Wow! I feel so lucky to have found Pam and Darren, and I know for a fact that we wouldn’t have been able to get our dream home without them. We were searching for homes online and fell in love with one in the Goldenwest Estates area. Everything was going to be perfect before we moved in, and it felt so amazing to have two agents who were working so hard for us. Honestly, I was blown away with both of them, and they continue to exceed our expectations. They were so fantastic, that we even asked them to be our selling agents for our condo soon after, and we just accepted a fantastic CASH OFFER just a week after being on the market. I had been building out a home gym since COVID lockdown, with an emphasis on boxing training equipment, because of the great cardio that boxing provides. I did a ton of product research, but the hardest piece for me decide on was a speed bag platform. I knew I wanted it to be adjustable, because I am tall, but I also wanted my kids and others to be able to use it too. Every adjustable speed bag platform that I found on the market was extremely cumbersome to adjust. They require you to unbolt them from the wall first before adjusting--even the supposed easier ones with crank wheels. That is just ridiculous! Who wants to stop their workout, and possibly take off boxing gloves, to spend a few minutes using a socket wrench to adjust equipment?!? Talk about losing momentum and getting your heart rate down! So, I was very unsatisfied with anything that I could find on the market for a long time and had almost given up. Then, I discovered First Rate Boxing. They absolutely nailed it in the most obvious, simplistic way: they use the disc that is the wood platform as their adjusting mechanism. It is so simple and quick to adjust their platform as little or as much as you want--even while wearing boxing gloves. Brilliant! I had some initial sticker shock, but after studying it further, I was won over by First Rate Boxings design, quality, and the stability of their product, so I realized the value of their offering. Even better, their platform is a gorgeous work of art. So solid, with a beautiful, simple design, and a very fine piece of wood for the drum. It is truly the showpiece of my home gym. My speed bag workouts are excellent. No vibrations, and consistent rhythms while hitting it. I love the fact that anyone can easily adjust it on the fly. I couldnt imagine having the same joy with any of the other speed bag platform on the market.
