Head to Pavilions for specialized food items and gifts. This place has everything you could want in a grocery store when price is no object! Check out The Bistro for a yummy lunch (open 10-6). I tried the Ono Bowl and he made the zucchini noodles right in front of me! They also have fresh made sushi packaged to go.

My experience with Chase at Pavilions flower section in Rancho Santa Margarita on December 16, 2023, was truly delightful. Chases kindness and helpfulness while I was purchasing an orchid flower were exceptional. His genuine warmth and expertise added a special touch to the shopping experience. Kudos to Chase for making the visit memorable and enjoyable.

I love to shop for my open house food here!! Always so presentable and fresh. The staff are nice and helpful. I left my wallet in one of the carts and a staff member was the one to return it to the lost and found. I really appreciated the integrity of the people they employ. This review is for Pavillions Bakery at Antonio Parkway and La Promesa in Rancho Santa Margarita. I am very happy and relieved that they were able to accommodate my request for a small rainbow cake for our daughter’s 4th birthday celebration this weekend. This morning, January 12th, I went in around 9:30 a.m. and spoke to Jolene at the Bakery and put in my order to pick up after 2:30 p.m. I explained exactly what I wanted-a white cake with a rainbow drawn on top, as that was her one request. Ralph’s bakery by RSM Lake did not make the rainbow cake as promised (it was only a white cake with blue writing with no rainbow anywhere on the cake when I went to pick up) so I ran into Pavillion’s this morning last minute, hoping they could provide me with a new rainbow cake. We’ve had positive experiences at this Pavillion’s bakery in the past couple of years buying all kinds of cookies for class parties as well as cupcakes and birthday cakes for family’s birthdays. They are always very helpful, accommodating and communicative, which we really appreciate. Thank you so much-our daughter is very excited and it looks so cute!

Plant based products on the increase here and price points are good comparable to othe stores. Has small organic produce section that is fresh and bright. This grocer carry some unique items unfound even at natural stores. Highly recommended if the need to shop health conscious. Late night opening a plus also.

It’s so frustrating that in the “guest service” I never find someone to help me. I need some money orders, and I have come at 11:45 before and all they say is to come back at noon because they don’t sell money orders before noon (which is ridiculous!!) today I came at 2:10 and this is the time 2:24) that no one has been able to help me. Way to go!! It’s too bad that they have only one person able to sell and print money orders.

Its not so much the prices as its some of the employees. Ive noticed too many times Male employees staring at young girls, I prefer to shop here solo now for this reason. When I say young I mean 11, 12, up to maybe 15. To clarify, these are full grown men staring at little girls. Although I understand that to stare is not illegal, its creepy to see this happening damn near every time Ive shopped there. Between your produce and meat departments, youve definitely got an issue as well as your self checkout area, although I have not seen that culprit in a few months. As a customer, this is extremely off-putting. As a parent, this is unacceptable, and as someone from the law enforcement community, you should take this Review, extremely serious...12/10/23.

I bought raw chicken from this location Saturday, Sep 30. The item was stored in the refrigerator immediately when I got home. The meat smelled rancid the next day and the edges has turned green. Robin was amazing! She went above and beyond. I had bags missing from a delivery order and she personally delivered them after she was off work. Ive worked retail for 20 years this by far is the best customer experience Ive had. She was very sorry that happened and made sure that we got the rest of our bags tonight!! Ive shopped at Pavilions for years and the customer service is always top notch. I wont shop at any other grocery store!

Had ten minutes for a quick stop to pick up something before picking up my kid from school. Went to open register. No cashier. Cashier sauntered over. Cashier then sauntered around to the back to put up his register closed sign. Cashier sauntered back and told me his co-worker was in line before me and he was going to help her buy her cigarettes before helping me. No time left to wait any longer. Also bakery woman ignored my at the tart counter and kept on working. What a great place. Not.

I shop here often because they gave a good selection of fresh produce. I also like the quality of the meat and seafood. They offer sale items every week in the newspaper advertisement. This store in convenient because it is close to home. I like the staff, they are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Badly organized for expensive store, was trying to buy wine so waiting at self checkout with 1 item just to let the guy show up an tell me to stand in this long line. Like he could not verify? Why then even have that person working there instead let me scan my ID :( Almost left the store. Next time trader jeo for sure. Way better organized better products and prices!

Has a real good butcher section. Little high on price but higher quality meat than average grocery store. Good selection of organic veggies. Real good wine section but pricey as usual at a grocery store, but great selections. Just know that youre going to spend a little bit more when you come here but youre going to end up with some good stuff.

Good, solid consistent experience at Pavilions. I dont go anywhere else for my meat. Great deli selections and side dishes plus their fried chicken is very good. Produce sections isnt the best for California standards, just ok. Wine section is well curated and the bakery seems to be at 20% capacity. Its sad to see such a beautiful pizza over not being utilized. I wish they turn this section around. Now featuring Harris Ranch meats!!

My prescription could not be filled, due to absolutely no stock on hand. Also, my husband was told that only my doctor could resubmit the Rx to a different pharmacy. Normally though, the pharmacy staff does a great job and will bend over backwards to help. What happened?

Very clean and well stocked store. Friendly staff, and prices arent outrageous when compared to the quality. Great house brand items and large selection of organic, natural, and gourmet items.This location has a pharmacy, Starbucks Coffee, Boars Head deli, fresh bakery, US Bank, USDA choice and Prime butcher block, Santa Monica Seafood, customer service desk, and they are putting in a juice bar.

I like their meat department. The butchers are always helpful and friendly. The store seems to be always clean and ordered. Produce is of good quality and if you buy produce or fruit that is bad or not up to your liking they will refund the cost no problem.

Ive been here a few times and they definitely cater to the Coto residents first and foremost. Not a lot of solid food staples for those who like to cook. Forget about buying in bulk here, just go to Costco. They have more variety in frozen pizzas than fresh vegetables.

A little over priced. The patrons arent very friendly but the staff usually is. They have very nice produce with a lot of variety. The Kombucha on tap is delicious and a very welcome addition. They have a lot of gluten free items which is very nice to see.

I love this store! The staff is awesome. But what I think is awful is they are very relaxed about their mask policy. If someone doesn’t wear a mask they don’t do a thing about it! I blame the relaxed attitude of the management. I have asked management their policy and they will provide a mask if someone isn’t wearing one. They have told me they won’t press the issue if they refuse!🧐. The local Trader Joe’s in RSM and the Pavilion’s on Oso is very struck and won’t allow any excuses. I think this is outrageous and I will take my business elsewhere.

Excellent pharmacy and florist. I am not a fan of grocery store. They have changed from carrying many food items to about 1/4 to 1/3 liquor market. They do have lots of fresh vegetables and fruits but are expensive. Check Tuesday papers for sales. Otherwise just too much dough!

Pavilions in RSM is amazing! What really makes it amazing R the people working there. They R so dedicated 2 serving you that it makes the experience so much more spectacular. Always ready 2 serve. We can not thank them enough! At This Vons we especially like their produce and fresh deli. Bar none the best quality ever. Currently under some renovation as of this review, the new layout is very appealing. They have expanded their wine collection extensively including a climate controlled room for higher-end products. There is also a new focus on fresh produce. A juice bar and possible salad bar are currently under construction.

To be honest, I would rather go to one of the Ralphs thats further away than this store. The meat department is friendly. However, almost every single time Ive checked out come here, the checkout staff seems rude and annoyed. They also dont seem to care how long the line there is. There is no self checkout options. So, if youre coming for a quick purchase, be prepared to wait a while as they allow the lines to get quite long. I have almost never heard them say thank you after a purchase.

I went to Pavillions Pharmacy to get a booster for my daughter (this was a walk in) and Albert started the process,but then the pharmacist came to help us,she suggested to make an appointment because they were so behind and were not able to give her(my daughter) her vaccine,as we walk out of the store I checked the Pavillions Pharmacy website and there were 5 appointments,the closer one was in 5 min, after I filled out the form we walk back to the pharmacy,the pharmacist wasnt there anymore (not sure if she didnt want to help or if it was time for her to go home), but Albert helped us and in less than a minute we went to the waiting room. I went in my favorite store to get flowers for a friend. The gal seemed more interested in making sure I bought the decorated pot that I wanted . She wasnt helpful at all, actually on the rude side. Now that the place is remodeled its very nice. All the employees are so friendly and very helpful. The night manager Sisi is so sweet and always has a smile on her face. If she was any sweeter Id get a cavity! Great grocery store!They even have stuff I didnt know I needed! LOL!The ONLY complaint I have is they are almost always out of a few items I want. Then I have to go somewhere else. Please order more of the International Delight, Sugar Free Irish Cream, Creamer Pods. Theyre on the coffee isle in a little box! Thanks! And Cholula Chili Lime. I was not particularly pleased with this location the store was busy I was unfriendly and I wasnt quite sure where I was going how to get the discounts and a store was so large without enough employees to assist you if you needed it so I was not very impressed but as I did get past the basics the meat and seafood and bakery glamorous as bakery seafood produce and in that area the basic grocery part was not up to par and the prices were a little bit higher than you would like to pay for what youre getting

I received excellent customer service from a young lady named Ashlie. I could be spelling her name incorrectly. She was a manager or supervisor I think. She was very nice, helpful. I havent been in a pavillions location before that i recall. I always kinda go with whats familiar. Ralphs and Albertsons. Such good customer service I will definitely be back.

My family of 7 has been shopping at this location for over a decade. We go there at least one a week. There is a manager there, I believe her name is Courtney. And last week as my family and I were walking out I noticed she was yelling at her employees and even heard her say “mental heath issues are not real.” My family and I will no longer be supporting this pavilions until there is a manger who treats the employees with love, compassion and respect. No manager should ever make their own employees feel worthless.In addition, to all of that (as if it wasn’t enough) I hear her complaining about the employees uniforms, which follow guidelines from what I have seen. The manger should provide the uniforms for employees who live paycheck to paycheck and can’t afford the fancy nice clothing the manager wants. Especially, while they are working hard during a global pandemic.

Pavillons has some beautiful produce. They always have tons of selections and a wide array of wine. This is my go to spot when Im running and dont have much time. The lines are always pretty short and I love that they have a express lane. I also love that they have a Starbucks in the store, so you can place your order o the mobile app when shopping and get it when yourre done. The floral dept is also very nice with some beautiful flowers and lovely roses.

With the renovations recently done to this pavilions, the entire store is now one half quick deli with options ranging from sandwiches, to pizza, to even pho or stir fry. Its my go to for a quick and cheap lunch if I forget to bring my own.As for the grocery store aspect, its a grocery store.
