I enjoyed the study. The staff was nice and instructions were easy for visits, blood draws and test. And they pay us on the pay card as promised.

Well, how do I start this place is so full of it. Not worth anyones time run 🏃 find something better that is not going to scam you tell you one thing to get you started and then you come in and they make you sign more papers and magically the fee goes down about how much they are going to pay you I have been apart of this Covid clinical trials and it’s been a complete mess from day one every time I’ve been paid it’s was after 7days so definitely not a way to get some extra funds in an emergency situation please read before you decide to give these people you time I will never do business with them ever again

I am a repeat participant in multiple Marvel Clinical Research trials and will continue to volunteer for more because the staff is exceptional and studies are professionally managed. Volunteers are fully informed about each study and the process proceeds very well with no hiccups.

I came in from an Instagram add for birth control and participated in my first research study. Everything went really easy! Any question I had got answered and the staff was very friendly, I got to know the staff with my visits there and I enjoyed every visit! They had quick and easy visits, and I do plan to return for new studies! I highly recommend for people who haven’t tried clinical research before to start here!

Super fast and easy to be apart of! Staff were all amazing, they create such a fun atmosphere and you can totally feel it walking in! I really felt like they treated me like a person and not like a stranger. I referred my mom to the clinic and they gave me a $100 for just referring her! I haven’t seen clinics like this before, I am definitely coming back for future trials and revering more people!

The trial process was just fine besides the blood draw which I had a slight problem with because if my thin veins. I had a slight initial issue with the payment on the funding card after the first week but I was contacted by Marvel Coordinator Hikyhe who resolved my issue quickly and I was very happy with her attentiveness to my problem. I would recommend the trial to anyone interested..

Keep in mind 5-star reviews come from patients, who love this place because they get $$ for enrolling in trials, and often free medications that they could not otherwise afford. However, there is a high staff turnover for anyone except the site directors, who frequently bully the receptionists, phlebotomists, and research nurses. But what really made me leave was their refusal to make trial participants wear masks in the height of Covid deaths, and some things they asked me to do to enroll more patients that were unethical. The MDs hosting the studies are not employees of Marvel - and they are good clinicians (Dr. Rayhan is a good dermatologist). Just a warning for RNs, NPs or PAs that are considering working here - I left after two months, and I never do that.ADDENDUM: it took them only 1 day to try and discredit me, which means they are watching their reviews in fear. I was not going door to door - I only wanted to try research, and they were the only game in town and they did need the help. I was told it was a sub-investigator NP position, but then they gave me RN tasks, so yes, I was annoyed by that. I never made a negative comment about anyone but the hostile leadership, just another of their lies. As I said, Ive had issues with NO other employer but them, and I just want to warn my colleagues because they are always looking to replace people who quit. And yes, i found a much better job after leaving.

The promised compensation isn’t always delivered within the predicted time frame—or sometimes even at all. I was asked to come back to fill out and sign some extra paperwork, and NEVER got the extra payment promised. And the monthly compensation for participating in a long term study—and yes, faithfully doing everything we’re supposed to do—happens on an erratic schedule. It seems like some of the payments are either pushed a week or two later, or are skipped entirely.This place is fairly good about paying as promised mostly at the BEGINNING of a study—then apparently starts slacking off (or the system starts“glitching”) later.

Came in for a research trial for Moderna with my dad, it was his first one he ever did and Brenda was so good at explaining the study before we came in and I loved the way Samantha was so sweet explaining our qualifications! Definitely recommend for any future trials!

Marvel is great. Pharmaceutical companies lag on payment. I think if I had expected to wait well over a week for the payment it would have been better, my expectations would not have been that I would be paid in a couple of days. Update. Clincard funds are added ever 4 weeks and a day. Accessing funds: in order to get your money without having any fees you have to go into the bank to a teller. You can not just transfer funds online to your bank. The marvel clinical research coordinator is always available to talk or email. She is there if you have questions. They compensate for your time on a debit card which you have to wait a week to get paid. So if you think you will be paid that same day for your time and gas its not happening. Also they had people go in to sign additional papers and never mentioned if there will be compensation for gas. Also you dont deal with a coordinator for your specific study so you get the run around waiting for answers to questions. As i was waiting days for someone to contact me about a follow up appt by a girl works in front. Not very organized with their procedures and a delay in compensation.

Lots of confusion in this office regarding payments and clarifying how and when payment are made I hear one thing about payments and referrals before I sign up then a whole other thing after we sign up and have do the trail once they get that shot in you alot of info starts too change regarding payments (how much, processing method) its tricky and makes you think of the ethics of this business in thier research if the payment part is tricky then who knows, friendly staff and they try to help it seems but they are in on the sneaky-Ness tbh

I had a great experience at this clinical research center, the staff is super nice and welcoming, and they get you in and out of the clinic pretty fast. I also like the fact the they actually paid me the right amount on the exact day they said they would!! II would definitely recommend this facility and would 100% attend another study here. This is a great place to be in a research study. The staff is very friendly and you get paid quickly. I have been in 3 of their studies and they usually have all different types. If you arent sure what to participate in, just give them a call and they will help you figure it out.

Have an abcess or, check out the website and see what experimental Antibiotics, Infusions, Medications that are currently in trail, and see if there is something that you have use for, or someone you know. People are great,l. It is an open setting that even has a smoking patio. When drug companies do studies, they spare no expense. If your HIV positive, or have TB, Hepatitis you will not be accepted by the program.
