This group does a fantastic job of helping empower individuals to become better in so many ways. The leadership development course I participated in through my professional association was high quality and the content was individualized to my profession. I met Kevin Nourse through a leadership development program for speech-language pathologists and audiologists. During our kick-off event, Kevin and colleagues presented principles of leadership in an accessible and relatable manner. I appreciated his inclusion of personal and professional anecdotes, examples, and theories that were free from judgment and negativity. His presentation style was very inviting and enthusiastic yet mellow in a way that gave space for quieter participants to feel comfortable sharing. It is very hard to ensure that everyone in a room participates and he made a concerted effort to do so. Kevin consistently modeled leadership behaviors and qualities throughout the event and was humble, approachable, and generous with his expertise.

Kevin tailored his executive coaching to maximize my impact at my company (a midsize biotech). He has a keen insight on organizational structures and help map out key stakeholders. While a great portion of the work is self reflection, he gives practical advice on how to to unleash potential to your team and all those you encounter. He provides a safe space to discuss if things you attempted worked and workshop on how to improve. More importantly, he delivers on measurable outcomes with great amount of empathy. Working in a corporate environment, I lost my confidence trying to navigate the politics. Kevin helped me rediscover the parts of me that made me an authentic and effective leader.
