Got all the way to the appointment only for them to tell me that they dont service laptop screens. Why would they schedule an appointment, only to tell me that they cant help me? Lol. I called their store and after telling them the situation with my laptop screen, they said I needed an appointment. I wouldnt have come if I had known they couldnt help. Wasted my time and gas.

A little disappointed. We were told over the phone, when we made an appointment, that they would definitely be able to repair our product. Took the time to drive down, at the specific appointment time, not drop in, to be told it was not repairable. It would have been better to tell us that they do not repair our model computer over the phone. Be prepared, dont believe what they say on the phone

Very helpful and professional. I needed to have a Sirius radio installed in my new car. Eric explained the installation options. He agreed to try to put the unit left of steering and successfully did it. I checked a number of competitors before I visited them and they were the lowest price as well. They will do a better installation for much less.

A job well done! I had to have a complete OS restore on my MS Surface laptop, as the MS Creators Fall update messed up my icons and apps. And when I reverted back to what I had before the update, my WiFi network access was gone. This was my first experience with the GS, both their home visit and shop visit, and I was pleased with the outcome!

The team there is awesome! They are always taking the time to answer my questions before and after my repairs, minor or major on the several computers I own. I have had great success in person, phone and online chat. I highly recommend them. Very happy customer!

Disorganized and inefficient with queue for walk in and appointment services, even for pick up. Dont bother having an appointment because theyll double or triple book someone with you. I wasted an hour of my time just for them to tell me they cant fix a PS4 unless its under warranty. Dont bother here. Go somewhere else worth your time.

Called about an in home repair. Made an appointment and no one showed up. I called and they said I was in queue for that day and the manager himself would call me.No showed up or called.Very disappointed with their service... or rather lack of service

Checked website 3 times and set up a appointment just to get there which the phone call I made and website both say they fix tvs and they have tv repair wich they do not clearly false advertisement they tried to tell me it they fix tvs at another location ... like then why does both the website and phone line both say geek squad fixes tvs ... incompetent as ever ... geek squad had only dropped the ball everytime I try to use them they never are able to help with almost any electronics Ive brought them lets not be called geek squad since you can never fix half of the items Ive tried to bring in the past ...

I have had to have the Geeks come out and help my husband and I set up our new TV with an amazing universal remote...The Harmony remote...Antonio Olvera and Evan Brown were fantastic..They had it set up, and gave us the best tutorial ever...I so recommend them highly...Absolutely the best there is...especially for us Senior Citizens...Bravo Antonio and Evan...
