We have worked with NKP for over 8 years and have seen the best performance from our company website and social media sites. The key to success is communication with their team! You cant be passive and expect growth. The NKP team is responsive and timely! They have key people in different positions to address your specific company needs and goals. Over the years, weve done 2 full redesigns and a few facelifts with images for the site to keep things fresh. When we first started with NKP, we had monthly meetings and were more focused on SEO and site performance. Later, we had them manage our social media posts which helped create cohesive branding across all our media platforms. Meetings with their staff are now quarterly to evaluate SEO, site performance and we spend time focusing on promotions for the upcoming season. I would not trust NKP. The only thing they are good for is to charge your credit card on monthly basis on time. NKP took over my web site which was built by another company. They were suppose to improve my website and do SEO work.However, nothing has improved since and everything including the speed of the website has been worse since they took over. they have not contributed anything significant to the website and SEO. Please think twice before your trust this company.

Our experience with NKP has been amazing. We receive many referrals from our website and they are constantly creating new content and keepingn up with our SEO. I have been a customer of NKP Medical for close to 4 years. I was previously happy with 2 great account managers and even posted a positive review to support this experience. After the last excellent account manager left, my customer service experience and overall professional relationship with NKP Medical has been very different. I signed a website redesign contract with the written expectation that the website would go live 45 days after signing. The design team did not make my new website go live until over six months later and to this day still has not fully completed the redesign project according to the contract. There has also been no SEO work devoted to my website for the past few months and my SEO rankings have suffered.I am not one to openly write bad reviews but I felt it was important to share with physician colleagues my negative experience with NKP Medical. If you are a potential client, please ask NKP Medical about their client and employee retention and scrutinize over the contract terms.

I have just switched the hosting and active management of the SEO for my plastic surgery website to NKP. I have been working with Mercedes, Ryan and Alex. They have all been terrific. Mercedes was responsible for revamping my existing website as far as getting the SEO tags up to snuff and the look of the site uniform throughout. Not only did she do an incredible job, but she was professional and a pleasure to work with at all times. I have worked with other companies and there was always a delay. Ryan Kirk got us started with SEO and we were thrilled with the conversions compared to the old company who just finished building our website. Ryan never pushed us to redo our website, just help maintain it and make it better. Luis helped edit all the photos and make sure they were cropped to a plastic surgeons standards. I had considered letting my website lapse at the beginning of the pandemic. Even before the virus hit, my website was not working for me, and it was not generating any business (patients) for me. Luckily, when I called to cancel, Ryan Kirk talked me out of it. We came up with a plan, and my practice has grown to its busiest ever. NKP has helped me with content/copy, with search optimization, and with overall marketing strategy, and they continue to do so. Theyve helped me coordinate reputation management to grow the quality online reviews I have. I have a monthly phone meeting with Ryan Kirk (who is fantastic, by the way) where we review our results, where we want to be, and what we need to do. With their and my steady efforts, I now have tons of pages showing up on the first page of results, and this is driving quality patients to me. They are reasonably priced and a great value. I would recommend NKP Medical Marketing to anybody (except my competitors).

This company is very good at their own reputation management but that is about it. I am giving them 2 stars only because I think they have a way of removing 1 star reviews. I would give them negative stars if I could. I was a client for over 3 years and after spending tens of thousands of dollars for very poor service, I decided to leave during COVID. They offered to host me for free for two months if I would stay with them through the pandemic. After the two months, I decided I was not going to stay. That is when they told me oops your contract just auto-renewed. So the free hosting was just a trick to get me to past the auto-renew date. They said that my verbal request to cancel did not count because the contract says it has to be in writing. I tried to negotiate with them but they demanded payment for the next 6 months and they are now claiming that I never paid the full amount for the website setup 3 years ago which is a lie. They tried to hold my domain URL hostage but I was able to get it back directly through GoDaddy. They charged my credit card every month without even sending me an invoice even though I kept asking them for invoices so that I could know what they were charging my credit card for. Now I find out that they are suing ME! I have spoken with many others who have been scammed by this company in the same way and we are trying to get a class action lawsuit together. We have been with NKP Medical for a number of years now, and did a complete website update in 2021. We added the chat feature to our website at the completion of the redesign and launch. This feature has worked very well for us to help generate leads for our busy plastic surgery practice. The chat feature has given our website visitors a way to interact with our practice without commitment and has “extended” our practice further by providing information and insight as to what we can offer prospective patients. Specifically I have been impressed with the scripting and the personal attention that the chat respondent provides our patients. Many of our leads results in either a consult or an appointment.

Im posting my experience here because my Facebook review was taken down along with other reviews.I lost over $8000 and 6 months of website productivity by signing on with NKP. I would advise others to carefully consider the facebook reviews - several ratings are from current NKP employees, including David Phillips himself.In summary, my website development by NKP took over twice as long as outlined in our contract. The company did not perform any SEO work or respond to my emails. They did not have any artistic ability in creating the site - I had to correct even the most basic issues re appropriate website font, alignment, etc. They even misspelled my name on the site when it was launched, which took a week to be corrected.David Phillips cancelled two conference calls with me and did not reschedule. The company was extremely unprofessional and did not send any progress reports regarding my site. The only consistent thing they did was charge my credit card on a monthly basis. I have spoken to one other surgeon in my area who experienced a similar issue. Hopefully this review will help others avoid my costly mistake.

Since that very day and change, the service I received was absolutely AMAZING. The attentiveness, partnership, and execution was second-to-none! R.R. was always on top of his game, and when there was a hiccup or glitch, it was addressed immediately and with assurance. After spending over 7K for a site SEO I was more than disappointed. The company failed to tell me that they were going to convert the site into their own proprietary software and then when the results failed to improve on site traffic as well after over 30 emails to correct the gross errors of the company, including de-pixelating my images to barely recognizable as well as removing many pages I finally quit, that is when it got ugly. The site was returned to me in the same proprietary format which I could not open or use. I resorted to the same website I had given them and had to start all over. When I disputed their charges in credit card services they oppose a refund. Same old SEO problem, great sales versus horrible service, beware.
