Alexs consultation with me today was outstanding! As a small business entrepreneur, I was looking for someone to help grow my business by teaching me how to understand internet opportunities and become more organized with existing methods.Alex was able to streamline my marketing operations to improve customer service and brand awareness. With her computer expertise, she merged several of my e-mails making them more accessible so that I can respond to customers faster. She educated me on the importance of social media in my business and actually set up a winning platform that works for my company!What I liked is that Alex is hands on but also hands off allowing me to bumble my way through new web scenarios and ideas. She has amazing patience and listening skills; as I am not computer savvy at all.
