Searchbug was excellent. Alixa was very help, friendly, and knew her job very well. She helped me find info on a family member that we have not heard from for at least 25 years. Highly recommended.

SearchBug has a faulty login system, after enabling a Card Payment to go off for simply removing HARD BOUNCED emails from our system.We cannot log in after 1 week and the services are not being rendered as the company seems to use a TEST TRANSACTION on our bank card details in order to proceed.This is unacceptable.

They took my order to find a place of employment for garnishment purposes. After chasing them for a few weeks they finally disclosed that they didnt find anything. However, they didnt issue a refund automatically. I had to request it myself. 1.5 months later and $50 lighter I have nothing. Waste of time and money.

First search is free BUT only after you give them your credit card info for billing. From what Ive seen they use the same public databases available elsewhere. Im not paying for outdated information and no proof of better searches.

I absolutely appreciate the information and service I receive from SEARCH BUG. I am an independent contractor, so missing CRM items are a must have. I always know I will get help, they are super dependable. Justin is absolutely amazing, and is always right there by chat, and sticks with you. I never feel intimidated by his responses to my sometime repeated questions from another session. Your results are returned very fast when time is of the essence. They have saved me personally so much time and energy from doing it all by myself, and the expense is very fair. Really it is pretty minor to other services you have to pay for. I have been looking for my step sister for years and have tried numerous different people search companies and apps and Searchbug is by far the easiest and the most affordable out there because they only charge a tiny amount and I emphasize tiny like 2 cents for each phone number search rather than locking you into a $30 or much much more monthly charge. They have been extremely helpful with every aspect of my searching and I HIGHLY recommend them.
