PC Express in Ventura is a great place to use for fixing your PC when it has problems. I could not get my PC to work properly on my own even after trying many fixes. So, I made an appointment at PC Express and the staff were very courteous and highly skilled. My computer was fixed in a short period of time and the fees charged were very reasonable. They are a business that is focused on customer satisfaction and providing expert technical service. I highly recommend them and will be a repeat customer if any of my computers have problems in the future.

PC Express was able to get our company onboarded very quickly. They provide us with great managed IT support services with there integrated helpdesk app. PC Express was the best decision we have ever made.

Ildmar and Melissa are an amazing team! I contacted them about my laptop that overheated and hard drive crashed. Initially, I took it to Best Buy’s Geek Squad where they were very nice for trouble shooting. However, I needed to pay $200.00 for a one-year membership for them to look at it further and possibly repair it. I searched and found PcExpress. They had very good reviews already and I gave them a shot. Unfortunately, they could not repair my hard drive. Ildmar found a new hard drive, installed it and I had it back that night for half the cost Best Buy wanted. They also provided me with a company in Los Angeles who may be able to recover my data from the old hard drive. Thank you Ildmar and Melissa!

Melissa and Ildmar are so helpful and kind and good people. When our pcs and laptops go haywire its incredibly easy to feel were over our head and kinda lost as to what to do and where to go. Step in PC Express. Starting with me just making an appointment over the phone with Melissa she was incredibly helpful and kind. Then when I met Ildmar I knew I was in good hands and my laptop would have a chance. He tried everything he could think of but in the end it was time for me to say goodbye to my laptop.I wish pc manufacturers would allow Right to Repair but some who shall not be named dont make it easy at all. From not selling parts to making parts if they are available difficult to find. That is what caused the untimely end of my laptop. Ildmar tried and tried but no joy in the end. I am glad though that I found them and came in. I highly recommend them to everyone who needs pc repair and wants to feel theyre among a computer wizard friend. Melissa and Ildmar thank you! You guys rock!

PC Express came out removed a virus from my laptop and fixed my husbands desktop. My husbands desktop had a bad power supply. PC Express came out the same day and took care of them both.What a great company to deal with.
