Very professional, excellent communication and follow up. I called Novatech with a 3-day timeline for my project. Alex the owner was able to do a walkthrough and a competitive bid on the same day. We planned to have his team on the following day. All of his employees were professional, cleaning up any debris from their installation. Once completed they notified me and had all of our networks up and running with little disruption of services. I highly recommend Alex and his team at Novatech for networking projects.

I’ve never made a better decision than when I recommended NovaTech to our HOA Board to be our Surveillance Camera consultants. Alex and his team knew exactly what we needed. After meeting on site and surveying our property Alex prepared a proposal with the equipment, camera locations and network configurations that were perfectly chosen for our needs. The installation was smooth and was completed in just one day. Our system works exactly as promised. We couldn’t be happier. It shouldn’t be a surprise. While there are other companies in this field, my research, including strong recommendations from several other very satisfied customers told me that Alex and NovaTech were the obvious choice.

Alex and his team are very quick to assist. We had a security camera that went offline and due to criticality, the issue had to be repaired quickly. The team was on site the next day to fix whatever the problem was whether cable or camera. They were able to find the problem (faulty cable) and get it functional in short order. Great response and efficient work. Couldnt ask for more!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex at NovaTech to have 4 cameras and a DVR installed at my company. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The team at NovaTech was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They worked quickly to complete the installation, and the end result exceeded my expectations.Since the installation a few months ago, everything has been running smoothly. The cameras and DVR have been working flawlessly, providing excellent coverage and clear footage. Novatech is a GREAT company! They sent out a team of four employees, all of whom knew exactly what they were doing, and finished the installation by early afternoon. They showed up 15 minutes early, and even removed their shoes before entering my home, and without me even asking. They also set-up the cctv system, and the install looks great. Remember, this is a LICENSED CONTRACTOR, and not some handyman. Dont go off a cheap price - use licensed professionals. They went up on my roof so as to hide and bury wires, and it takes money and skill to run such a business. Dont go business with unlicensed people, who dont carry insurance, dont have the proper licensing, and cut costs that hurt legitimate businesses. Also, you will really love how it all looks. I really like Alex, and his crew, including Bobby. 5 stars!

I normally do not write reviews because I usually am not that impressed with very many companies. NovaTech is different. I selected this company because of their many 5 star reviews. I called the company and spoke with Alex. He scheduled a visit to our home, assessed what we had (14 old black & white cameras) and what he recommended. The estimate was quite fair. I said yes, he scheduled the installation, he and his staff arrived on time and did a wonderful install. Then Alex spent a good amount of time teaching me how to use the new system.Alex delivered what he said he would. He is a very honest and friendly businessman. It was truly a pleasure working with him and his company!Bill Brandom

We hired NovaTech to build out the network in our new office (15 employees in video production.) We are a small start-up company without a dedicated IT department; NovaTechs work was done promptly and professionally, and everything was explained to me clearly despite the fact that Im not in IT. Owner Alex was incredibly helpful on the phone. The technician who came out to do a site survey was equally helpful and accommodating, and I really value to fact that everyone Ive interacted with at NovaTech has been genuinely committed to making sure were happy customers. Alex Shell of Nova Tech is great. I’ve known Alex for almost 10 years now when I purchased my home security system. I’ve never had a problem with the system but I’ve had issues due to changes or glitches on my end – router, IP address, etc. I’m not a tech guy so it’s harder for me to figure things out. No worries though because I just email Alex and done. No matter when, where or how Alex is there for you. He is the best. I wish other business were like him. So, if you’re looking for a reliable security system and a reliable business that responds the way you expect - Alex is definitely your guy. He’s definitely my guy.

We were with Novatech for a couple of years using them to service our 190 plus security camera system and for the most part, they did an adequate job. We had a annual maintenance contract with Alex where he would come to our property quarterly. For no apparent reason, they stopped coming without any explanation. I reached out to find out what was happening and was told they could no longer service our system because it was to big. Really? They had no problem with it for years. Whats most irritating is that they did not bother to call and discuss it with me, they just left us hanging. Extremely unprofessional!! No way to treat a client of many years.
