Sterling has taught me a great deal about management of my practice. Everyone I have meet there have been extremely helpful and very nice. My experience at their office was fantastic. When I actually implement the different tools that I have been taught through Sterling they are very helpful for my practice. Each time I go to one of the Summits I always come home with a wealth of information and knowledge that I can use in my own practice. I also took my teenage daughter to Sterling to take the initial basic courses they offer and it made a big impression on her in a very positive way and I am so glad I had her take the courses.Over all I think hiring Sterling to help me with my practice and just life in general was well worth the investment!

I hired Sterling as a last resort before I was going to sell my unprofitable CPA business over fifteen years ago. They quickly got me and my staff producing and we quadrupled our revenue in fifteen years becoming a very profitable and organized business. My consultant then worked with me on my plan to sell the CPA practice which brought in a qualified buyer and this has allowed me to focus on my other profitable businesses and interests. Sterling knows they are working with a lot of competent professionals so they dont need to hit home runs to help your business succeed. Its more like they will hit some singles and doubles with you routinely and steadily, and before you know it, you will be producing and making the money you deserve to make and enjoying yourself. Ive been with Sterling since 2006, so 12 years and still going. Why? Because they help me get the results I need and want. If you do their program and use what applies to your business, then keep in contact with one of their consultants you cannot help but be successful. Sure, they push you to get outside your comfort zone, but without that, you cant succeed. Ive had 12 years of steady growth in my business and 12 years of increased satisfaction with my personal life. Our practice has been using Sterling for over 15 years now. I highly recommend their business training products/services, applicant testing/hiring technology, management by statistics tech and consulting services. They are not cheap, but if you learn and implement - it works! We knew little about running a business in our early years, and Sterling has provided tools for having a solid foundation with workable skills for identifying conditions and working to continually improve and reach goals. Our team enjoys going to workshops and seminars. Ive had Ahuda for my consultant for many years now, and I enjoy having someone have my back and always having solutions for every problem! We have grown from a single provider practice to multiple providers and $1M + practice. Weve been able to hire quality staff and pay them well. We are reaching our personal goals in saving for retirement and enjoying travel and family time - which are very important to us.

I started working with Sterling Management many years ago and have been grateful for their help ever since. I took over my practice from my father and needed to expand it quickly. My consultant Kathy Barnett worked very closely with me and helped me get the right methods in place to achive the expansion I needed. Working with Sterling was a godsend. Having them right there on my lines to advise me made the transition from my Dads firm to my firm quick and relatively pain less. Any issue that came up Kathy was right there with the correct solution. If you are looking for management help Sterling Management is worth looking into.

In 2001, I became a Sterling client. An existing, financially prosperous Sterling client suggested that I check out Sterling. I took the Executive Booster Course, had their in office SPEEDO program and consulting services with two exceptional consultants . This educational training changed and improved my dental practice and personal life forever. The knowledge and skills that I learned are still being used eighteen years later. In addition, I am able to attend any of Sterlings weekend seminars that are presented several times a year throughout the United States. They are a great opportunity to refresh your skills and engage with the consultants in person. This is one of the best investments that I have made in myself and my business.

Overall, I am very satisfied with Sterling. They have helped both of our physical therapy clinics grow, with our main clinic making exponential gains over the last few years, so much so that we had to move into a bigger space. For clinicians that really arent business trained, they really simplify running a practice for you. But they cant do everything for you. If you use them, you have to be prepared to critically analyze everything about your practice, including yourself, and be completely receptive and open to making the changes necessary in order to turn your practice for the better.

Sterling has been my management consultant since 1986. My practice grew very fast once I started to work with them. I also became much more relaxed because I learned the correct way to manage. The material is usable, workable and highly successful. When I was hired as the OM 8 years ago our doctor believed in Sterling enough to send me to California for training. With that said, I must say that Veronica has been very helpful in the midst of our recent/current hiring push. It was Thanksgiving time in 2008 and our tax practice was drowning….more red ink than black and not sure why. My revenues were down and expenses were rising. I was depressed and trying to figure out what to do….everything I seemed to try just wasn’t working. Advertising, marketing, etc wasn’t doing what I wanted. My staff & I were grinding it out to no avail!! Working longer hours and not making much headway in growing the practice.Then an answered prayer seemed to fall into my lap from a letter I received from a CPA who was espousing the virtues of a company I remembered hearing about in 2003 at a tax meeting I attended. The phone call to the number listed on the letter was as enlightening as the letter, only more so. I spoke with Ben, who proceeded to tell me about a technology that Sterling teaches that has helped many companies in my condition turn around. He sent me a package with brochures, magazines, and a video. During follow-up phone calls he convinced me to give it a try. Although I did not have the funds I financed a Sterling SPEEDO visit in early February of 2009 & paid for a visit to Glendale for the Executive training course for both my wife & I in the summer after tax season.It would be fair to say that the SPEEDO was a disaster….not because of the consultants that conducted it but due to my staff & I not knowing what to expect. Additionally, everything was backwards….SPEEDO should have come in the summer after our training. Much upset was caused, which I have later come to realize was because of some of the type of personnel I had on staff (Coverts; Defiant-Negative; and Wholly Shiftless). These personnel did everything in their power to not only sabotage the SPEEDO but also my practice….which is why I was drowning in red ink!But we persevered….and stuck with the program. We were a mess, literally & I was heading into a dark place emotionally. I discovered with the help of my wonderful consultant, Ahuda, who the problem children were & what actions I needed to take to deal with them.Occasional visits to Sterling HQ in Glendale to visit with Ahuda and take additional training have also been enlightening. Private consulting sessions with Dan have uncovered issues unbeknownst to me which have helped me deal with getting my business & personal life on track.During a recent visit to Glendale in May of 2015 to attend the CPA/EA summit, Ahuda suggested an office visit…sort of a mini SPEEDO. While apprehensive due to the previous SPEEDO, I agreed.I must say, I was not sure how it was going to go based on our previous SPEEDO; however, I can honestly say that the SPEEDO consultant, Jeanne Bush, was wonderful. She made the learning so natural & easy that everyone who attended raved about how much more they understood the technology…evidently, I am not a good teacher of the technology. She was able to help me implement a bonus system, straighten out staff, help me to recognize not only the productive staff but the few remaining that needed to be excised.I would highly recommend that anyone who is contemplating a SPEEDO or an office visit ask for Jeanne…she is wonderful! You will get a wealth of knowledge that can help your business take-off.Today we run what I would classify as a highly successful tax, small business, and financial services company. Since finding Sterling our revenues have been on an uptrend, averaging 7% per year and our expenses are only growing at 1%. Since the SPEEDO, we have been consistently growing the practice while further reducing expenses enabling the practice to fly past the $1M mark.My stress levels are down, my practice is flourishing, my staff is happy with the games we are implementing. My only regret is that it took me so long to fully commit to implementing the technology.

I chose SM for personal reasons, and just happen to be a small business owner; my consultant is very knowledgeable and open to my questions regarding the L Ron Hubbard principles that SM is founded on. Scientologists only out for your money and to keep chaos in your office so you feel you always need them. In my opinion... They are masters at marketing themselves but will teach you 0 marketing skills for your own business. They will label any employees who ask questions and think for themselves as suppressive people even if theyre your best and hardest working employees. They seem to know nothing about the healthcare fields in which they pretend to be experts. But they will gladly take 10s of thousands of dollars in return for nothing but a sense of false security. All while pushing scientology material. Avoid and do your own research in your field! Most consultants are just out for your money anyway but this company is the worst of the worst! And btw some of these 5 star reviews are from their own employees you can see it on their website...
