the Delta Shores location. I have been so well taken care of here. The staff is amazing and truly there for you. They are friendly and willing to help. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and when I had a problem, they took care of it immediately. This is THE Sprint store to go to for your mobile needs!

T mobile personnel Mickey Ruperto is very helpful for updating our phones and he’s knowledgeable to what my family plans needed. He’s also friendly and easy to understand explaining what is our options are.

Was just there earlier this week and got my fiancé hooked up with a new iPhone and line on the fam plan. The delta shores location is easy to get in/out of and plenty of close parking.Andi (sp?) was the sprint rep that took care of us and was very helpful and funny while doing so. She patiently answered all the questions ever, and I learned a few things in the process. While I’m in Elk Grove this will be my go-to sprint store when I need one.Noteworthy item: this location has a great inventory of devices and accessories, and super friendly people, but does not do screen repair / break fix type work. You’ll need to go to one of the other EG locations to get the service process started.

Been with sprint for 4 years. Go in to try to lower our bill and no help what so ever. Kept referring to new lines or to call sprint directly to see what deal there was. When we are standing in their store right then and there. Even said we haven’t been buy our current phones and we would have to call in order to do this when we have been told by sprints customer service over the phone that we almost had our phones paid off and we could get a deal to switch to another phone to help bring the bill down.
