I want to first thank Strictly Plumbers for offering such a great service. It’s hard to find marketing companies who will take the time to help strategize and build the best plan for your specific companies need and not what’s best for just there pockets. I just went into business last year full time with the vary little knowledge on how to run a business and advertise and market it to stay afloat, to make a profit, to be successful. I will say just off of the YouTube videos alone they post I was able to gain a wealth of knowledge to be able to get through my first year with very little to no money. I wanted to use this company from Day1 but unfortunately I didn’t have the funds. Now starting this new year, I have finally started using them and they have gone above I even expected to get from their team. From the first few introductory calls and zooms. To now having them run my Google guarantee services. They have given me more info and guidance than I even pay for. Now for the google guarantee man I was nervous on possible not getting the return I need and waiting possible 3 to 6 months for results. But when I say as soon as Trevor and the team activated everything. The same day I got five calls that I closed on, even with started our new pricing system at the same time which I was hesitant to do. An yes the same energy, calls, and quality leads I’m still receiving now. I made my return back the same day. Also I can’t forget $35 per lead I’m averaging🤫. Couldn’t ask for more out of a team. Even Tony the owner hop in on our zoom meeting dropping great advice and keys for us to be successful. Thanks you guys.

I started a small residential plumbing company last year and found myself in over my head when it came to anything that required technology like building a website, dealing with Google, Google Map listing, getting my business verified, etc.Strictly Plumbers have been such a blessing to work with. They took me, a one man band, and helped me grow my business significantly over the past 6 months. They’ve helped me so much with SEO, building my website, helping set up Google Guarantee, dealing with local service ads, the list goes on and on.I struggled with the idea of paying someone to handle a lot of my online presence because honestly I didn’t see the value in it. But, I was extremely wrong. Strictly Plumbers is by far the best investment I’ve made into my business and I am beyond grateful I took the leap and started using there services. I have dealt mostly with Lyndee, Trevor, and Queenie. All of them have been wonderful to work with and have been extremely understanding and easy to work with as I had next to no knowledge in their expertise. Being with the Mr. Rooter franchise since 1999 in Orange county CA we have used very many marketing agencies, but none like strictly plumbers. They are very honest, and communicative! If one of our campaigns need to be adjusted, we can get it done really fast as they communicate through the app Basecamp. They handle all things marketing but only handle Yelp, and Google for us. There dedicated team is always helping, especially Trevor, and Lyndee. Trevor is a wizard on google, and Lyndee is a great account manager that is very knowledgable. She even helps us strategize on marketing they don’t manage for us. At the end of the day they are a great family owned business just like us! Lead by two great people Tony and Viviana.

This was the ultimate knock down, drag out WWF fight of my career. Tony, Oliver and I battled it out for nearly two months, but Strictly Plumbers never gave up, and they delivered an awesome website! My hats off for going above and beyond the call of duty to deliver a great product and putting in the extra hours to get it done!I may have not been their easiest client, but I demand great service from companies that I deal with. Its the same level of service I deliver time after time to my clients. Except nothing less! Up, or down these guys really delivered!I think in the long run we all learned a valuable lesson. Expectations need to be met, or the customer will not be happy and reviews will reflect that. It was a long road, but we got there. I took over a website from strictly plumbers and they refuse to respond to requests to turn over the google credentials and website credentials. We have had to go in circles trying to regain ownership of our clients website just to be able to optimize it for SEO, which it was not. We were finally able to recover the wordpress website after going in circles with three companies all denying that they were hosting the website. Still unable to access hosting. They charged thousands of dollars for a website that did not even generate leads and the client is still paying for the managed wordpress hosting.

So one year has passed since paying for the service, over 6k. Took 4 months to get verified with Google, zero leads generated during this “building” process. Website looks good but who cares if not getting leads. Was told I would need another 6 months to see results ? Clearly states 6 month to generate leads on the Strickly Plumbers website, it has been 12 months since the start of the paid service. I don’t feel like a valued client at this time and I am dissatisfied with the results so far. Thankfully we are basically 100 percent referral business and have steady busy all the time however I was looking to take things to the next level but so far things aren’t working so great. We were supposed to receive monthly updates illustrating the wedsite lead generating results but haven’t gotten any yet. I see other plumbers reviews that seem to have great success but perhaps my area in Pasadena California is too difficult an area for the SEO team. I don’t know… will update at the end of my current contract. I still have high hopes.11/7/23- They just locked me out of my website which was supposed to be mine 100 percent as stated by Tony G in an email he sent me months ago. I asked for my information so I could have hosting some else where and they ignored my request. So the website I paid thousands for has now been illegally high jacked because I wanted to take my business elsewhere. Professional? I think not …

I wouldn’t classify it as something that gives an immediate transformation as if you click a button and get instant gratification. However, the plan that Tony Gee outlines is most certainly a solid plumbing sales training program. This is something you will need to adopt into your companies culture and push on a daily basis to see the results you are looking for. So if you think you’re just going to click a button and see results, move on… this isn’t for you. Like anything real, you need to work for it to achieve. I signed up with Strictly Plumbers for a new website and sid months of the SEO program. It became clear quite early the disorganization and lack of communication evident with this company. I had calls early on and a survey I filled out and uploaded the requested photos and logos only to be asked for them multiple more times. I was never notified when my SEO program started, so I finally asked when it would start and they stated had already started about a month earlier. After realizing this I asked for a monthly meeting that they stated at the initial meeting would happen monthly. I never did have a meeting and have no idea how my website performed, they never shared. Luckily I was able to get a partial refund but they still made out like bandits for the amount of work performed. Unprofessional, disorganized, misleading, buyer beware!

I dont recommend them because I felt cheated by the terrible advertising... they dont deliver on everything they promise, they are taking advantage of your situation... but they do that with companies that are just starting out, with already well-established companies, I assure you that they dont have that problem because it is not convenient for them to look bad... there was a six-month contract and we were already on month 3 and without recovering a single cent of the investment... I hired them to solve a Google problem as well and they never bothered me. They solved it, they only said that it was a problem with Google... and they only told me lies and lies and I verified their lies and I have proof of what I say... I could leave entire pages of the bad experience with strictly plumbers... Tony the owner of the company is a guy without scruples or education, he left us talking alone and ignoring me he left the meeting without saying anything... which Jesus later told me that I was right and that what Tony had done is not right... so be careful with I dont recommend them...
