Saratoga and Andy in particular did a great job repairing my laptop and also replacing some parts and making my laptop like brand new. Andy provided me the best recommendations and had great communication through out the process on what to replace and what to fix and what not to based on my budget.

Saratoga Computer Services provided excellent computer repair and was very responsive with inquiries. They fixed my laptop well. I highly recommend them. Dealing with Anthony was great. The price was affordable. I would go here again if I had computer issues.

I brought in a broken laptop that I needed for a business trip two days later. They expedited the part and had it fixed with plenty of time to spare. Even more impressive, there customer service was amazing! Everyone I encountered was so kind and easy to work with. While I hope I do not need them again any time soon, I will certainly use them for all future computer needs.

I took my brothers laptop here for repair. The computer went in looking as if it had been thrown off a cliff and came back like new.Great job, affordable price, and friendly staff. What more can you ask for at a computer repair shop? Should I need more computer repairs in the future I will definitely come back to Saratoga Computer Services.

Avoid this place at all costs. Promises unmet, don’t stand behind their work, blame the customer. Done with this company.

Saved the data and the computer! Thank you!! I had an old MacBook Pro I had been playing with for months, trying to recover a corrupted hard drive using every free tool I could find, but nothing really worked. In a few days they were able to recover all the data for me and even get the machine running again, all for a fair price. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I have had them repair a screen on a laptop and replace a hard drive in a desktop. They have also provided me with data recovery and software reinstallation. Each time they have been professional, friendly and reasonably priced with a quick turnaround time.
