I walked in to buy some thermal paste for my computer. He told me they didn’t sell it, but gave me a small tube from his own stash for free. Seems like a very generous and genuine business owner and will definitely be the first place I look for computer solutions.

I stopped in at Patriot Computer Solutions after leaving the tech repair place up the street. Jason was very helpful and diagnosed my samsung chromebook in 5 minutes for free. The solution ended up being a simple fix, unlike the $199 the other guys tried to charge me, without any guarantee it would solve the problem. I wont take my tech issues anywhere else! Also his beard game is on point!

Jason saved the day! I called in a pinch from my work office having trouble connecting to my company wifi. I called two other Roseville computer services, all wanting to charge me $50 or so, to help me diagnose over the phone. Patriot Computer Solutions was my third call and without hesitation,Jason said, “I can help you no problem. That’s what I do, I help people.” Within 10 minutes he had me troubleshoot the problem and I was up and running. What could have been a major work issue, Jason prevented and I am so grateful for his help! If I ever need repairs I will go to them. Thanks again!

Phil is really amazing. He seamlessly combines expert knowledge with a true focus on what the customer is trying to get to. He taught me & Diane a lot of useful information while he was solving our problems. AND he was very patient and respectful of our many questions, no matter how poorly framed. Highly recommended, and we now know who to go to for all things computer.

The folks at Patriot are awesome!! I took my old computer in to see about upgrading it. Jason looked at it and called me back the next day. He was perfectly hones with me and gave me some options. I could tell he had my best interests as he was explaining the options and not just the stores. All this was done with NO CHARGE! Where else do find that! Although I may not have them work on my anchor they will have my business in the future! 25 stars if I could give them.

I use to shop Frys, Best Buy, and other big box computer stores. However, I discovered Jason at Patriot Computer Solutions. He is awesome. His service is wonderful, and he stands behind the computers he sells or repairs he makes If you have a need to make your older computer last, and even get quicker talk to Jason. Over the ten years I have used Patriot I have been pleased with his solutions, his repairs and the computer I bought from him that was a refurbished HP that has now lasted me for years. If you need a computer guy or computer repair/improvement dont hesitate to stop in and talk with Jason.

We have used Patriot Computer Solutions in Roseville for several years. Jason and Phil are very professional computer experts, reliable and trustworthy. They have solved many computer issues for us remotely. For bigger issues, they repair computers in shop. We have bought both laptop and desktop computers from them. They transferred all data to our new computers, helped us link networks, printers, etc. We highly recommend their service for any computer problems, big or small.Harry & Karen Galloway

If you need computer repair Patriot Computer is the place to go!!! Pricing is very reasonable and fair. Customers service is over the top. Turn around time for replacement part was quicker than expected. While waiting to pick up computer Jason was helping another customer, and I was so impressed when that customer was let know that his iPad was still under warranty, and to take it to Apple for replacement. Jason is the man if you need device repair!

One star is one too many for this business. Very disappointed in the quality of work. I have 2 business computers that needed monthly maintenance. An older gentlemen, Phil came to the office. First impression was it obvious he was not very agile, had difficulty moving around the desk. It appeared he was not well. Then, he was combative from the get go, telling me I did not know anything, and if I wanted his help I needed to just listen. I therefore put my questions on hold.He had me crawl under the desk because he could not do it to get to plugs, etc. Then, while working on both office computers he deleted ALL the shortcuts off the desktops. Needless to say, it made it very difficult for my staff and myself to work and access files. There was now at least 4 or more steps to get to a simple file and the time involved was counterproductive. He said we cannot have shortcuts on desktops. Well, Ive been in business 20 years and have had shortcuts the entire time. It makes accessing files simple. A friend of mine had his company computer guy look at the computers and said the work that Phil did was what was done in the industry maybe 20 or more years ago, and that there was no reason for him to delete ALL the shortcuts. On top of that there is a contract for a year and Phil said he would be doing monthly maintenance and he could do that remotely. Well, he has not been on the computers ONE time in 4 months and it was verified by 2 different computer people. He is still charging my business card $139 monthly. I would not recommend Phil for computer monthly maintenance. I think he needs to retire.
