2023-09-26 22:23:41Excellent service! I needed a battery for my 2019 MacBook Pro. Im pretty handy, so I youtubed how to replace the battery - forget it, its VERY complicated and a genius is needed. It would take almost a week for Apple to replace, but only took 24 hrs at Mac 911 (once I had the battery!). They supplied all the necessary information, were pleasant and my computer was returned with a new battery, and all cleaned up! Will definitely come back!!

2023-07-14 21:39:33I went because I cracked my laptop screen. They said it was going to take 4-5 business days. I paid 145 for labor and an hour later decided I did not want to proceed because it was going to cost around 800 dollars. I called them and asked for my computer back. They gave me a hard time. Long story short, they would not refund me the 145 even though they had done nothing to my computer. Very slimy people would advice you to go somewhere else. This is the first one start review I have ever given.

2023-11-17 23:54:53If i could make this zero stars, i would. i dropped off my phone to order an iPhone 13 pro screen. they said it would arrive 24-28 hours later. DAN, who works there, was rude, ornery, and gave false information about the screen arriving and leaving calling me and leaving a voicemail. 10000% unhelpful and shockingly rude. thankfully, the 1 star here goes to felix who actually took some time to explain and mitigate the situation. i actually never take the time to write reviews but this interaction was so offensive, i had to do it.

2022-09-04 17:46:47I recently had a great experience with Mac 911.The people who run Mac 911 are fantastic to work with. They are knowledgeable and fixed my problem within both the cost and time estimate. They were also very patient and generous with their time in explaining the problem that I had. Im very grateful that they are in my neighborhood and cant recommend them highly enough.

2022-06-25 17:14:21Yes I purchased $100 charging cord for a new lap top. Ended up returning the laptop and called literally the next day to try and return the cord (that I only used once) but they won’t take returns. The clerk did not inform me of this policy when I purchased the cord. So I ended up paying pretty much the same as I would from apple without having a return policy. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to the actual apple store.

2020-05-15 04:32:33Went in with a Macbook pro with a cracked screen, got it back in perfect condition. Paid a rush fee and got it within 3 days as promised. The whole process of bringing it in and picking it up was speedy and professional. Would no doubt come back again for future repairs.

2021-01-17 04:11:42My MacBook pro had swollen battery and sticky keyboard. They replaced the whole top case and put a new keyboard and touchpad in 7 business days as advertised(at another place they said 3 weeks). Also they were very responsive by email.Completely satisfied. Thank you!

2020-09-23 00:34:21Had a great experience at Mac 911 getting my keyboard replaced. Its been difficult to find Apple support during the pandemic but the folks at Mac 911 were knowledge, efficient, and friendly. I would definitely come back for any issue with my apple products.

2020-09-09 18:08:04If I could give this place zero stars I would. I dropped off my computer and was told I would have a diagnostic answer in 4-5 days. I had to call them multiple times just to get the diagnostic report from them. I was told even though they werent providing the diagnostic report within the 4-5 days as told when I dropped it off, it would still be able to be fixed within the 7-10 days as advertised. When I called them again to find out if my computer could be repaired they told me that it needed a new logic board and asked did I want it. I replied, well, that depends on whether or not I will still have access to my files on my hard drive... OH! Let us check.They called me back (first time they ever initiated a call) and said yes. So did I want to clone the hard drive or get a new logic board. I opted for the new logic board and confirmed that I would still be getting my computer back in the 7-10 day window as advertised. They said worst case it would be day 11. Well, I called on day 11, which was a Friday, (because they dont really like to make outgoing calls apparently) and they told me it was probably going to be more like Tuesday (Monday being a holiday). I reminded them that theyve had my computer longer than they should. They tried to blame it on when the approval for the logic board work was given and I had to remind them that I had been chasing them down for answers. They said oh, ok. Well end of day then. Low and behold 2 hours later my computer was ready. I grew up knowing squeaky wheel gets the oil, but this was beyond ridiculous.To add insult to injury, less than 24 hours later, my computer restarted twice for no apparent reason other than my moving my finger on the track pad in a direction it did not appreciate. Of course, they were closed... holiday weekend. But I copied the error report and emailed it off. Of course they did not call me on Tuesday when they were back in to address my email. I had to call them. They claimed to never have received the email. I said I can reforward it so they can see the error report. To which they said, nah, it wont help. We would just need your computer to run tests on it.Yes, please... let me give you my computer again. UH, ABSOLUTELY NOT!These guys are hacks. If you value not only your computer but also your sanity, dont take any of your devices to this place. Perhaps they thought, shes a girl, she doesnt know anything. But sadly they are mistaken since I have worked for a software company in the past and Im extremely tech savvy.I cannot stress enough how big of a mistake it would be for you to take your devices here.
