Don’t come the wait is super long. Employees talks too much and very slow. If you need to exchange equipment better off have them mail it to you or have the phone operator make an appointment for you. The line here on a weekday is so long.

A spectrum vehicle is parked blocking my driveway. Its been more than an hour and no one is around. This is unacceptable. I need to get my vehicle in my drive way. I took pictures of the plates and the vehicle and will be reporting this to traffic and parking control.

Worst spectrum ever. I spoke.To the district manager Carlos delgado and Realized he does not know anything. He forces customers to wait in line. So they wont use the kiosk in order for him to get paid more and get bonuses. This isnt right, he makes customers wait and makes his staff. Members work harder when he gets all the benefit.

Chris was a great help ! However, its not my 1st time there, or other SPECTRUM stores. However, they ALL have the same problem. NONE of them know enough about Android phones. That SHOULD change, BEFORE every has an IPHONE.

Their customer service sucks. I bought a phone from them and the person who helped me didnt put insurance on my phone . Who buy a new phone and dont put insurance on their phone. The rep is going to tell me there is nothing they can do. Oh yes, you can. Thats why Im calling a corporation to report you guys. Dont go to Spectrum

There are a lot of elderly people that use this location for services and I have never experienced the kind of disrespect this employee had towards any older person who had questions or were confused about something. He really sat there and talked back to them and made them feel less than. I almost walked out. Other customers noticed it too, Ive never seen someone who works in customer service behave this way. Completely unacceptable and Im going to make sure and call to speak to someone about this as well. I dont know how such a person could be hired for this kind of position when they have no patience or people skills.

Our visit was quick and easy and the staff is very knowledgeable. Please if youre coming in to ask a technical support question stay safe and call from home. Spectrum has a call back feature so you dont have to sit on the phone and wait. They always call faster than estimated wait time.

Just drove 15 miles to this specific store, every platform advertised they were open until 9:00 pm. Its 7:15 and the assistant manager claims they are closed. The other employee literally printed and taped up new store hours as 3 other customers watched. Im more than disappointed! Time for spectrum to put customers first. I just watched 3 other people drive up in disbelief that theyre closed. There are 3 employees at minimum there and refusing to help us.

Horrible customer service, I needed to return my equipment something simple enough, I waited 45 minutes, I talk to manager about it to help me out bc I couldn’t wait any longer . He told me the wait time are 45 minutes minimum witch it ridiculous, bc they kept helping other people who were getting phones and other products, they only care about sells they don’t care about you if you need to return your equipment, don’t bother, go to ups instead . The manager is coward who doesn’t know how to communicate with people.

Arrived on 9/1/23 Friday @ 7:53pm and door were already locked even tho their posted operating hours shows them opened till 8pm. Inside store was 3 employee just sitting there not willing to open door to help their customer. This is why I and a whole bunch of customer are leaving. The manage of this location needs to teach their employees a little bit about customers service.

I like the new location on Atlantic but the service is HORRIFIC!!! when I first arrived I was #19 on the wait list. They had only 2 employees actually helping and a third does I dont know what on a computer not helping anyone for awhile. I was only there to pay my bill and I waited 45 minutes. They do have seating areas spread around which include charging stations for your devices. Last note if you go in the late afternoon take some sunglasses since the sun blinds everyone in the store since it faces the front and they dont have blinds to shield your eyes!!! I came to this location after experiencing some pretty poor customer service from the Alhambra Spectrum. Given the difficulties from the previous location, I honestly didnt know what to expect coming in here, but wow. I was greeted right away and within minutes the problem I was experiencing with my modem and router was resolved. The staff member who helped me was Israel, and they were so kind and patient (my problem was a bit unique and kind of difficult, so it required some explaining) and very knowledgeable. They walked me through each step of the process and helped me make an informed decision, and sent me on my way with a solution that saved me hours of headache. Would definitely recommend this location to others!

There’s what I believe two managers present and yet a full room of people and a computer available for an employee to work on and instead of helping a customer they just stand and look around or on their phone or conversing with another employee. Had people waiting for a long time for another agent instead helping their employees and cut the wait time for us customers. I myself waited for 38 minutes for a simple return of equipment which took the agent 4 mins to complete

This place is slow as a turtle glued to molasses. Not sure if 50% of the staff are incompetent and the other 50% are unable to physically touch a keyboard, but for every employee you have actually doing something with a customer, theres another one behind them just watching and occasionally pointing at the screen. Its not training I can assure you, because if it was training, they wouldnt leave in the middle of the employee helping a customer to go make a starbucks run, the come back just to start pointing at the screen again. Man I wasted so much of my day here when there were so many people in the room doing absolutely nothing.

Long wait. Machines are always down. Employees are not professional and will rather talk to each other than help customers. This place is always a headache. Online and on the store front it says open today Sunday until 5pm. But 2 employers in uniform inside the locked store said it was closed.

Went in here to set up a new account I was helped by Juan who was super pleasant and kind. He informed me of everything I needed to set up the account ie lease agreement and I’d. I returned the next day and he assisted me super fast in and out within 10-15 min. They were super nice even though I had my two kids being super annoying. Couldn’t be happier 🥰

It is best to avoid coming in, try to do everything on line or over the phone...and if you have to return equipment, just do it through the mail. Every time I come (this will be my last time, I canceled) there are 2 people taking customers (they take their sweep time), 2 people greeting customers (one of them could be helping customers instead of standing around) and 1 person just walking around or on a computer pretending to be busy

Exelent service! Oscar was very helpful... He was helpful and polite a year ago but yesterday the ladies were really rude to us! I did not like the way they treated us. I am so glad I cancel my service and I hope I will never have to come back to this store... 5 total employees counted and only two out front assisting. I picked up Equipment day prior and power adapter was not the right fit for my router. I walked in, asked the store manager for a quick swap with the adaptor. He said no, I had to wait an hour for their mistake. The disappointing part was that the store manager was just standing along the back wall with hands behind his back.

Ive had some bad experiences with customer service before but oh man this one takes the win.Simply went in to make some changes on my service tried to explain what I wanted but the employee kept cutting me off and was unable to get a word in.It went on and I was just blown away until I said excuse me please dont interrupt me. She proceeded to listen and AGAIN got cut off and was talking over me.In the end when I made the changes she (Stephanie) was like your done your equipment will be upgraded. I stood there and was waiting for her to explain the steps on what I needed to do next and nothing!!!!!I mean really I had to ask what I need to do if a technician was going to come in and replace or what!! Spectrum is not good overall as an internet provider from my experiences, but I’m giving this location a 5 star because of Lisandro M. I went here to return equipment that malfunctioned and wanted to cancel my subscription with Spectrum because of paying higher prices for low speeds compared to what their new customers get as well as competitors. Lisandro and the managers there was able to help me save a bit and get better speeds. It’s still not as good as what a new customer can get so I’ll eventually cancel anyway but they kept me for a while longer. Companies that don’t take care of their loyal customers of 10+ years do not deserve my business.

As I waited to be serviced, I saw how rude some customers were being treated. I gave the employees the benefit of the doubt, but I quickly came to realize once I was called that the employees here all hate their job and have horrible customer service skills. Don’t go here. Please be patient, when you visit the place in the entrance you need to sign in in order to have any service, after provide your first and last name initial or your appointment code (if you have one), you can use one of the seats that are inside the store. Some of the associates will call you by your name, I was attended by juan, who asked me if i prefer spanish or english, and he decided to do all the service in spanish because I said whatever lol, he was very kind and very precise with the answer of the questions i did. Thanks a lot juan! After the waiting the service is fast.

Went to return a router. 8 people waiting and I was 9. 30min later no movement. Finally this guy came from the back and gave a label to someone who was also returning an item. He came over and gave a label and said take the item to fedx. How crazy is this company. Spectrum rather pay for shipping than to take the return at the store. Pass the cost to the customers.I replaced my router because my cellphone doesnt shut of data when Im home. WIFI drops all the time. Customer support couldnt help. Told me to go to the store for my cellphone problem.

I was just in this Spectrum facility and I experienced the worst customer service for like the 3rd time.I can’t remember the guys name there but I explained to him I’d been having problems making a payment for the last two months and he was very dismissive. His attitude showed not only in the way he spoke to me but his face as well. I understand he can’t do much but he was completely closed off to assisting me. Every time I go into the local spectrum store in Monterey park in Atlantic square to try and update my WiFi box the employees always tell me they run out and they only get a limit of supplies like really how do you run out of supplies so fast I understand people are working from home and kid’s are distance learning but they should have that stocked up and for me to come in the morning to try and get a box and i also noticed the employees are always standing around chatting with one another not really helping out the customers as they walk in

I waited here almost 30 minutes. I got to the front desk and they told me they did not have Internet equipment. If they do not have such important equipment they should let people know instead of wasting peoples time in line. I also came in at 12 PM and only one person was behind the counter. It seems like after lunch break all the other employees came to the counter. It is simply bad management. Definitely not a fun experience. I would go to another spectrum store if I were you. I was also the only white person there. I think it might’ve been because of my skin color they did not want to serve me.

Workers here hate their job and reflect it on the customers. They welcome you with a bad attitude and are extremely rude.( with the exception of the girl with glasses). Spectrum should really consider giving them the proper training on how to interact with customers. Ok so Im updating my review for the new location.I had previously given this place an awful review.Went to the new location and have seen much improvement.The location is spacious enough to hold a lot of people.There are still long lines even at opening.There were at least 10 waiting to come in.The employees attitudes have improved but even they admit the prices are outrageous unless your a new customer.So this place is ok if you dont mind overpaying.

Super slow serviceNo sense or urgency when dealing with guestsHad two employees who were standing around, instead train them to be on register.The employee said they will put a notice on my account to cancel my service and when my roommate went to drop off the box, they said I had no cancellation notice on my account. I later contacted TWC via chat and they told me all cancellations had to be made over the phone first. That would have been good to know. I can deal with TWC online but the stores, in particularly this one, are no help! I am now considering changing my internet provider because the customer service is terrible.

I have been a Time Warner Cable internet subscriber for only a few months now, but within that time I have encountered at least a half a dozen incompetent employees and several mistakes on my account that Ive had to correct. I recently purchased my own modem to replace the dinosaur that TWC had leased to me, so I had to return the equipment to one of their locations. Dreading this trip, I had planned for the worse, wondering just how long it would take before the employee would have to ask me to keep my voice down. So I decided I would be brave and make my way over there.Though no fault of TWC, the parking lot is a minuscule little space and really not adequate. Once I did get into the TWC office, there was already a small line of three people, however, there were three employees on duty, so they made quick work of the line, and I ended up waiting less than five minutes before I was helped. I explained to the young lady that I was turning in my leased modem and she confirmed that I had bought my own. I was all prepared to give her my account number that I had pulled up earlier on my phone, my name, phone number, social, inseam length, first pets name, and street my second cousins best friend grew up on. However, all she did was scan the barcode on the underside of the modem, enter in a few keystrokes, had me sign a receipt, gave me my copy, and sent me on my way. I couldnt believe it.....that was it? No fight? No long wait? Bravo!

Truly terrible service. Internet goes out every time the weather gets warm. No customer service available when you have problems but they answer on the first ring when you call to add service. Deceptive advertisements disguised as bills clutter up my mailbox trying to get me to sign up for more services when the one service I have barely works. This is my first time using TWC, needed to pick up the modem to rent since I dont own one and no point to buy one now as theres supposedly a lot of changes coming later this year in the world of broadband internet.I got here around 940am and had just one person ahead of me, I was helped within 5 minutes of arriving. You have to take a ticket number so if its busy be sure to not miss the ticket machine. The rep was friendly and quick, told me what to expect and answered my questions. Really no issue at all. All I have with TWC is internet.I got the 100mbs down/10mbs up for $45/month with the free WiFi so just $8/month for the modem rental so a total of 52.99 a month. If I come across a good modem and router on Craigslist then I can cancel the modem rental, but again from what I read no point to buy a New modem and router at the beginning of 2016 as newer standards will be set late this year that could make your $160 minimum cost obsolete within just 2 years.
