Inaccurate payroll mistakes reported by 80% of our workforce. ABSOLELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE OPTIONS. NO ACCOUNTABILTY. NO HUMANS TO TALK TO. An elementary school child could design a better app. Security questions are invisible & the expect answers to in known question for log in. Fix your useless app, talk to employees & employers, hire humans...F- ( They use fake reviews to lift their rating. LoL

We use Paycom across our entire organization. Nearly every aspect of an employees employment is handled in Paycom from hire to fire. This includes applying, employment backgrounds, onboarding, payroll, time keeping, FMLA/OSHA tracking, benefits administration, COBRA, and so much more. Our move to Paycom not only provided access to information for our forklift operators but cost savings in real dollars as well as in efficiencies.

We use paycom for my husbands company and we have been thrilled. It helps us stay in compliance with a lot of the CA specific laws and it so easy to use. Especially for the employees on the app.

I am so disappointed. I have always spoke so highly of Paycom and they dropped the ball. I reached out to have a representative present me with some information to bring Paycom to my current company and the representative went missing until one day out of the blue he conferenced me in with another representative (a couple days after he was suppose to provide me with some information). I had a long conversation with them and provided them with the information they needed on the company and once again they failed to call back as scheduled. Then the rep showed up unannounced at my office ( I was out of the office) and left the receptionist a brochure instead of the information that he was suppose to provide to me a week ago. When I spoke to him today he asked me for the EIN for my company so he can give me a guesstimate of how much it would cost. EIN # really? I tried to explain that I just needed information on the products that Paycom offers. I politely thanked him for his time and ended the call. I cant believe he even called me again with this shenanigans. I am a busy professional. SMH

I use Paycom for my financial business. The software is very intuitive and support staff is readily available to help with any one off questions I may have.
