So I found out the hard way that these stores aren’t actually T-Mobile, so, if something goes wrong, and you call T-Mobile, they tell you sorry, can’t do anything.It’s better to simply get your phones online through T-Mobile.I went there to get the new iPhone, they told me my phone was worth x amount on trade-in. Even in store, they said it, but when I got the bill a few weeks later and saw the fine print on the paperwork. I realized they gave me much less, and ripped me off.I called T-Mobile, they said they can’t do anything. I called the store, they said they can’t do anything. The manager offered to refund me the accessories, but he ghosted me, and I never got it.Not sure if I was intentionally ripped off, or they are simply ignorant. But either way, I would Highly Recommend you avoid this store and buy everything online instead. I lost a few hundred from believing their lies.***Again. These are not owned by T-Mobile so you are taking a risk***

Joshua got me hooked up with T-Mobile Home Internet, a new phone and trackers! This store is amazing! I never knew T-Mobile had a check in process. It made me feel so much better about my wait time. He allowed me to go leave and gave me a call when it was my turn to come back. Super fun family oriented atmosphere. Kudos to Joshua and his big bear team. Definitely my go to store when I need services. Thank you Joshua you are truly the BEST!

The reason for the 5 stars is only because of my in store experience with Blake. I was basically told I was at a dead end with getting any answers on my last bill. Then Blake stepped up and handled my concerns 100%. He was extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. If it wasnt for him, I would have left the store upset and frustrated. Its efficient employees like Blake that make you question cancelling your service. He deserves the credit on my positive experience at this location. Thank you so much Blake!

Not bad service, friendly people, but they do not know how to fix issues. my wife bought a phone at the store… the order was confirmed and processed, but then suddenly there were issues with it. neither the customer service or store could help us even after 3 hrs on the phone.

Went in to Big Bear T-Mobile Sunday just before 3PM and waited for Austin ( T-Mobile associate ) with four customers before me and i witnessed how effective his customer service skills are! nice to know that i can go into this store and have my cell phone issues handled by someone with his professionalism, to whom it may concern: please reward him in some way!Arthur M Valenzuela

Disappointing.I was told from Cheyanna that my iphone 11 was eligible for a trade-in of $1,000. We did the paperwork, I paid nothing out of pocket, and later when I received my bill, was told that promotion was expired. My wife and daughter got more money for older phones the month before, and I was led to believe the promotion was still in tact by the Cheyanna, and made the deal as a result. I get that people make mistakes, but I am the one paying for it.I will say Joshua the manager is great and trying to do what he can to help, but still frustrating taking someone on their word, and finding out a month later that the promotion they told you was incorrect.

Wow amazing service here in this store. I used to have to drive down the mountain just to get all my service needs. Im so glad you guys opened a store here. BEST experience ive had in a T-Mobile store. I was greeted upon entry and even checked in. I didnt know that was a thing. Cool system you guys have in place now. Thank you to the manager Josh and his awesome staff for setting me up with 2 new lines on my account for my family and hooking me up with some accessories to protect my phone 😀

T-Mobile has a new store here in Big Bear in the Vons plaza and its a needed addition to town. Great customer service and better deals than the other phone companies. The team at this new location will help you with a smile and super product and service knowledge. Highly recommend!!

They are a bunch of phony and unprofessional people here. I dont recommend T-Mobile. Local resident of Big Bear Lake, CA. Attn: Joshua you are one of the phonies I am talking about; nice try!
