We have been using Network Titan’s services for over 9 years. Mike has always gone above and beyond to help us in any IT situation. Having them support us means we don’t ever have to worry about any IT issues. They are on top of everything and know if there is an issue before we do. They are always very knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and helpful. They have worked with us on everything from purchasing new servers, PC’s, and they take care of our monthly maintenance. They even helped us make our facility move simple and seamless, so we could keep running our business. We highly recommend Mike & all the staff at Network Titan.

These guys are awesome! Theyre very helpful, easy to talk with, quick to respond and very professional. During our transition to working from home this year, they were able to handle all of our IT questions and issues quickly and effectively. Were happy to have them on board. They do not push extra services but when asked for advice on addressing needs they will research and suggest the best available options.
