We have worked with Michelle Q. out of the Rochester, NY office for about 4 years now. She is the absolute best! When we started, we had no direction and little to nothing competitively online. She quickly branded our company online and in the first year we were finally a recognized and well established roofing company in our area. Each year we have grown and gotten better and better. She has a strong attention to detail and outstanding service. She has gone above and beyond for us in a variety of ways/times. She handles our entire internet presence including making recommendations on other services and steering us away from scams. Please do not use this company. They hosted our website for over 3 years and never updated it. When I cancelled with them, I thought we were ok until I realized they had deleted my Google My Business account and all of my reviews I had worked so hard for. This is the kind of service you should expect from a company that is falsely advertising they are “with” the BBB. When I hired them, I felt I was hiring a BBB company.
