Went here this AM to get print service. The General Manager Greg would not help me and told me I had to wait for an employee to come back from her break as he just looked at the computer. He told me there were only three employees in the store and as I waited, I counted 4.

I entered the store and immediately was greeted with a smile and a welcome. I was looking for ink for my printer but could not find it. The clerk on duty came over and helped me find what I needed. My experience in this Office Depot today was truly outstanding! Every associate was so attentive and helpful! They were also patient and kind! This is so hard to find these days! I bought an office chair online. I had an option to have them assemble it for $15.00 (it was well worth it. I dont have time for that); I picked it up at their store and the chair was fine; their prices are also reasonable. I will purchase from them again.

The Livermore store is clean and well organized and an associate offered to help me right away as soon as I began looking for non-padded envelopes, file folders, and hanging file folders. I was pleased to find a lot of other useful items that I had not realized the store carried, such as a padded lunchbox that goes in the freezer and Swiffer wet pads.

Has a great experience at this store recently for printing service. I tried using the self help printer but could not get that working. The person at the service center went above & beyond in getting the printing done, even though I had opted for sell service. Much appreciate the helpful staff at this location.

Pretty happy to locate an office supplies store. Everyone tried to help me find the right laptop stand for me. (Nothing was quite what I needed, but not for lack of trying.)I came back later after I verified that the desk that I wanted was exactly what I needed. Meynard quickly found the desk in the back and loaded it up in my car for me. Thanks for the help!

The shopping experience is not rushed nor crowded. The entire space, full of pretty much anything you need for school or work, is clean and nearly organized. Within seconds of entering you are greeted and if youd like help finding something, someone is ready to direct you, even walk you, to the very spot your item is. If you want to reinvent the wheel, they have a printing service thatll print and laminate anything you need. I wanted a specific format for a multiplication chart and it was nice to see the associate helping me find what I wanted suggest this as an alternative.

After all this rain, we had several power issues so needed to purchase some UPS for our systems. OfficeMax had the ones we needed, in stock, great price, easy to use website, easy to identify who was to pick up. We like to use local businesses when we can and they came through when we needed them.

Maynard, the young man who helped me with the lamination of my collage, was very nice, helpful, friendly, relaxed & professional! It was so refreshing to have an interaction with someone pleasant! There was another young man, but I didn’t see his name, who was working at the register who was nice as well. He greeted me with a smile & got me over to the photo area. I saw him helping an older gentleman with something & was friendly & chatty. Again, wonderful to see two employees great at their jobs!

Generally the staff is very helpful. Anis in the Tech Dept. knows his stuff and instills confidence in his abilities.If you have the unfortunate experience of having to deal with the store manager you are inclined to never shop here again. On more than one occasion I have dealt with the store manager and he acts like he is doing you a favor by letting you shop at OfficeMax/Depot. A rating for Anis, F rating for the store manager.

I was in a bind and needed print services. I used the online and pick up curb-side. When I got home, I realized that my print was too small. I called and spoke to Michelle. She looked up my order and said that what I wanted should be possible. I asked her if I would be able to come inside and show her the size because I was unsure of the dimensions. When I got there, she helped me and made it the size I needed. She had a wonderful personality and with this pandemic going on, she made me feel great as a customer.
