2024-02-09 22:18:23Don’t come the wait is super long. Employees talks too much and very slow. If you need to exchange equipment better off have them mail it to you or have the phone operator make an appointment for you. The line here on a weekday is so long.

2024-07-01 22:09:24A spectrum vehicle is parked blocking my driveway. Its been more than an hour and no one is around. This is unacceptable. I need to get my vehicle in my drive way. I took pictures of the plates and the vehicle and will be reporting this to traffic and parking control.

2024-03-30 06:07:27Worst spectrum ever. I spoke.To the district manager Carlos delgado and Realized he does not know anything. He forces customers to wait in line. So they wont use the kiosk in order for him to get paid more and get bonuses. This isnt right, he makes customers wait and makes his staff. Members work harder when he gets all the benefit.

2024-02-28 07:17:14Chris was a great help ! However, its not my 1st time there, or other SPECTRUM stores. However, they ALL have the same problem. NONE of them know enough about Android phones. That SHOULD change, BEFORE every has an IPHONE.

2024-04-04 16:18:15Their customer service sucks. I bought a phone from them and the person who helped me didnt put insurance on my phone . Who buy a new phone and dont put insurance on their phone. The rep is going to tell me there is nothing they can do. Oh yes, you can. Thats why Im calling a corporation to report you guys. Dont go to Spectrum

2019-08-05 21:51:46There are a lot of elderly people that use this location for services and I have never experienced the kind of disrespect this employee had towards any older person who had questions or were confused about something. He really sat there and talked back to them and made them feel less than. I almost walked out. Other customers noticed it too, Ive never seen someone who works in customer service behave this way. Completely unacceptable and Im going to make sure and call to speak to someone about this as well. I dont know how such a person could be hired for this kind of position when they have no patience or people skills.

2020-05-21 18:15:09Our visit was quick and easy and the staff is very knowledgeable. Please if youre coming in to ask a technical support question stay safe and call from home. Spectrum has a call back feature so you dont have to sit on the phone and wait. They always call faster than estimated wait time.

2024-04-02 18:20:24The first time I went to the store was alright. But when I went again, it was a 50 minute wait for a 1 minute conversation about billing. C’mon Spectrum, you need to do better.

2024-05-07 23:34:50Spectrum is a terrible company. We dont need their services at all, but they keep sending spam advertising mails to us every week, and salesmen come to knock our door twice a week to bother us.
