While it can be a bit challenging to get ExpiTrans service after hours, and high risk deals are certainly challenging to accomplish, their relationship managers really make up for the other issues. Darlene deserves a 10 on the 1-5 star scale for her outstanding work. If you’re considering being a partner, make sure you get Mo to help you. He’s one in a million. He and Darlene really work well together and are a true asset to the company.

ExpiTrans just isnt a good company to work with. I work with several companies in this industry, and ExpiTrans isnt not even close to on par with the others anymore. Their underwriting team is very hard to work with, every account is high risk, and its super hard to get deals done with them.As an agent, its extremely hard to get deals pushed through because of the insane amounts of paperwork they ask for. Their bar of acceptance has been raised to a nearly impossible level. My last 3 or 4 deals didnt get accepted and I pivoted to another company and they got right through. The commissions are low when/if you can get a deal through because they flag 99% of accounts as high risk.As a merchant/business its much better to look to another processing company. The underwriting process will take weeks and the paperwork needed is never ending. At the end, it will be denied or labeled as high risk and the rates will be very high. Better start off with another processor.Years ago, they were great. Now they are impossible. I closed my own business account with them because they were holding my money months after they said they would release it and the shut my account down a couple times with no explanation and no chargebacks. Even after I closed my account they told me they would return my money they are holding in 6 months. Pretty ridiculous.

We have been working with ExpiTrans for a bit now but the last experience I had with Michelle was exceptional customer service. I am very particular with the experience I get when working with representatives over the phone and Michelle nailed it.She was professional, responsive, great with her communication and provided the best advice in assisting me with my disputes. I first received a letter from Expitrans and when the online portal didnt work, I gave them a call and was quickly directed to her (the wait time was also very short). Once I was directed to her, she gave me step by step advice on proceeding with my transactions.Once I turned in all the proper documents, any questions I had about anything, Michelle was quick to respond through email. Since then, I never had to call them back or wait on the phone to be connected with another representative. I am now able to communicate with her through email and her response are always to quick and helpful. As an agent I had tremendous difficulty with a recently boarded merchant. Funding for unsettled transactions took almost a month to get funded. Deposits are always there and you can tell they focus on customer first, customer second, customer third....profit is way down on the list. Our company has worked with Expitrans for several years. During this time we have had some unique issues with our phone service affecting our charge card machines. We have had issues with unique charge cards. We have received personalized service every time. We are able to call and talk to a real person 90% of the time. Occasionally we have to leave a message but that has lessened in recent years. Our guys work in a shop with machinery and they hate calling for help and working with most things electronic. Expitrans staff are always helpful and the guys are getting more willing to call when they have an issue. I have learned to email when I have a question; today for example I just wanted to ask about all the added charges and didnt expect an answer for days or weeks. Five minutes! I had a response. We are not a particularly big customer but never feel this effects the service we receive. And I am always asking questions if something doesnt work well for us! We receive frequent hard sells from other services who assure us they can give us same service for less. I call or email Expitrans and ask - they are always willing to explain. Be careful there are lots of callers who say they are just calling to help you and sound like they are calling from Expitrans but they arent - call and check it out!

CRIMINALS! If I could rate 0 stars, then I would. They lied the entire time I was setting up service with them, didnt actually know what they were doing, and then charged me for services that I didnt sign up for! Then I had one small chargeback, and they held the entire batch for that day in addition to bouncing the small charge back, so I am out money. And now they are saying they will not release the funds for 6 months! Liars and criminals. I went back to my old company, Global Banking, and have had no problems. Please dont do what I did and get caught up in their scam!!!

I had to call in and request to cancel my account three times before it actually happened. At different times I was told that either I did or did not have to pay an early termination fee despite not having an equipment lease and not having any contract other than month to month. In total it took me about four hours on the phone with multiple support agents to get this resolved.

Our company had a new agreement signed in January and its July . They havent kept there word and or agreement and not emailed me back about it and has fallen to there employees to throw each other under the bus. there is alot of disorganization and no one knows how to get agreements through or paid and no one replys to the emails. Everyone should pray for this company to figure out pay.

Terrible customer service. Locks you into a contract with high ETFS. Cancelled my service one month prior to the end of the 3 year contract. Changed me a $400 cancellation fee after I notified them in writing I did not wish to cancel. Also have a $40 per month fee if you dont process any transactions. No wonder everybody is going to pay per use options. Never coming back.

They are horrible! They pull unauthorized funds out of your account, from a different company name... Then when you call you speak to one of the following reps.... Sergio, Matt, George, or MARIA!!! They send fraudulent invoices. Do not do business with this company!!!!They are not straightforward. They tell you that your money will be deposited on a particular day, then when that day come they have another excuse. They have to find out where the money was deposited to. Do not Merchant Club of America is also affiliated with this company! They will not tell you that upfront!!! Be careful this company is not legit and they will pull small payments first, then cancel your account and take your money... You have been warned, we are experiencing this right now as I write this review. Please dont get be a victim!!!! Do not do business with this Company!!!!!
